Junpei, who has a Fox quirk (like a kitsune, just no spirit shii), has a decently long tail (20 ¾ inches) with very well kempt fur
Setsuko got a combo of Junpei’s and Lise’s dad tail genes, which caused her tail to be extremely long (40 inches) and very voluminous

Since mha has like
no worldbuilding for the US' hero system (despite showing it in the series), I'm headcanoning that the Hero program in the US is a branch of the military that works similarly to the US National Guard and works in unison with local and state authorities and can be deployed across the country as needed or requested, but cannot be used as actual military personnel in wars or skirmishes
so hero licenses are similar to military IDs and they still need civilian IDs just like actual military personnel

Okay so I need a bit of a help with a quirk of my ocs ^^'

So it's called bubble manipulation,

[ Bubble Manipulation provides Hamari with the ability to produce bubbles from her skin, any part of her body, as long as it’s not blocked by clothes.She can manipulate and control everything about the bubbles she creates, their strength, sharpness, speed, and shape. The bigger and harder/stronger the bubble the more energy it takes from her, she can end up passing out, she can't spawn the bubbles just anywhere, they have to be produced on her body, like her palms or feet, or shoulders etc. she can float them wherever as long as it's in her field of vision though, she can trap people and objects in her bubbles and move them around. when she creates bubbles she has to concentrate on them or they will pop.It is possible for others to pop her bubbles, although it would be a battle against her consciousness; any hit to her bubbles would be a pushback against her focus. As long as she can stand and take that, the bubbles won’t be popped. ]

Could I get some feedback on this quirk idea for one of my OCs? (I think this is the right place..) Idk if it feels balanced and stuff
“Shooting Star” - Constellations show in the user's hair which show their power level. They can use these constellations as different things depending on which it shows! (E.G. Gemini lets them create clones, Cancer lets their nails become really sharp like pincers, Orion lets them form the constellation into a bow and arrow, etc.)
Drawback: Power levels only increase when the stars are visible, and it's super random what will happen in a battle because each constellation is RNG
