a 400 gem pack gives 3 lt. a 3600 gem pack gives 25.
9x 3 = 27. so you get more lt if you buy seperate packs.
while usually the more expensive packs are supposed to be a better deal.

I believe that because the currency is in euros, when converting to Brazilian money this error occurs. so it's not the game's fault, but the bad conversion causing the "1LT" per euro to be wrong in the Brazilian currency.

The bind lasts the entire game. Binded player appears as normal and still wins normal. Can not be switched that I know of.

Its like the lover bond, but it makes the Split count double for Wolf Majority and the binded player doesnt know they are binded.

Split can choose to bind on any of the first three nights, if they dont bind, then they wont have a bound player.

Split Wolf is a role that can pick a player to bind to, if that player dies then Split Wolf dies, if Split Wolf dies that player dies. If Split Wolf binds to someone, then the wolf counts as two wolves instead of just one when considering the win condition (which is wolves winning if wolf amount = non-wolf amount). Not sure if that's the info you meant, wasn't specific-
And for the couple thing, as long as you're working towards winning as couple, even if that means also ending up helping wolves a bit, it's allowed.

Your couple has the responsibility to figure out the point when to turn against their teammates to not win as ww due to the ww win condition. As couple player it might even be reasonable to shoot seer to avoid them checking your evil couple even if people might assume you to be coupled then :)

Loyalty token are an ingame currency you receive if you buy gems or starter packs using real money. If you have 3 loyalty token or more you don’t have to watch ads between games and you also get special skins for them. let's suppose this situation: hh, villager, split ww. hh tg is villager, split ww is bound to villager. if the village lynches the villager, it seems the other player (the split ww in this case) will die first

There is no way to change from one google account to another. You can’t even disconnect the Google account changing it into an email acocunt by yourself but if this is really neccessary you can write an email to [e-mail] in English including your support pin, ingame name and if available any purchase receipt and they might assist you deconnect the account.

If you still have access to the Gmail email, I suggest you write the email from there. They’ll help you out from there if possible but please only do so if that’s really neccessary 😊 an account that used to be a fb / Google / iCloud account once deconnected will always remain an email account.

With a 3vs3vs1, you should know what player have more probabilities to be werewolf. Anyways, in your example if there are 3 ww ig and there are 3 players who you don't know what are they, the 3 last players are werewolves

Water as sect member it's risky because sect leader can loss a member, and in early/mid game it's very harmful for the sect, that's why random water as sect member isn't allowed.

Loyalty Token are based on what you pay, not on the amount of gems you get and you spend less money if you buy more gems so I don’t think you’d get more loyalty token for your purchase as it’s your own choice what you buy or not buy. There is no such thing such a refund actually but you can write [e-mail] an email but honestly I doubt it that they can help you here really. What you can do is request your money back in case you didn’t use any of the gems within 14 days but other than that, legally there is nothing they would need to do, might be they are friendly but they don’t have to help you out here. If you look out for more loyalty token, spending more money is your way to go, I wouldn’t recommend getting 400 gems though as it’s not the most cost efficient way but probably personal preferences.

I can prove that it's possible to spend less, earning the same amount of gems and even more loyalty by buying the cheapest package. I'll take a picture of the screen right now and show it the reason for my complaint

Do the math. The first pack gives 3 loyalty. The 3600 gems, 25 loyalty. If I buy 9x the 400 gem pack, I get 27 loyalty and still only spend 125. This makes no sense, because if I had known I would never have bought the 3600 gem pack, just the 400 gem pack until I got the desired amount. With that I lost money and 2 loyalty that I could have, the more expensive package should give more benefits.

And that's why I wanted lost loyalty or a refund because I felt cheated with a higher value package.

The other packages I bought didn't give me any problems.

If loyalty comes from what I spend then the most expensive package should give me more. But that didn't happen

That’s correct — you get more loyalty token by buying the smallest package as the gems : spend money ratio is higher here. You get loyalty token based on the equivalent of 1€ spend each token. If you buy gems for a worse price, you spend more money and in that correlation get more loyalty token for spending more money in total. It’s your personal choice what you do here and I saw you asking about that the other day already. This won’t be changed as people buying a cheaper option (as more gems you buy as less you pay in comparison) don’t spend more money and loyalty is awarded to people spending money so there won’t be more loyalty token as it’s not the parameter gems that’s been looked at here but spend money.

How it is:
Who spends more money gets more loyalty token. —> spending more money = more loyal customers
example:
you spend 100€ —> 100 token
you spend 4€ —> 4 token

What you want:
Who gets more gems should get more loyalty token.
example:
who buys for 400 gems should get loyalty token less in ratio to those buying more gems.

The solution:
Write [e-mail] an email including your ingame name and purchase receipt and they may assist you. But on the long run you’d get more gems by spending the same amount of money if you buy bigger packages.

Basically the difference between 9x 400gems and 3600 gems is 2 loyalty token as it is a price difference of about 2€. Of course you can choose to rather spend more money for less gems in order to get more loyalty token or instead, you save this amount of money to get more gems at a later time as if you’d spend those “around 2€ = worth of 2 loyalty token” later, you’d then get the token but also gems again.

#feedback-readonly would be the correct channel, there is a suggestion here about only blocking for one game #feedback-devs message — apart from that it might lead to unnecessary long waiting times affecting others, imagine there are 4 people, A B C D. If A is blocked by B, C blocked D and D blocked A it would really affect the waiting time if all of them were in separate lobbies. If you have other concrete ideas how to change that or other ideas, you are welcome to leave suggestions and ideas

Unfortunately we do not have any influence on the conversions / taxes, for times it used to be more expensive from the AppStore (iOS) than in Android in certain countries etc. but the developers basically award loyalty based on money they earn (aka 1€ spend = 1 loyalty token even if they probably actually earn much less than that due to taxes etc) and they simply ask for the same amount of money from each player regardless of where they are from. Additionally you could include your support pin if you write an email. If it’s only once that you want to refund it they might help you out, I suggest you give it a try.

Most people like other peoples post, some comment things such as like4like, l4l underneath the posts, others do giveaways, some people give shoutouts to others and get one back all with the hope that people quickly like it. So it does require some effort reaching 1000 likes but it’s certainly possible and means that you really actively engage with the community. I’d personally say genuine honest comments can be quite efficient in terms of getting a response / active followers. The time people need to collect the required likes may just vary on factors such as if they have a follower base, get shoutouts by bigger accounts, do giveaways etc. Hope that helps and good luck 👀

Actually talismans show percentage only for you, in fact, you pound each role by a certain number following the talisman. As an example you use a ×11 talisman for a role A, and a ×17 talismans for another role B
Then you have 11/(14×1 + 17 + 11) × 100 % chance to have the role A for instance (and quite, uniform probabilities stuff). This is in case others don't use any talisman and this is that percentage which is displayed on the wheel. (The more simple and this is why thoses percentages never change along games using same talismans, need confirmation tho)
---- What is next is kinda accessible for students in higher education / last grades of highschool, so you might no understand everything if you haven't reached theses years yet ----
If you count other using talisman, then this is a bit more complex. You have a 16×16 matrix of roles and talisman used. Let's S the sum up of all the number of theMatrix, L the sum of a line (all players chance to have a certain role), C the sum of a column (all talismans of a single player).
Then the probabilities of a player to get X role is kind of conditioned probabilities, like the prob of you having the X role following the talismans of others ppl on the same role which is, in fact with the normalized notations : P_T(X) = P(T inter X)/P(T) (T mean talismans used of others ppl, including the 1 chance). P(T inter X) is just in fact the prob of having the role you want i.e. like : chance of having the role X (1 or 10-30) (lets call it A)/ C. And P(T), this is related to the same role, so L/S. Hence, the "real" prob of having the role you want following others talismans is S/L × A/C × 100 % Here is a picture to help you. Results sound falses, I'll do it on a example 4×4 to be more clear If I am wrong somewhere, correct me mathematicians, since the problem is a bit complex to be done without paper

Following what I said, I did a little exemple which is better to understand. You pick a case (specific role and specific player) and so you do, following last notatations : P = A²/(L×C)
Do a three rule on the column and you get the chance of someone getting a certain role (focus on player). Do a three rule on the line and you have that from a certain role, what is the chance of someone having this role (focus on the role). This is kinda explanation done with hand but that's how the algorithm behind that works

(This is an example of real percentage of someone getting a certain role (focus on the player))

Thats why only the first percentage I explained before is shown also, if you count other talismans, chances varies following the side you look at.

what helps the village and what’s allowed are two different things

When in doubt you can report them if it feels like their actions have thrown game for village

And when you feels like you've done nothing wrong and are being reported, confirm with someone and if you've really not game throw than guardian won't ban you even if you do get a lot of reports

It's just people's opinions that vary from game to game makes you experience such toxicity for one action

And you can also report them for hate speech if they call you stuff like noob, dumb, stupid etc

@teal quiver Claiming tg as reg villager is fine to bait a jr's tag (actually no one would fall for such trick nowadays)
The different between tg-forkman and doc-bh is that doc and/or bh is fixed, claiming the other role will cause the real one to be suspected, also bh is unk and doc is good so you might get into trouble as well. Not claiming bh will give evil the chance to claim as only bh. Tg and forkman are both rrv and both good, so it is easier to switchclaim
Anw, it is still fine to claim doc as bh, just explain why you do so. If youre reported, guardian will look at the game and decide if youre banned or not. If you did nothing wrong you wont be banned

I guess all you can do is talk to another Guardian or upper staff, and if you believe the Guardian you were talking about was wrong and misused their power, talk to them to get an explanation.

If you still believe they misused afterwards, you can always talk to the GM, just make sure to provide screenshots.

How to report to Guardians, and is my report bad enough?

Reports that are bad enough to report to a guardian, are about:

• Racism
• Homophobia
• All kind of harassment or comments, including sexual harassment, excessive targeting, bullying, death threats and any kind of threats towards another player's health / real life, etc.
• Reporting whole clans (racist/ inappropriate names, descriptions, clan teaming etc)
• Usernames and personal messages especially if they are in a language none of our guardians can speak (please provide a translation if you report this!)
• Staff impersonation
• Language non-compliance: In case 4 or more players speak another language throughout the game
• Cheating, teaming or boosting in ranked
• Grinding/ boosting in your games in quick game or sandbox without your consent

=> If you experienced one or more of these incidents and reported all the players ingame, you should click on the "?" in the game on main screen and then "talk to a guardian". After creating the ticket you can explain your request. The guardians will reply you as soon as possible.
