Basically, staff members do not have access to your account, therefore we can't directly help you retrieve it, we can, however, redirect you to the support service, which is the one in charge of retrieving accounts (along with other features)
They would, however, need some sort of evidence that could possibly prove you're the owner of that account, things such as

-Your email/password
-XP count
-Support pin (it didn't exist back in 2019 so I doubt you'd know it)
-Amount of bans
-Amount of gold/roses
-Receipts from purchases with real money

If you have any information you can send an email to [e-mail] (you can still try even if you don't, just be aware it's not guaranteed they'll be able to help you)

How to report to Guardians, and is my report bad enough?

Reports that are bad enough to report to a guardian, are about:

• Racism
• Homophobia
• All kind of harassment or comments, including sexual harassment, excessive targeting, bullying, death threats and any kind of threats towards another player's health / real life, etc.
• Reporting whole clans (racist/ inappropriate names, descriptions, clan teaming etc)
• Usernames and personal messages especially if they are in a language none of our guardians can speak (please provide a translation if you report this!)
• Staff impersonation
• Language non-compliance: In case 4 or more players speak another language throughout the game
• Cheating, teaming or boosting in ranked
• Grinding/ boosting in your games in quick game or sandbox without your consent

=> If you experienced one or more of these incidents and reported all the players ingame, you should click on the "?" in the game on main screen and then "talk to a guardian". After creating the ticket you can explain your request. The guardians will reply you as soon as possible.

50 —> eyes
250 —> shirt
500 —> front item
1000 —> background + badge for the specific social media platform

For YouTube you need a certain amount of views
50 views 👀 —> eyes
500 views 👀 —> shirt
5000 views 👀 —> front item
10.000 views 👀 —> background + youtube badge

Why was the number of likes required for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram badges increased from 500 likes to 1000 likes in the update in February of this year? That actually just makes it harder to get the badge.

That’s been changed as there were also new rewards added. It’s probably been decided to make it more difficult in order to ensure that the badges e.g. remain something special and they do show a lot of contribution to the game. They are still rather easy to obtain speaking of various badges and that also motivates everyone to engages with each other on the different social media platforms which is pretty cool & engaging 😊

What I meant is that the new game mode has something that never existed ig before, and I mean 8 couples (if there are 16 players). The maximum Cupid roles in a game is 1 so there were always a maximum of 2 couples. But because the crazy game has a lobby full of two couples, makes it full of bugs? What I mean by bugs - things that didn't meant to be or to happen in the game. I've seen a lot of bug reports regarding this game mode, so there are so many because more couples was never done before in the game, right?

When it comes to bugs it's generally hard to understand what triggers them, and that's generally something that is up to developers. Of course a new feature can have more bugs, but it's not always the case

Also the usual disclaimer: Grind is tolerated in customs if everyone agrees but not encouraged, if one person doesn’t agree then it’s an extreme report reason, doing it too much can lead to a ban and the rules still apply — so I genuinely don’t advice this form of playing.

So by pressing on the different roles you can rearranche their order — if just 10 players join, just the first 10 roles will bw used

And you can exclude roles here :) just make sure to press on ~~ XP ~~ in case it’s not balanced to see what you will need to get in order to get XP. As grinding isn’t very much encouraged those setups are kinda strict in terms of needing to me rather balanced so certain roles will always lead to no XP and that won’t be changed really @hollow crypt

What about the new way to grind? If there are 8-11 players and the game starts (in quick game) the game will end after the first night with no ww in game, so it's an instant win. If no one talks or does anything, the players shouldn't get reported right?

I have some questions about achievements:
-If I get for example bh, and bandit makes me acco, after I win with bandit do I get +1 win as acco or as bh?(in my roles statistics)
-If I'm graven robber, and I stealed someone's role, if I win does it count as grave robber win or as the last role?
-If I'm coupled and I die as couple but win with village (if I'm from village) or I win with wws (if I'm from ww team), does it count as a loss for wins and losses as coupled and a win with my original team?

A general advice about reporting is: If in doubt, rather report and let guardians judge as they know best.

hey can you try closing and restarting the app? Then there comes icon to join current going game. Although because of a server issue, if the game is stuck there is no way to end it then you should restart the app, then it is not counted as fleeing. (but only for freezed lobbies etc.) These games will never end until a player suicides and forces others teams wins. But restarting app and starting other match will make you leave the lagged game without suicide. I hope that helps Have a nice day!

gamethrow generally happens in the case when you are part of the game but here Seer is dead. Although med is alive so they should stay back. However, It depends on the gamemode, in what phase of the game Seer went off, are there any informers available and other game situations. So I can't say is it gamethrow or not. If you feel so please report the player and guardians will handle it.

The 'gender' just changes based on the items you wear.

It’s tolerated but not really encouraged, so it can be against the rules and it not being encouraged is e.g. why emojis in night 1 are disabled, you can get banned for grinding too much, auto reports for profanity or revealing ww are still active. Very important: Grinding / Boosting in any other game mode is not tolerated at all, also as soon as one person disagrees they can report everyone in the lobby and even can create an extreme report reason ticket, you can learn more about it in #ingame-tickets :)

So some people do that e.g. to be able to finish their Battlepass, their quests, others aim for a very high level for whatever reason. So nothing I would personally recommend as it’s kinda boring but it’s tolerated if everyone sticks to the rules.

Because you can't win as couple anymore. To win as couple you need to be the last players alive. So that means that the sect leader has to be dead. (given that you are not coupled to the sect leader ofc) but when the sect leader dies, you die too. So you just can't win as couple anymore. You can only win with sect now.

Even when you die as sect member, if sect wins, you win too. But if you're sected and sect leader dies, you and your cpl die too anyways. So you can't win as couple. Did that help?

Yeah, exactly like Maje said, and if the couple of the sect leader is a Werewolf, the Werewolf can try to kill sect members, but if there are too many sect members alive, it could end in a draw if the sect members don't want the couple to win.

That case depends on the specific situation though. Sect members don't have to wait until all sect members are dead and couple wins. When the sect members realize they can't win because the sect leader is cpled to a ww, then the sect members can either let cpl win or they kill the couple for a draw. That depends on the players and on how many players are still alive though. :)
