Ist can take up to a feeling days, a week or langer depending on the avaibility. I suggestion you set your game lanaguge to the language you play the most games in in order to get a faster reply. If you weren’t banned as often usually your ban isn’t as long. You can still ask for some insights, maybe there was a rule or smth you just weren’t aware of. Yet Guardians do indeed do their very best to answer before the ban ends but it can happen it’s takes a little bit longer.

Guardians can see the game chat and won’t ban you if you didn’t play against the rules. If they banned you falsely you can still appeal your ban

How to appeal an in-game ban?

To appeal an in-game ban you need to open a ticket with a guardian.

• Open the "?" on main screen, then on "talk to a guardian". You'll be led to the ticket menu

After, you choose "appeal my ban" and read and accept the information following by clicking on "create". Your ticket is now opened and you can explain your request.

Please be patient, the guardians will reply as soon as they are able to, if it comes to discussions do not be rude or your ban will not be taken away.

Hello, is role call allowed when both aura and normal seer till alive, and med didnt rev anyone yet. I think it about day 3 or 4, and villagers only found one wolf so the seer did role call. They forced a witch to reveal their role but that witch didnt want to say then they voted that witch.

This is an interesting question 🤔 . As far as I know, role call is allowed but u only should do that when u are in hard situations ( for example it's day 3 or 4 and 3 wws alive along with a rk vs 5 villages, all informers die ). If informers are still alive then I believe they should not do that cuz informers can still check and find info ( in some rare cases like seer aura both alive but all protectors die and all evils still alive by day 4 then that is prob an option to take into consideration ). But that witch should have claimed in that case to make the investigation go faster too. Anyway those are just my opinions, everybody feels free to support my answer 😉

Hey there! First, u post your role in #role-ideas-readonly in order to receive feedbacks and suggestions ( remember to follow the role format Lisa mentioned in the pinned message 😉 ). After accepting their feedbacks if u think that your editing the role is good enough u can contact a trialmmods + in DM so that they will consider and prob put your role in #dev-vote if most of the staff agrees. The exact ratio of upvote : downvote in order for a role to be added in a game is unpredictable. However, if a role gets a lot of upvotes, there is a possibility ( although the chance is very low) that it will be added into the game ( it is still the devs' final decision after all ) . Anyway, gl with your work

@light inlet Gonna step in to say that it's not a high chance- the chance is actually quite low, even with very high good ratios, it's just a possibility but not a high one by any means. Since roles started entering vote at a more steady pace back in August of last year, none have gotten into the game, after all.

What do you mean that it is broken, that it is just not there anymore? There is a daily ad limit of 300 ads that counts both for doubling XP and the gold wheel. In case you see less, that is probably google's fault and nothing we can influence.

It does depend on the context, if you talk about it in deadchat and don't spam about it, it might be fine but it depends. Players should mainly focus on the game and sharing social media could distract them or others. (For reference - I did discuss this with a Guardian some minutes ago).
As always if in doubt, I'd suggest you rather report as the guardians will judge it.

Oh I see the issue here - after a ticket is closed you will need to reopen the ticket using the same command you did to create it for the first time. Yes, you can. If 4 or more players speak the wrong language e.g. in a language server this is an extreme report reason and you can create an ingame ticket for that in the game by pressing on -> Talk to a Guardian -> Report a player

I don't think this is a bug as the graverobber takes over the role of their target at the beginning of a new day. As their target was accomplice, they would still become accomplice. It might be a question of game mechanism wether that acc was an acc on its own and wether the bandit would win with them but if the bandit would have remained alive, all acc would have won (considering it was a bandit win).

Random muting in general is okay, muting someone who is called good already would not be okay though. A guardian recently talked about it (Guardians are actually the people that would read reports & such, so they know best).

You indeed need to report a player ingame in order for the guardians to have some sort of record, a ticket does not replace the need for an ingame report. If it was really extreme, you could still open a ticket hoping someone else reported them ingame but it might be they just close the ticket without any further look into it, so I advice you only do that for very extreme cases that likely were reported by others. Guardians can only act based on reports so keep that in mind in the future.

They will answer you certainly, it might just take some time. Best mention their username and that you forgot to report them but hope maybe someone else did and that you are aware of the likelihood that maybe they can not do anything about it. They will look into it (if there were any reports).

I have a serious issue with my account.
After using the game for a while, it stops working (I can see it in actions like I can't open anyone's profile or I can't join to games or I can't change my avatar (it'll say "it couldn't be saved..."), or I can't change my profile message, so I know it's time to restart the game, but here comes the more serious problem: after I close the app and restart it it takes me to the main screen where I have to login (at least it was like that for months, now it takes me to the exact side where I can 'sign up' ;-;... )
This thing happens to me all the time, I already reported it in bugs and also sent 2 emails to the devs, first what they could do is to change my login details from Gmail account to an email address with password so that at least I can log in (bc I couldn't login with my Google account anymore......)
But since that nothing changes, I'm just struggling with this issue all the time and I think it's not fair that I can't comfortably use my account since I'm spending my money on it and also trying to filter the gamethrowers of the community when I'm playing :(

No ingame report, nothing to do about it, If there are 4+ more people speaking any other language than the server language which here is Romanian — please also create an #ingame-tickets as this is for good reasons an extreme report reason. I’d always suggest you to report at the end of the game so nothing gets lost, personally I’d probably report everyone and copy the words wrong language or not RO probably so each gets a valid report, for that I just have a pen and a note where I add numbers speaking another language so I don’t miss anyone and can do it quickly after the game.

Also just verified with a Guardian — you’d indeed need to report everyone in that game that speaks a wrong language.

Guardians will review that so I will not comment on that specific situation even though your goal as ww was to win and you won so gg! You'd only get banned for valid ingame reports; if you are banned you can appeal your ban by creating an ingame appeal ticket by pressing on -> Talk to a Guardian but as you are not banned, there is nothing for you to do about it.

On another note though - your ranked skill won't get reset for being banned, this is not how it works. Banned players can just not play for a certain period of time (or not change their ingame name etc depending on the cause).

With random roles, sometimes duplicates can exist. And boosting is basically a form of cheating where lobbies of players form together to quickly get through games in order to get the xp rewards and boost their level or their way through xp based rewards like clan quests or the battle pass.

Generally by having bad guys out and then get quickly executed.

You can see their role because you were tough guy that role, either when attacked by themselves or the person they protect can see the role of their attacker which is usually the weakest werewolf or solo killer; the tough guy will die at the end of the day so they can inform the village who tried to kill them.
Also please only ask questions / send pictures after a game to not accidentally share info about an ongoing game here.

Adding some very important info on grinding / farming - in general it is tolerated in custom games if people don't do it too much. However, the rules still apply, auto-reports e.g. for profanity or revealing werewolves are still active. Very important: Grinding / Farming in any other game mode is not allowed. If you end up in a grinding lobby without consent, you can report everyone ingame and even create an #ingame-tickets as it counts as special form of teaming and as extreme report reason. So this way of playing is tolerated but not really encouraged.

Hello! Loyalty tokens works when you buy something with real money to the game such as buying gems. If you reach a certain amount of loyalty token, you'll get an item and maybe you'll get a set of skin of the item. You can see more details by clicking ? in your profile. The top 5 clan quest is a quest heroes. Quest heroes aren't the same as loyalty tokens as Quest heroes are clan members who is contributed the most to the clan quests. They'll get points when contribute like 5 points, the second 4 and so on.

As long as it's random - that should be fine. If granny would mute confirmed good or roles such as seer that could be reported as gamethrow but if it's random it's usually oki. If in doubt you can still report it; if no other reason fits you can choose "other" but I don't recall reporting random muting, only if harmful for the village
In case cupid is ingame I also recommend to wait until the end of the game since e.g. a gg in an evil couple harming seers might actually support their main goal:)

Random killing and muting is a difference; first of all granny can not mute in night 1 to avoid e.g. random accidentally muting a seeing person and also - it is just 1 day not talking and voting that is something else than random shooting, if they were evil, their game ends entirely. If they were good it also harm their team.

This is players fleeing though and this is auto reported, who flees too often will automatically be banned, such ban can usually not be appealed either so not very desirable.

If you have a look at the guide for roles pinned in #role-ideas-readonly you'd see - a role should never limit players abiity or role too much to not discourage them; this is why similar to nww the gg can not mute the same person in a row.

If you have a suggestion about gg becoming solo - please share that along with your reasons and arguments in #feedback-readonly and a thelper+ will have a look at it.

There is no need to fload questions; I'd say comments about that you won somewhere would rather fit into #wov-chat - to answer your question what the mute feature does: It disables people from being able to vote or speak which e.g. with a shadow ww ingame it can be helpful if the gg looks closely at voting behaviour and that way might find someone evil to mute, the gg which often is an rrv can that way also prove their role e.g. if there are more rrv claims than rrvs.

It's okay if that is not your favourite role feedback and opinions about the mute function can be shared in #feedback-readonly with constructive change ideas.

2️⃣ make known evil players / fool unable to vote and support with their vote
3️⃣ limit the ability to speak e.g. by unchecked people among those were they can be evils

That can happen as well anyways — please try to keep this channel free for questions, you can either chat and discuss about it in #wov-chat or share concrete ideas in #feedback-readonly — I get it can be frustrating if you feel like people abuse their power but if you were unchecked that is just what can happen. I am personally on DND (do not disturb) & don’t want to further engage in discussing the role in this channel.
