There is a list of reasons to report people for.
You also need to report them in game first before you report them to a guardian and they don't need screenshots then. They would only need their in game name+you to report them in game first.
Since the report function isn't available in game back again can you open a guardian mail ticket in discord with ?report igname xpcount .

As I already said is the system for such issues (teaming and boosting are reportable to the guardians as well) that you report them in game and additionally directly to a guardian.

The only issue is that screenshots aren't a valid proof and can easily be faked. I don't say you do that but thats why screenshots won't count as proof. If you reported them in game can you still report them to the guardians with their names. If you didn't report them in game can't they check your report

It is basically a quick method to get xp, this is mostly done by breaking a lot of rules. If you encourage some people doing this, please report them and don't join them with the grind. Grinding/boosting is bannable

If you need a ticket for an extreme report reason which you can review in #ingame-tickets — for the moment that indeed needs to be created on Discord via the old way using ?report nickname xp in #bot-commands — Let me know if you need more help.

So basically the detection system for refunds has been recently updated / improved and when the system detects any refund from you (new or old) or from anyone you might have received an outfit from (be it traded or gifted), that will have an impact in your account so you might end up with skins removed from your inventory, your avatar slots shuffled and also with a loss of loyalty tokens

You can check if you’ve been affected by this by checking your purchase history in settings. Refunds appear in red😄

It kinda depends on the villager's role too, if they could have saved the wolf from canni or not, then you had a chance for couple after all. And couple always goes above your team win.
In a 100% sure lose either way, the guardians might allow a different choice, but thats not something we can tell you here.

TG can only turn zombie, if they get revived after dying bitten.

You just have to pay attention to #community-announcements and #event-announcements to know when the next one is coming up.

Same thing happened to me. You can file a mod mail or even email the mods with a different email and explain the situation. They will then ask you some questions about your account (my case) and you have to answer them for verification purpose. After that they’ll give you a few instructions- just follow them

Take a screenshot of your Wolvesville profile before logging out, as a security measure.

Then log out and go to the letter icon. Use the forgot password function and enter the email address your account is connected to. Then you will receive an email to change your password.

Once you have changed your password, you can log in using your mail and password instead of Google.

And after all that, you can change your mail under "my profile".

If they reported you, Guardians will review that. Not sending roses in rose lobbies can be seen as rose scam and that can be reported but Guardians will review it. As I didn’t want the players names to get exposed I couldn’t have a look at it more closely but if they insulted you or harassed you for not sending roses, that might be hate speech. Anyways my general advice is: if in doubt — report and then Guardians will have a look at it and give an objective opinion about it. @daring spindle

There is no way to get the skin back until it reoccures as daily offer or you get it as random skin. On very rare occasions there are events where you can choose a skin of your choice where you’d be able to choose that skin but you’d need to be incredibly lucky here. If you’d vote a ww, chances are good they kill one of the villagers to have another 1:1 situation where again you could decide to either vote a ww or villager. I’d personally decide based on game play, e.g. let the ww win if they had good fakes but maybe vote them if they were quiet. Just make sure to not encourage bribing such as I let win whomever sends me more roses. That would be against the rules and unfair.

Just adding to the reply @wraith rampart gave — you can also join the lobby with your friends and press on the eye 👁️ icon on the bottom left and then you will spectate in that specific lobby. That is far more reliable than the popcorn spectating. Just be careful to not press on any empty spot before the game starts, as then you’d participate yourself.

You will know its back by checking out daily offers every day. If it was rather recent it might reoccure in a few months, at least I saw rather new offers re-occure after some months but this is entirely speculating. Just ensure you have the gems to buy it when it's there and be patient. On very rare occasions there are #event-announcements where sometimes you can win skins of your choice. An other alternative might be if you are lucky and it becomes part of a giveaway; feel free to check our #social-media and follow those to see those giveaways.

make sure you use login, not sign up, and that you check both your google/fb and regular email logins.

It's best to contact account support with the email adress you think you used in your old account, and the new and old account name
3 months is 100% too short for your name to get cleared etc.
Mostly happens to fb accounts that they sometimes get 'disconnected' from wov and acc suport can manually link it back to your old stuff, if you can prove your ownership.
If you ever made purchases on your account, sending them receipts will usually help with the recovery.

Reports that are bad enough to report to a guardian, are about:

• Racism
• Homophobia
• All kind of harassment or comments, including sexual harassment, excessive targeting, bullying, death threats and any kind of threats towards another player's health / real life, etc.
• Reporting whole clans (racist/ inappropriate names, descriptions, clan teaming etc)
• Usernames and personal messages especially if they are in a language none of our guardians can speak (please provide a translation if you report this!)
• Staff impersonation
• Language non-compliance: In case 4 or more players speak another language throughout the game
• Cheating, teaming or boosting in ranked
• Grinding/ boosting in your games in quick game or sandbox without your consent

=> If you experienced one or more of these incidents and reported all the players ingame, you should click on the "?" in the game on main screen and then "talk to a guardian". After creating the ticket you can explain your request. The guardians will reply you as soon as possible.

If you feel like there is anything rule breaking — if in doubt report it. I wouldn’t really say their choice to check heroes would be targeting since it’s people’s fair choice whom they check, certain people have certain roles they tend to check first. If people do check heroes first, they will notice they are not evil at all times and even if they are evil — the hero can still be a hero for their team e.g. by helping with their ability, joining the shadow voting etc so can still be of use and I saw plenty of games I joined checked early since I was a hero where we still won. So even if you are checked — you can still try to fake, cc, confuse people etc. ☺️

So if you bought gems e.g. and you didn't use them, you have 14 days to send [e-mail] an email telling them your ingame name and purchase receipt as well as that you actually don't want the purchase anymore and they can assist you from there. Other than that if you used your gems / items or after 14 days there is no legal obligation to let you step back from your purchase as you agree to that if you buy smth. You could also request a chargeback via the playstore or appstore but it's always better if you contact the support mail directly. Asking for refunds too often can lead to consequences.

There is no way to do that, once a connection such as to google is removed, there is no way to re-establish one. If there is a need to deconnect your google and make it into an email account, I suggest you write [e-mail] an email including your ingame name and if you ever did an ingame purchase using real money, preferably with a receipt too best from your gmail email associated to your account and they will be able to help you.

Yes you can report in crazy games. Even though it might be considered that e.g. infos were unclear as this is crazy but if in doubt I’d always suggest you to report. So the rules still apply there as well but the game mode is probably considered.
