Personally, I disliked it as it defeats the whole purpose of the entire thing. Usually the thing you would play/like the most is last or second, but doing this just makes it "oh hey, I'll just only do 3 quests and ignore everything else."

The last one is supposed to be in some way unique- not something that everyone gets instantly because they find it the coolest.

Personally, I missed out on the last Arsonist role icon. It was the coolest one out of the three in my opinion, but I simply was unable to get it because I didn't do everything possible to get it.

This suggested change completely removes the "reward" factor and makes this just "oh look, something new". It would make the grind to get the coins completely unnecessary and worthless, and more tedious than anything as you only need to do 3 quests for the "best" thing.
