If you are a random role it will always show default icon for others (rrv/rww/rv/rk etc)
So if you have golden gunner and it's fixed others will still see golden gunner, but if say you're rk with a mythic bandit, or a zombie doc with another doc in the game, everyone else will see the default icon

no it doesn't make sense, most people are new I agree but then they don't have advanced roles neither, so even if u don't have any icon it's easy to use metagaming to know who has the advanced role

if they really don't want metagaming then they should remove icons also for base roles, but removing it only for advs makes litteraly no sense at all
