you do alarm zone with cell first then probably blood door on the right, you need like 3 repelers to get to the room with the ladder that goes above fog and cell usualy spawns above fog as well

do either of the alarm zones (scout 611 or 613) you will need max 3 fog repellers here honestly (and usually less)
then get key from blood door (use up most repellers here). That way you can get 4 cells, with the last one only needing a few repellers even at worst
