Yes, there are times in which staff aren't available or that there's multiple issues happening so we can't get to every one. It's unfortunate, but isn't all that uncommon in any game with this amount of players. Do not break the server rules, they are here for a reason.

I get all of your frustrations, I had the displeasure of meeting this carno just last night doing things... unnatural even for the isle. Maybe a solution is a private discord where we report it outside of the official discord. Bit hard to run and vet but nothing worth doing is easy. Certainly breaching several rules and dragging official server admins attentions here and out of the game won't help our pleas.

Even long established and reliable bots like dyno break relatively often, and when they do, often cause even more severe issues. The more steps you put to report something, the less people actually do it too, sadly

The current system while not perfect also notifies all admins at once, provided someone actually pings us, making it more likely someone is available to get on it.

The NDA is there for good reason. Any server or game that makes bans and such public info is bad news IMPO, as it can cause issues of harassment. It helps protect people against false reports (which are VERY common here) and bad bans. You wouldn't want say, it to be public if you got banned, and 100k+ people all knowing it and why, especially when we deal with some rather sensitive information at times

It doesn't matter how many admins there are, you are not and never will be guaranteed to be given an unstuck. We are not required to do them, and never have been. This can be personal preference on the admin's part, or due to a severe issue such as cheating players occurring.

Keep in mind the game is in early access and active development. You can and will eventually lose a creature to something you deem unfair, such as broken terrain.

Once again, there are admins active for AU time slots, and do investigate reports of exploiters and hackers here. If it gets claimed (again), that there aren't or these servers are deliberately being ignored, it's going to be 24 hour time outs for all involved. This has gone on long enough.

As has been said repeatedly, we aren't required to unstuck you. If the command doesn't work, an admin isn't available or is doing something else, it is what it is. You are playing an early access game, and the splash screen warns that you may encounter bugs and issues. That includes dying to being stuck, a bug, etc.
