if you want to play on servers that prevent toxicity from happening as much, there are a few big unofficials that have some pretty good rule sets too
I sadly don't know any to suggest since I mainly play on officials, but it's worth checking some of them out if you like the game apart from toxic players
It can be a really fun game with a good community at times, I hope that you can find some people that aren't as toxic to be around (if you decide to not refund it just yet) :)

the two big reasons we dont allow hackers to be info dropped is 1. if the cheater is watching, they can disconnect or hide their cheats when an admin goes to investigate. 2. If someone who is reported isnt actually cheating, it protects that player

you can DM staff if you want, but keep in mind that if that particular admin isnt available, then you report would go no where. and the tickets, We've been going back and forth with a ticket type of idea, but unfortunately the biggest issue we run into is... there would probably be a couple hundred a day, and it would flood the discord channels for us admins and make it near impossible to police the rest of the channels.
