It’s a constant work in progress that the developers are dealing with. Every time the hackers make a new hole in the wall the developers have to go in and fix it. So it’s a constant cycle that goes around and around with a hackers, making holes and the developers having to fix it. So it takes time regardless of what they’re doing we just have to be patient and they will fix it.

Dear Admins!
Don't take what I'm writing as a threat, insult or argument. But since I paid money for the game, I think I have an opinion that you can use to make the game experience better and more beautiful!
In the past few days, several people have reported that all servers are full of cheaters. I'll tell you my personal experience now. 2 Stego, 1 Rex and a Dibbli. They go after everyone and kill them. This in itself wouldn't be a problem if they didn't use cheating.
ESP / wallhack → you can see the players

aimbot → automatic aiming

speedhack → faster movement

These players used all of them! They followed us all over the map and killed us with one hit. They just shot someone down from 3 meters.

This is making the game unenjoyable. It's really great that we get a lot of dinos, we get innovations, etc. etc. But I beg you, why can't you buy a normal anti-cheat. And spend that money on a better gaming experience? Would players complain less? Yes! I'm sure of that! I'm sure you could pocket the money if this is the biggest problem! But we players are here for a better gaming experience. We wait every day for it to get better and better. Maybe you'll fix these problems. But so far we haven't noticed any of this. If necessary, don't add new dinos for a while. But I don't think this is something that can't be fixed. And this message will probably be deleted too, because I wrote my honest opinion, while I didn't disparage the admins, moderators or their work. I just simply expressed an opinion, which is okay if you're addressing the people who develop the game.

There's absolutely no reason to spam and waste the admin's time. The OSAs have absolutely nothing to do with the game's anticheat. Report hackers as laid out in the pinned messages

The anticheat and other detection methods are always being worked on. The devs do not discuss the details, or when changes happen, as that would only give hackers an edge on bypassing any new changes made

Another thing I would like to add to this. You have closed quite a few Eu servers. ESPECIALLY THE ONES THAT WERE CHEATERS ON.
Why can't you give the names, positions, etc. of the cheaters? Why do we protect cheaters? Why do we protect those who are not there for the love of the game and the dino experience, but for the sport of killing.
And what I wrote about cheaters is not a single case. THESE CHEATERS ARE ON EVERY DAY. On Eu 7, they've been killing us every day for a week! The same brigade!
On Eu 6, a small strike just came near me last night and everyone who was there died!
Do you think this is normal? How could this be a normal gaming experience?
On unofficial servers, the admins there at least ban them. Do cheaters take an account again? Yes! But if they do it again, they report it and ban you again.
Here I don't even see the appearance of you trying to do anything about it. We love this game! We want to play it in a way that the admins and developers can hear what we have been saying for days, weeks or even years. We don't need new dinos, I can only beg on behalf of many. Fix this! Let there be a better anti cheat.

For days now, all I've seen is that people who want to ask the admins and developers for help are being silenced! Because we're wasting the admins' time. I apologize for writing my opinion about the problem, and after we cried out for help, we spent a lot of money on the game. We shouldn't silence people, we should listen. We should ignore what they say because if it's not just one person saying the problem, then we're not the stupid ones. Maybe we're right.

People have been writing for a week that these people are on EU 7! Stop saying that you've been doing something about this quietly for a week so that cheaters don't know what you're up to. I don't think you know what you're up to either! It's not a difficult thing! It's not a sky-high impossible thing we're asking for. This is a very complex game.
