We basically teach 7 concepts of Music:
Pitch, duration, texture, Tone colours, structure, dynamics + expressive techniques and Unity + contrast .
I find the hardest within most students basically contain a mixture of describing pitch at a higher level (rather than, the main melody rises in steps), alongside actually implementing ALL 7 concepts of music into one question

I remember my band teacher talking about texture in music and everyone is like ???? but it makes more sense when someone explains it and you hear what it means though someone playing it on an instrument rather than just the textbook definition. I've found it works similarly with most musical concepts and terms, they make a bunch more sense when you hear what they mean rather than reading about it

there is a reason to keep a consistant sleep schuedule as the less sleep you have the more your brain deteroites as protective coating protecting nerve ends wear thin
your brain operates of electro chemical signals after all and it uses, well lets say natural lubricant to make sure that doesnt damage your nerve ends
since thinking is litterally electricity hoping from 1 nerve end to another
whoever over the "day" the lubricant gets thiner and thiner as its had to withstand constant electrical inputs
eventually the lubricant wears out
this is one of the things that makes us tired and its the reason we get more tired as we go on
