Imagine you load in as a Raptor and you want to group up with other Raptors

How the server is now, you'd have to hop into any VC with ppl in it and
ask around.. "Any raptors in here?"

The VCs in here would be so much more fun and useful if you could just
Pick raptor - hop into the Raptor VC - and meet up with them

Way easier to quickly group up get right into the fun!

This would also encourage same species packs rather than mix packing

And if someone has questions about how to play a certain dino
It would be so much easier to get real time help
They could just hop into the VC for that dino and ask

If anyone agrees please help make this a thing 🙏

P.S. You can still have some general VCs of course for those with
specialized groups or ppl who don't want to pack up

Feedback for the discord can go in #general-feedback but I can tell you why we don't have a vc per dinosaur nor plan to.

The game is planned to have over 50 playables. That is an obscene amount of VC's to moderate. Along with that, what if there are different groups playing the same dinosaur? Now we need multiple vc's per species. All in all, too much unnecessary moderation work for a server with over 100,000 people.
We have also disabled the ability for members to add a tag to the existing vc names or create threads for the same reason because for the short time the function was active, people used it inappropriately and it takes too much time to moderate those tiny details over the many already active chats in this dicsord.

Your proposed idea is very nice and would work well for a community server, but for a server on this scale, having that many vc's is too much to reasonably moderate.

Video and audio cables. Now we have HDMI so it's all in one. Yellow is video red/white is audio, but the inputs are colored to match so it's not that hard to guess what goes where
