Atm trike's metabolism makes more sense, it consumes entire migration zones and is built to be Rex's "counter" (or is supposed to, but that's another talk) while simultaneously being a threat to the herbivore population. Rex should be similar, being a hungry carnivore that relies on eating overpopulation, being a threat to the population itself just as well. That's my main gripe atm, if I get pinned or caught by rex, I didn't listen for the loud af foot stomps it makes to avoid it and that's on me imo.

Now that the passive stamina drain while moving with a pouncer is gone, and bucking being free, omni nor allo have a reliable way to drain your stam, unless youre incredibly trigger happy. Im happy allo cant, but sad omni got relegated to just another damage dealer instead of a bleeder.

To get prime elder, you want to have all 3 diets at the same time at some point in your life.
In the status menu it will say "perfect diet" when you do. It doesn't matter how much of each diet you have - it could be 90%, 33%, 2% and it still counts as getting perfect diet the one time for prime

In your settings make sure "manual alt attack" is checked.

It's a bit of a learning curve but you develop skill over time. Gotta beeline to the nearest big rock or water source and put your back against it so that the opponent has fewer angles to jump you with. Then you alt attack wherever they're coming from, not allowing them to bait you with their latches

Not in all cases, it's just your opponent sees you facing X way, so alt attacking turns and attacks at the same time, it's one movement instead of turning and manually hitting something

You can even face your head a diff way or walk and pretend you're uninterested, only to alt attack the moment they close the gap(crocs often do this when they go on land)

Having the bar felt clunky and unnecessary, and went against it's playstyle as a rush down predator, sitting and waiting for it to recharge. All you really need to do is just make it do less damage while not running, remove the bleed & add a small cooldown. Then Carno is golden imo
