The ability itself as it’s designed is insanely OP. The only reason dilo isn’t dominating every server is because it’s a dice roll on whether or not it works. It’s like giving someone a gun that jams 50% of the time

Dilo clones when they “work” have very little counterplay besides climbing a weird rock, otherwise every couple seconds you get more or less a free 85 damage on something, plus the random extra clones that spawn

Go in, spam machine gun bite to get a bunch of bites in while they are caught off guard

Step back, spam rmb. Over the course of the several minutes of stage 3 venom, you’re gonna get a bunch of clones spawning and getting free hits (assuming it works)

If not dead by then, run in and bite again (extremely challenging when the prey is on drugs)

dibble is firstly much more agile and also has very different stun/knock values it might not seem like a lot but if u compare a 3.9 ton dibb and a 3.9 ton trike the trike has much higher dmg but its much easier to kill bc of its agility and slow speed

Technically, yes! Pteras don't do bleed or hit very hard though, so unless the rex is on death's door (health-wise) they'll just ignore your puny attacks. A quetz driving its beak into something (even if it can't cause bleed) likely shouldn't be ignored.

Pteras used to do bleed years ago. But quickly the devs realized having an animal that can hit you while being nearly impossible to hit back means you can’t give it good damage
