A good strategy for hunting maia is endurance hunting. Keeping it on the move and making it use its stam pool to defend itself until its out is the strat to hunt it. A maia without stam isnt a big threat anymore, and it cant run either.

For the most part you should be fine. Allo players are typically loud and stupid so you should hear and see them before they spot you.

Take the mutation that boosts cam angles when eating and footstep noise, thats such a lifesaver
