A lot of the fish in Delta have been on the outskirts of the river. You could also hang out by mud flats and get turtles. If you’re on horde test just go spearfishing for clams or fish.

There's a whole checklist of items but this is what's worked for me
If you're a small Dino (in this case just troodon), just stay in a sanc and get perfect diet
For everything else, do the following:
Never get infertile (run out of diets)
Never get muscle spasms (don't cannibalize unless you're a deino or cerato)
Visit a sanctuary (doesn't have to be at juvie, just do it before 75%)
Visit migration zones and patrol zones (this one's a bit complicated, I find going for the ones at highlands, West rail, and delta will guarantee you prime. I've done all the ones on the east side of the map and not gotten prime, so I'd ignore swamp, eat lake, and north lake for that reason. Remember the pzs and mgs don't need to be active to count)
