It started a week ago and although I haven't done or changed anything, I can usually join servers fine but if I log out and try and play later in the same day I get this error and stuck on loading assets for 5 minutes. I've updated my drivers, AMD adrenalin, redownloaded the game several times, and tinkered with the settings. i have directx 12. any support?

integrated radeon graphics with AMD Ryzen 7 5825U, but that should still have the capabilities to run the game. it can run the legacy version just fine with no fps issues or bugs on default settings, but it doesn't even launch at all for evrima

Alright, I think it might be a good idea to delete the config folder, it could hard reset the resolution mess-up and let you customize it like normal

1. If running The Isle, exit the game.
2. Press the Windows key
3. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
4. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
5. Open the "Saved" folder.
6. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
7. Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.

I don’t know why it chooses some people, but by formatting, you mean a fresh install of windows and not bringing over any old programs and files, sounds like it may, but I don’t know to be honest

The other alternative is to contact punckpacket the community Dev to get him to check your steam account, less dramatic than a fresh install, but may take time to get a response

nope, i bought the game yesterday, my buddy told me to swap it to envrima so i did, it ran fine last night (minor lag here and there but nothing crazy). This morning i made another dino on another server and played for maybe 10 minutes then started getting terrible FPS drops (like 10fps average) when i normally am getting 140+. I swapped to the default version to see if it was acting up as bad, ran smooth as butter. When i came back to envrima every time i launch it / try to play it after it does launch, my entire PC starts freezing / stuttering and i have NEVER had any issues with this PC with any other games. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the EasyAntiCheat and not just TheIsle but idk i'm not very tech savvy

Last night when I was able to play on official despite the lag/stuttering I was at ping 30-40 and fps 100-150 on EU11 - this was before it got 10x worse with the visual stuff and I had to stop for health reasons and now it says the above SS when I try to join a server. Is there any fix for Herbies, specifically hypsies not being able to drop jackfruit once you pick it up? Normally I'd just have to take it to a location and hard log but when the server is full then you have to wait for sometimes an hour to get back in. Are the devs working on fixing that? Also hard logging can result in dino loss or a nest loss if you're bringing food for the babies

nothing we can do unfortunately, the servers have the issue, not individual players. i would recommend growing something you won't be upset to lose on hordetest.

You can only change resolution settings at the main menu or the in game options.

This screen here shows you're in the menu to pick a dino. Go back to the main menu, then change the resolution to use windowed fullscreen snapping.
