Oh. My friend and I got some reason can't build pteradon nests. We tried in trees, on the ground, on rocks, in the water even. Everywhere. We're both adults. Both have great diets. I think server maintenance is currently going on that may play a part in it. The only other thing that I think could be the issue is your firewall is blocking or deleting something double check your settings to make sure its allowing everything through. Sometimes that changes with updates to the software

These are things that the developers need to fix, and the client shouldn't have to fix them every time a new problem arises.

Hey! I’ve got a weird issue in The Isle (EVRIMA / Official) and maybe you know how to fix?
I’m playing Triceratops on Official EU3, I’m 100.0% grown (~10.6 tons), but I can’t Entomb/Replicate because the ENTOMB button never shows up in TAB → Mutations (even while sleeping/safe-logging).

Extra detail: I missed picking the first mutation (slot 1) early in growth, but later I was still able to pick mutations in slot 2 and slot 3 and slot 4. I’ve tried rejoining, verifying files, and resetting the Saved folder, but nothing fixed it.

Do you know any fix/workaround?

If you did, I had the same bug and I fixed it with a hard reinstall. Means deinstalling it and deleting all folders and then install it again. Other people I know fixed it with using a VPN for some reason

When i join a server with around 100 people I get ~150fps with cpu at 30-40% and gpu at 90-95% but when im in a higher pop server I get 50-65 fps with cpu at 20-30% and gpu at 30-40%.
I understand that in a higher pop server i should get less fps, but why is my gpu and cpu not being used as much?

5. Open the "Saved" folder.

During a Ceratosaurus charge chase on Official EU3, three clients (2x Omni, 1x Allo) crashed simultaneously with:

EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0xffffffffffffffff

📍 Conditions
-Crash occurred during the chase phase (pre-impact)
-Players were relatively close together
-Slightly steep terrain + dense jungle
-All 3 on NVIDIA GPUs (30/40/50 series)
-DLSS enabled (Ultra Performance)
-Full client crash (not a disconnect)
-Server continued combat → logged back in dead

🔎 What this might indicate
Possibly one of the following:
-Replicated ability/movement state issue during Cera charge
-Movement prediction + animation transition edge case
-DLSS / NGX render instability under heavy foliage + combat load
Not accusing anyone this does not look like a cheat.
It feels more like a deterministic crash surface.

We were all on Ultra Performance, so I’m starting to wonder if it’s:
Ultra Performance specifically (rather than DLSS overall)
Or something about the charge chase replication state when players are close together
If anyone else is running Ultra Performance, especially on Official EU servers, would be good to know if you’ve seen similar crashes during Cerato charge.
Trying to narrow down whether it’s:
A specific DLSS preset issue
Or a combat/replication bug independent of DLSS

Hey im having an issue which makes me entirely unable to play the game. When i press play and filter for official servers, it will load for a while before just stating in the top: no servers found. I have restarded the game, restarted steam, restarted my entire computer, verified the game files, checked my internet and also deleted my entire appdata folder but nothing has worked so far. Its not even an issue with the game not being able to find any servers at all because it will find unnofficial servers just fine, but the officials it cant find for some reason. an user fixed this issue by allowing the isle through it's internet, because somehow the computer was mistaking the isle as a +18 website and blocking it

Hi, it turns out I have an almost adult Ptero, and when I log into the server I get a “server full” message and my dinosaurs disappear. It’s a bit frustrating to lose my progress.

how is you wifi connection?

what worked for me was that I hardwired the connection, you will get better FPS too
