Can someone help me? Recently I got a new computer and I was playing the isle fine yesterday but now when I go on it either boots me out or I am stuck on the unreal engine screen. I have restarted my pc multiple times and have reinstalled the game multiple times as well as uninstalling and deleting the easy anti cheat folders. I'm not sure what is going wrong? I don't know whether it is my computer or the isle. It also won't let me leave the isle without restarting my pc.

lately a lot of people reported (in this channel as well) some bugs related to connection, such as no servers, infinite connecting screen, etc

from my own research it seems that the easyanticheat system gave them a ghost ban, which is not a real ban but very close to it

i told them to try all basic troubleshooting methods, such as internet ones, reinstalling, clean reinstall, config folder, changing pcs..

the only thing that worked was getting the game in a new account (or using a friend account)

cause the EAC didnt ban it

of course, this is such a terrible fix.

"Turned out I was missing the Windows Media Feature Pack, which is apparently optional and required. Installed via Windows Settings -> Optional Features -> Add Optional Feature then searched for "Media Feature Pack" (or something similar).

After the install and a restart, it worked!"

Also make sure your windows, gpu, and drivers are all up to date

Check your internet connection is good, you may need to restart your router or pc.

HT servers for some reason are on the wrong branch right now (evrima) and need to be put back on HT branch. Of course, if you try joining them on the evrima branch they will not have the HT content available on them

It's possible there has been a server wipe between the last time you played and now if it's been a few months.

Is there any way to use FSR in Evrima?
Until now, I’ve been using it by editing the GameUserSettings.ini file in the Saved folder, setting AMDFSRMode=1 and AMDFSR=1, and it was working.
But since yesterday — and I don’t know what changed, as I haven’t seen any patch notes — I haven’t been able to activate it, even after editing those values.

Not a single file was left, issue was still here afterwards though. Seems like I have figured it out; it is a networking issue, something to do with my ISP. I have 2 networks, a main and a backup from different providers, issue happened with both of them hence why I ruled it out being a network issue first, but now on my hotspot it works without issue. Wish I would of tried my hotspot just for peace of mind before reinstalling windows but here we are lol.

I'll give them a call when I can and see if either of them can tell me anything, very weird for them both to block... whatever they have blocked, being 2 different companies

Is anyone familiar with this issue? I’ve been playing this game for years and never had it. It just started, only with Deino, only underwear, I’ve reinstalled my graphic drivers. Taken graphics settings on my PC and in game to the max, and absolute min to troubleshoot it and this black bar or large square keeps popping up regardless of any changes I do. Nothing is perfect and everything goes eventually. The Isle is a brutal game sometimes and sadly dsync is just one of those factors.

Why whenever I enter an isle server I take like 2 hours of it loading than the screen just freeze's for like 4 hours and than wether I disconnect and it says "client disconnected" or wether my whole pc crash like I got 170 hours of gameplay or let's just say of waiting to load and if I ever was able to join a server its like laggy in the begging but than starts to become less laggy

That is usually caused by an automatic account ban, usually caused by cheat detection. It applies to your steam account and all hardware on the PC when the cheat was detected. The ban can take a week or more to be applied after the cheat was detected.

If you have a line with the following:

and there is not the following after it:

As stated you need to go to the server chat for the server you’re playing on. NA, EU, CA, etc. to request an unstuck. Check the pinned messages of one of those channels and admin can help you if the /unstuck command does not work next time.

Having trouble getting Enhanced Digestion consistently. Sometimes when I expect to get it, it doesn't show as an option.
I thought the prerequisite was to maintain at least a good diet for 60% of growth, but my Galli has had a perfect diet it's whole life and Enhanced Digestion isn't presented as an option for my 3rd mutation.

I had 32gb of ram but was lacking in VRAM with only 6gb which is needed to render/process imagery but if theres not enough the audio and fps issues can attribute to that

however the 1650 only has 4gb of VRAM pretty sure which is lacking for The Isle

The radeon is an integrated GPU that comes from your CPU and shouldn't be used by any games, or anything at all really

You can also do it temporarily through task manager in details and finding the exe, right clicking then set priority to high

first thing I would try is limiting your frames to like 40 or 60, that should help with the audio, if not then i would try cpu priority and try only having the game up while playing nothing else, even discord closed

I 100% would recommend installing drivers first if you have not. You could also download some kind of software for AMD Cards and see if you can slightly undervolt your Current GPU and see if that could help with it.

I had a problem with my CPU where it was giving too many volts and kept on crashing around a similar time to yours and undervolting it by about 0.02 volts fixed the issue.

Is there a known bug about being unable to move/use wasd when in mud?
I was a maia being hunted by omnis and I forced a stalemate in the mudpit but after some time I couldn't use wasd and turn my dino. I could wallow, broadcast, and alt-tab to see that wasd was still working. I could only move while I was being pounced then I was unable to move again after they got off me.

f2 doesn't work in game no matter what. i've tested this on servers with f2 enabled, grouped on a call with friends who confirm that their f2 record works. there is no keybind option for it in the settings either.

If you are experiencing issues with your controls since the latest update (can't move camera, unable to court, etc) then please try wiping your config files in localappdata.

1. If running The Isle, exit the game.
2. Press the Windows key
3. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
4. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
5. Open the "Saved" folder.
6. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
7. Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.
