Hello.. Im new to the game and am having a really frustrating problem. I am able to join any of the official NA servers and play for awhile, but if I leave, any time I try to rejoin, it says "Error 21: Lost connection with server." This has happened on 3 servers now that I'm no longer able to access. Yeah that's the DLSS bug, turning it off helps.. one thing you can try is limiting your FPS below what you normally reach in game. say 60fps or even 30fps, seems to help

In unofficials you can get an Admin request, but try the Evrima-NA server forum Admin to find and move you, its unlikely it will happen, as they are not always on and or take requests, but you may get lucky, make sure to give your coords.. or contact an Admin here thats on now directly and see what they say.. I think if you can lower settings to free up your CPU (monitor it in Task Manager) it gives more head room for audio in the CPU in some peoples cases, updating Audio Drivers may help also

This is caused by your third app antivirus (Norton, avast, avg, etc)

you can:

• uninstall your antivirus completely
  or
• disable it before launching the game (might not work)
  or
• create an exception in your antivirus for the entire isle folder

sometimes it requires you to reboot the pc or download the game again, as the files can be already blocked.

I have an issue where Evrima will freeze on startup. It will freeze on the loading screen and then close after 5-10 minutes. I was able to play this game a lot with my honey, until I suffered a power outage Thursday. I had Norton 360 on.

1. I tried turning the motem on/off and then running Evrima. Issue still persists.
2. I tried running the legacy game. It seems to work.
3. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling Steam. I had to reinstall the Isle and Evrima. Issue still persists.
4. I tried disabling Norton 360's smart firewall and auto protect. I keep them disabled for the following tests. I restart the computer, disable Norton 360 smart firewall and auto protect. The issue persists.
5. I ensure it has exclusions for Evrima and easy anti cheat. Issue still persists. I restart my computer after verifying exclusions. Issue still persists.
6. I tried loading game after Steam verified all files. Issue still persists.
7. I tried loading the game after checking that my drivers are up to date. Issue still persists.

I remember that I had a similar issue with Evrima when I first installed the game, but I don't remember exactly what I did.

So I checked pins and followed everything but I’m having to use loading the game. I have been able to play it before with no problems and I am able to load the game but it gets stuck on the loading page so I don’t even make it to my menu for the isle on evrima. I have no third party programs I did disable the anti cheat that comes with my Victus 15 Laptop and I’m having no luck.

My laptop works well with the isle -- it’s been some time since I played it — the ram was the only thing that was prohibiting my gameplay but we had it modified when I first was playing and it has 40 ram now so the max required of 16 is easy.

I am away from home so I cannot troubleshoot this exact moment but does anybody know why I can’t play anymore?

One thing that may allow it it to be left on, is to cap the FPS below what you normally sit at, for example if you normally get 80fps, set the cap to 60fps

This is kind of sorta unrelated, but i downloaded a reshader for the isle and i didnt realize i also downloaded something called "Fast!" that i think triggered these pop-ups to come up. Usually it makes me click a button and leads me to something where it wants me to spend $200 to buy malware protection but im 100% its a virus that ive accidentally downloaded. I would appreciate advice:)

It constantly says for all videos, regardless of how old they are or whether I've played before or not, that they'll be available in 30 minutes. But they aren't. This is caused by your third app antivirus (Norton, avast, avg, etc)

you can:

• uninstall your antivirus completely
  or
• disable it before launching the game (might not work)
  or
• create an exception in your antivirus for the entire isle folder

sometimes it requires you to reboot the pc or download the game again, as the files can be already blocked.
