i see, you need to tune your lossless so it uses less gpu, its already at max and cannot produce the frames correctly

it can be a normal connection issue (that can disappear after some tries) or it can be your firewall/windows/antivirus blocking your acess

you can also try to change your connection to another one, and see if it fixes the problem

• check windows is up to date including optional updates (windows 11 often has driver updates under the optional updates) and ensure you are running the latest graphics driver

what is actually the cpu model and graphics card/gpu you have? and the graphics driver version your windows is using? graphics driver may need updating if your hardware is sufficient to run isle evrima

• to check what graphics card/gpu is identified/installed in your pc/laptop and windows:

run dxdiag.exe from the windows start/search ... there will be a Display tab for each graphics card/gpu installed in your pc/laptop - select a Display tab ... on the right hand side look for where it says feature levels ... check if it supports 12_1 (minimum now?), 12_0 (was minimum) and not just 11_1, 11_0, 10_1, 10_0, 9_3, 9_2, 9_1, 9_0 etc ... you can also see what graphics driver version/date you are running just above it. (nb. requires discrete gpu - not integrated graphics)

under the System tab you can see what the CPU/Processor is and what windows version/build no. you are running, system memory amount, page file size

or

right click windows taskbar - task manager - click performance tab - scroll down on the left side to GPU - how many GPU's listed? click on GPU 0 and you can see the driver version/date/directx version/maximum directx level supported ... same for GPU 1 if you have more than one graphics adapter / gpu - eg. a discrete/dedicated graphics card and an onboard integrated graphics chip built into the cpu

you can also click on CPU on the left side to get CPU make and model

Its when you want to change the resolution of the game- If you want to change the resolution you need to exit the game and do it on the start screen and not in the game. It's a weird bug that just messes with the textures completely lol

Either you need to update your graphics drivers and/or Windows. You can also try to right click the game on steam when it's not running, then press "Properties" in there you can put one of the codes ( -dx12 , -d3d12 ) and try to run the game then. If none of that works, your PC is just too outdated to run the game.

I myself sat for 5 hours yesterday to fix this problem, I went though every thing imaginable to try to fix it, but it just couldn't because my PC has become too outdated.

try adding the Isle game / TheIsleClient-Win64-Shipping.exe to your antivirus exceptions - see this post :> #🔧-evrima-troubleshooting-🔧 message ...

(nb. after adding exception to your antivirus for the isle you may need to delete the 'The Isle' game folder from where it is installed (right click on the isle in steam - properties - installed files - browse to find the location where the game is installed which will open as a File Explorer window in the background in the taskbar) and then maybe restart your pc/laptop then back into windows and run steam again and see if it successfully downloads the game again and runs ok)

I have problem with changing the game graphic settings. After i change the settings that require restart of the game this error occurs :"libstdc++-6.dll not found" and "libgcc_s_seh-1.dll was not found". The changes doesn't apply. I have already reinstalled the game few times.

For anyone encountering fatal errors leading to crashes You will have to manually uninstall “The Isle” from Steam. This issue is typically caused when someone switches from the Legacy to the EVRIMA branch.
Open “Steam”
Right Click The Isle
Select Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files
Delete everything inside of The Isle’s folder.
Then

• Press Windows key.

• Type "Run" to launch Run program.

• Type in "%localappdata% and click 'Ok'.

• Search for TheIsle folder.

• Delete the TheIsle folder once it has been located.

It has also been known to be caused by strict permissions with a Windows User Account and/or strict Anti-Virus settings

Please reduce what Windows and/or Anti-virus will block as far as programs go. You may need to create a new Windows User account to bypass the issue.

I managed to fix it by going to steamapps\common\The Isle, running UninstallAntiCheat.bat and InstallAntiCheat.bat, and then deleting and reinstalling the anti-cheat.
