It just keeps saying anti-cheat integrity failed. i ran vr chat, reinstalled windows. verified integrity files on steam. Uninstalled the game, wiped my PC. If you have a desktop you can indeed just buy a graphics card and put it in your motherboard. You can watch Youtube videos to find out how Make sure you buy a GPU that makes sense with your other specs. Have especially in mind your power supply since GPUs need quite a lot of power.

Is there an issue with the game freezing? My PC is a great gaming PC and out of no where, the game just freezes. Running at 60-70 fps just fine, playing randomly doing something, then it freezes. I can't even task manage to close it, as I try to alt tab to do it and it doesn't override it. I stay on the screen and it never does anything just frozen beside the audio in the background.

Idk if anyone else has had this issue, but I've had multiple instances with mutliple dinosaurs now that when I try to pick up a food item to eat it, it phases through the mouth, dissapearing and the item's mark remains on the head of your dinosaurs and the prompt occasionaly appears. It prevents eating sometimes, you don't get the nutrition from the eaten item, and it can sometimes glitch and remain on the face of your dinosaur, inhibiting being able to call or fight sometimes. Anyone else have this issue? I haven't had this issues before 6.5 released. I've experienced this most commonly with Pachy, but Dryo and Hypsi as well.

Okay, so a friend of mine has a really bad internet connection. We are talking on steam download 780kb/s max.
We now have the issue, that he cannot connect to any Servers. Unofficial are always full, even tho the list shows them as halfempty + he doesnt see 90% of unofficial server that for instance I see and IF we see the same unofficial Server, he cant connect.

Go on Steam, right-click on The Isle.
Select ”Properties”, go to ”Installed files”, then click ”Browse”.
There you will see a file called InstallAntiCheat. Click on it.
Nothing will visibly happen: that is normal.
Run the game again. Your issue should be fixed.

Try this:
Install VRChat (free game on Steam that uses EAC), run it, exit it, then launch The Isle.

The connection and queue system are still a bit buggy. The server struggles to connect you simply because it's full (even if the player-count might not be displaying it as full). Try again or try another server.

Yes, other servers work fine. Out of 7 servers in my region, 1 of them has this issue. 2 other servers out of the 7 have consitently terrible ping (200-300). I know for a fact that the high ping is a server side issue, but was wondering if the "connecting" issue was something I could fix.

When i try to launch it, i can see loading screen and then, a error message that TheIsleClient-Win64-Shipping.exe did not launch right, error code 0xc000007b

It wasn't like that before :/ I don't think the 2nd is because of you, but the game somehow always opens on the 2nd monitor and doesn't react there anymore unless I change the setting so that it becomes the main monitor

Not sure if this is really because of the Isle or my computer but whenever I downloaded Evrima on my computer and installed the anticheat I would get an error message with something along the lines of dx12. When I googled the error message it said that I just had to update my computer to Windows 11, turns out I can't do that. Everything is fine with my computer except my cpu which is something I can't replace since I use a laptop. I can play Legacy on this computer just fine. I've been playing Evrima on a family member's computer but it's kind of inconvenient for both of us and I was wondering if there was any way I could get it to work since I can't just get a new computer.

Just picked up the game today, and I apologize if this has been brought up before, but I'm having a weird bug where at least half the time I pick up food, it glitches out and just hangs around on my mouth. The prompts to grab and eat are there, but nothing happens. I'm reinstalling now to see if that helps, and I've found some temporary fixes going back to 2020, but does anyone know if there's a reliable way to make sure it doesn't happen again?

My Specs are: CPU AMD FX 8350 at 4.00Ghz, 32GB Ram, GPU GeForce GTX 1080 at 8GB (I know the PC is on the older end of the spectrum but I’ve run more demanding games on it without any problems, will be looking at upgrading in the near future)

I searching the same question on the channels but can't fint it.
So I have problem with ping, that means aboute 4 min I have aboute 60-90 that it jump up to 300-350 and I cant play at all, just glitching. Phoned up my net prov and they can't see any problem, from my side seems ok. Tryed to restart my pc, steam, and the game several times but the problem is still on. Also on unofficial servers pings are -1000. My rig is RTX3090, 128RAM and Ryzen9, the net is good.

my friend has been having trouble with the DX12 error, and weve done every recommended solution for it. they use a intel UHD graphics 630. the only thing i have found on why it doesnt work was some one off sentence on steam saying that the intel 630 tends to just not activate for the isle at all. is there anyone who uses anything similar having this problem? we werent seeing anything saying they had an INCOMPATIBLE system, so we dont know why its not working. if anyone has any info at all tht would be useful.

Evrima update its engine to Unreal Engine 5 which has stricter requirements than Unreal Engine 4 which pre 6.5 evrima ran on and legacy runs on but UE5 runs better on the systems it can run on

Very common with Unreal Engine 5, sadly. Try to cap your FPS to 60 and make sure ray-tracing is off.

• a serious issue on your computer -> the game is stressing the PC to a point where some dormant issue reveals itself
  • corrupted config -> delete "Saved" folder
    • press Win + R
    • paste %localappdata%\TheIsle
    • click 'Ok'.
    • delete or rename the Saved folder
  • overheating -> improve cooling
    • check your temperatures, google normal temperatures for your hardware this is very specific to your parts (but above 100°C is always bad)
    • make sure the PC/laptop has enough airflow
    • clean the fans (look online for tutorials)
    • check if all fans are working
  • corrupted system files -> have windows repair them
    • press Windows key
    • find the "Command Prompt" app
    • right click and "Run as Administrator"
    • paste sfc /scannow
    • press enter
    • make sure to "Restart" (not Shutdown and boot back up as this might do a "quick boot" which is not what we want)
  • missing windows update -> check for updates
    • press Windows-Key
    • type "check for updates"
    • click it and install all missing updates
    • reboot, even if it doesn't say you have to (for good measure)
  • corrupted or outdated drivers -> update drivers (get them from the manufacturer)

Did you wait longer than 2 minutes? we have a Gamethread timeout crash that keeps playing sound normally but the screen is frozen for 2 minutes (120s) and it is hard to alt-tab out during that time but switching to a different desktop on windows 11 worked for me.

It depends. Sometimes the game recovers itself until I eventually crash again. And sometimes the game will crash and give me an line:868. But most of the times, waiting does nothing and I’m forced to reboot

Underclocking has proved itself very effective, if you're willing to try that.
Not much else you can do sadly. It's a problem with DX12 rendering, essentially with how UE5 is optimised. If everyone fails, you'll have to wait until the devs find a way to bypass that issue, or upgrade to the latest UE5 version where hopefully that issue has been fixed.

How damaging can underclocking be? I looked into underclocking my GPU, but I got a warning saying it might cause issues. So I hesitated. If my GPU is at risk at failing, then I’d rather just wait for the devs to fix the issue in their end

Yes. I am suspecting that these features are the reason. Esp. the Nanite and maybe temporal SR (because to me it seems it cannot be turned off).

I have an issue with the frame rate that I’m wondering if it is my fault,
( I have a GeForce 1660 super graphics card) I have anywhere between 30-50 frames normally but when I get close to other Dino’s I drop as low as 10 frames and the visuals get all blurry/pixelated and it gets hard to play. Is this something I can fix or is this out of my hands?
