Try rebinding your Replay key - it worked for me personally - otherwise I just press F10 to toggle 'screenshot mode' and use standard GForce to capture screenshots - I don't think Evrima fully supports Ansel though.

For anyone encountering fatal errors leading to crashes You will have to manually uninstall “The Isle” from Steam. This issue is typically caused when someone switches from the Legacy to the EVRIMA branch.
Open “Steam”
Right Click The Isle
Select Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files
Delete everything inside of The Isle’s folder.
Then

• Press Windows key.

• Type "Run" to launch Run program.

• Type in "%localappdata% and click 'Ok'.

• Search for TheIsle folder.

• Delete the TheIsle folder once it has been located.

It has also been known to be caused by strict permissions with a Windows User Account and/or strict Anti-Virus settings

Please reduce what Windows and/or Anti-virus will block as far as programs go. You may need to create a new Windows User account to bypass the issue.

-If the above fails, make sure your GPU/GFX Drivers are updated. If you already updated them, uninstall them and reinstall them if the issue persists.

@grim ocean if you truly think that your issue is caused by just evrima being downloaded, try uninstalling the game and seeing if things return to normal. make sure to restart your computer after uninstalling. you can also delete left over files found in both the localappdata and steam to make sure it is a complete uninstall

To make things clearer: you can have DX12 installed on your computer even if you don't have the hardware to run it.
In case of both your GPUs, what you have to look at is what feature level they support, because that's what tells you if it actually supports DX12 or not. With feature level 11_0, a GPU can't run DX12-only features.

I had this issue a few nights ago. I have a fiber internet 1gb download / upload.. i9-13900k, 32gb DDR5, Rog Strix 4080ti... I was getting 40-60 FPS when I always maintain 144 at all times. I also had my ping go from 30 to 80-90 lol. My FPS was good after an hour but my ping was still trash.

Usually any popular servers (official ones and some community ones) will always be full. You can try to connect to one of those servers until you finally get in. Or you can try to join a community server that doesn't appear to have many players on.

I’m not sure what that is unfortunately. Have him open task manager, then go to performance. From there, click on gpu and in the upper right hand corner should be the gpu. (Something like rx580)

Does anyone know why unofficial server lookups just DO NOT work? I've restarted my game numerous amounts of times and yet the searchbar still just does not bring up the server I'm looking for. Even if you select the "hide empty" box it still shows empty servers?

This always happens on Evrima but legacy runs just fine, i have gotten comments before saying that i need to update my PC, in of which i did. This did not change anything however. And even when it was working it said i have to install Easy anti cheat, which i did and it only opened for a second and that was it.

I think you can run it, how much ram do you have though? your GPU is pretty good the cpu may run you into issues though, you would have to be okay with playing at 30-60 FPS Maximum

Yep, just keep in mind the FPS varies greatly, the game should run stable in non busy areas but when you get a lot of dead bodys it could tank your PC down to very low FPS
