Hey guys. I'm having an extreme issue, I tried almost everything I could think of. The isle dinosaurs are stuck on alt bite, I went to settings and unchecked alt, didn't work. I deleted the configuration folder, didn't help. I deleted the saved folder, didn't help. I tried uninstalling the isle and reinstalling, didn't help. Please if any of you can help me I'd appreciate it.

If it was not the server crashing and your friends stayed in the server then you were experiencing a disconnect nonetheless.
This disconnect can be due to a lot of things for example:

• temporarily losing the wifi connection to your router
• your router temporarily losing the internet connection
• your router falsely identifying a DDOS attack and shutting the connection down
• some downloads in the background hogging all the resources
• someone on your internet connection doing massive uploads (torrents/streaming)

I've been having the DX12 issue since this morning. I've updated my Windows 10 and the drivers for the GPU (Radeon r9 390). I've run DXdiag and it says I'm on DX12. I've also put the "-dx12" command line in on other games and they appear to run fine. I'm not sure what more I can check or do at this point

The patch can't fix that you don't have DX12 up-to-date (DX12 is updated through Windows). It will cause you problems for other games in the long-run once those games start to also use DX12-only features.

It's fine yes, it's on the lower end though and the low VRAM can probably cause issues, it actually may be why you keep crashing but that's not sure so I'd rather not advance this kind of hypotheses.

Okay, so my sibling and I are trying to get into the same server (Official NA 3) to play the new update together. Both machines are physically in the same house and using the same WiFi. My internet speed is very above average, so it is not a bandwidth issue. I managed to connect first, and then my sibling could not connect after an hour of attempts (mostly server full errors, but occasionally "anti cheat integrity check failure" and "lost connection to host"). I left the server and they immediately got in. I have now been attempting to join the server for a while, and I am getting the same sort of errors. During the horde testing, we were able to join the same server successfully.

My question: Is there some sort of limitation on connections with the same IP address, or are we just getting exceptionally unlucky?

I have, since I downloaded this game, a graphical issue w/ motion blur that causes some really bad image ghosting, its so bad that troodons literally leave a long trail behind them when theyre running across my screen and my whole game becomes a blur whenever i move my camera. it makes it really hard to see details and sometimes straight up nauseating to play

i have motion blur as low as it will go, anti aliasing off, no dlss (my gpu doesnt even have dlss as an option) and i deleted the config folder.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling evirma, verifying game files, downloading legacy first, verified windows is up to date, turned off my firewall and tried installing again, and nothing. hey yall, i just introduced my friend to the isle and after installing evrima he keeps getting the anticheat not installed error when launching. we've tried uninstalling easy and repairing it as well as deleting the anticheat folder in the files and verifying the integrity. none of it has worked so far

• or missing a windows update -> Check for Updates
• or are using Windows7 (only supports DX11) -> Upgrade to newer Windows or hope for devs to add a DX11 option (unlikely but you can vote here #general-feedback message)
• or you have 2 gfx adapter: one internal which is incompatible and one dedicated gpu which might be compatible -> ensure the dedicated gpu is selected as the main device
• or your gfx hardware really doesn't support this new game version (i.e. Intel Iris Xe chipsets, GTX <1000) -> hope for devs to add a DX11 option (unlikely but you can vote here #general-feedback message)

hey guys! i hope there's a solution to this issue because it's actually just not fun at all and seems to be a bit niche. I'm having an issue with the beipi's camera. EVERYTIME i dive in and out of the water, the camera's perspective makes the beipi smaller and you can't even see the entire body.

The things is, after i sit down and go back into the water, it resets the camera to show the full body! but if you want to continue diving like a dolphin, it makes it the uglier perspective.

I'm begging someone please help me because nobody in the isle's discussion even cares to reply to me about my niche issue.

cant connect to the servers for some reason, as i get stuck on this loading screen for a while (weirdly able to refresh as its 'loading' me in) and i get a "Client disconnected - server full" " or the connection to the host has been lost." on ANY server i try even if its 90-93/100 or so. was wondering if this was an issue with the isle or maybe the servers are too full 24/7. been trying for the last 20 minutes. been refreshing constantly as well, etc. or the connection to the host has been lost.

I don't believe it is under your control, I am unware of any settings allowing to manipulate the camera placements like you want. You could probably only submit a #🐞-evrima-bug-reports-🐞 or freature request in #general-feedback

yeah you're right, i've submitted the same bug report during the 1st stress test thinking it was a server-wide issue. but i think it actually has something to do with my ultrawide's resolution.

If you are experiencing issues with your controls since the latest update (can't move camera, unable to court, etc) then please try wiping your config files in localappdata.

1. If running The Isle, exit the game.
2. Press the Windows key
3. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
4. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
5. Open the "Saved" folder.
6. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
7. Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.
