Open “Steam”
Right Click The Isle
Select Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files
Delete everything inside of The Isle’s folder.
Then

• Press Windows key.

• Type "Run" to launch Run program.

• Type in "%localappdata% and click 'Ok'.

• Search for TheIsle folder.

• Delete the TheIsle folder once it has been located.

It has also been known to be caused by strict permissions with a Windows User Account and/or strict Anti-Virus settings

Please reduce what Windows and/or Anti-virus will block as far as programs go. You may need to create a new Windows User account to bypass the issue.

-If the above fails, make sure your GPU/GFX Drivers are updated. If you already updated them, uninstall them and reinstall them if the issue persists.

1. If running The Isle, exit the game.
2. Open File Explorer.
3. Click the address bar at the top.
4. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
5. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
6. Open the "Saved" folder.
7. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.

No point in adding Intel, you need a dedicated graphics card above a 10 series to run the game. With DX12, nearly all new UE5 features require the latest version (which again is supported on all but the below average gpu). So yeah, they could add DX11, but there goes everything that makes UE5 UE5.

I don't find this GPU, can you check you wrote it correctly?
In any case your driver version is outdated. But seeing what your GPU seems to be, I think it's too old and therefore can't run DX12.

Hello ppl, I've been having this issue since the update yesterday, my game graphics are highly pixelated, I believe it has to do with the resolution, yet it's currently in 1920x1080 which I believe it's the higher res. For anyone encountering fatal errors leading to crashes You will have to manually uninstall “The Isle” from Steam. This issue is typically caused when someone switches from the Legacy to the EVRIMA branch.
Open “Steam”
Right Click The Isle
Select Properties > Local Files > Browse Local Files
Delete everything inside of The Isle’s folder.
Then

• Press Windows key.

• Type "Run" to launch Run program.

• Type in "%localappdata% and click 'Ok'.

• Search for TheIsle folder.

• Delete the TheIsle folder once it has been located.

It has also been known to be caused by strict permissions with a Windows User Account and/or strict Anti-Virus settings

Please reduce what Windows and/or Anti-virus will block as far as programs go. You may need to create a new Windows User account to bypass the issue.

-If the above fails, make sure your GPU/GFX Drivers are updated. If you already updated them, uninstall them and reinstall them if the issue persists.

So far the surefire way to replicate this at least on my end has been to play deino and spawn on south swamp, tried playing troodon and had no problems whatsoever, weird that its happening only when i play deino, at least so far

Can't join a server? Says the server is full but it shows 97/100? The server is actually full. That 97 is the 100. Still want to try and join? Wait for it to go down to 96, that's when the slot is actually 99/100. These numbers used as an example is NOT the standard for every server. Sometimes the "100" could be 94 or even 92. Keep an eye on them, if you see a server go down one slot and then skyrocket up, chances are that was the open slot.

Feel free to spread the word on this info for people not educated on this fact.
