This was the first problem. I THINK i fixed it.. I updated my drivers, did a bunch of stuff people told me to do and then eventually talked with PunchPacket. He helped me out and i was able ti play for maybe an hour and a half before i got off of a chill server to get onto a official server. Once i get on the official im able to play for around 15-20 minutes before my WHOLE pc freezes. Whole pc meaning even if i press the windows key it wont work. I cant even brinf uo the task manager. So i have to shut down my pc via power button. So the freezing is my current problem. I tried the saved folder deletion thing and the config, my drivers are updated too. I just want to play the game man

I have this same issue, I updated or checked that basically all my components were updated, it seems like I PROBABLY fixed my issue but I'll have to see with more time playing, I updated/downloaded a driver for my CPU to be up to date (its radeon AMD), but if nothing else works then its a bug and issue for the servers therefore the devs

Hey, so I installed the new update and then deleted the config file like instructed in the announcements channel and now I can't click any of the buttons on the main menu. It seems that the actual inputs are waaaaay to the left (so far left that I can't click any, just the little satellite button on the bottom left). I verified my local files through steam and it didn't help. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated

DX12 starts at featurelevel 11_1. There are directX 12 cards that only support 11_1. If they need 11_2 or 12_1, that would save a hell of a lot of headaches if a dev could take a minute and confrim the required feature level.

How to delete CONFIG folder

• close your game
• press windows + r
• search %localappdata%
• find The Isle > Saved > DELETE Config
• do not write anything, just search it by eye!
