hm ): strange, did you try wiping your local files ? that resets all your settings and deletes your skin presets.
I'd recommand taking a screenshot of your Settings and exporting your skins before doing that, so you can restore them if something changes.

1.) If running The Isle, exit the game.
2.) Press the windows key (or press "Windows key" + "R")
3.) Type %localappdata% then press Enter. (make sure you're really in Appdata -> local, and not in Appdata -> Roaming!)
4.) Find the TheIsle folder. Open it.
5.) Delete the Saved folder

If it's the second one; The player counts for servers are broken, and an "anticheat" or "server full" error will pop up.
You just gotta keep refreshing to see the player count drop, then try to join.
It's annoying, but until they fix the server player counts its what we gotta do.
(It seems that people who are in the dino creation before spawning aren't being counted)

I'm trying to get in one of the NA servers, which is showing as 98/100. I've tried for literally over a hour going back and forth in the game and back to the menu for a "connection lost" 2-3 minutes after joining the server. At this point, I should've actually gotten in... but I haven't, so I'm here.
I've got a high-end PC and a very high-end router ||(thanks to my IT dad)||, which both of them are showing no issues.
I've restarted my router and PC, also made sure they were up to date.
I've verified integrity of my game files, and have ran the "InstallAntiCheat" file.
I have tried to restart my game many times to try and show 100/100 so I can join the queue, but it wouldn't show.

I know im basically fighting people in the queue, but it's been way over a hour of back and forth. It usually takes me only a couple minutes to truly get into a server when fighting people on the queue..

Tried to download the missing dll, tried administrator mode, reinstall/ validate files, change drives, cleaning download cashe, deleting the anti cheat in the map folder and reinstall it, restarting pc, exception windows firewall to anti cheat.

That error usually occurs because of corrupted, edited, or deleted game files that EAC doesn’t like and assumed you’re hacking. I’d double check the isle is allowed through your firewall AND antivirus. Then, do a clean install, by manually deleting all files pertaining to the isle (including the app data one). Then reinstall. Do you have a windows update perhaps ?

A reason for that issue seems to be in a recent windows update.
Try doing this, this helped some people resolve it:

• Head to Windows Security -> Device security
• Open Core Isolation
• There, disable Memory integrity
• Now restart your Computer (Don't skip this)

Now see if the game loads up normally.

Since you just got the game, it might be good to explain something first.

There are 2 versions of the Game. If you just downloaded it, you are now on the Version everyone calls Legacy. This used to be the main game, but development on it was stopped a few years ago. So it is currently not getting any updates anymore, and there are no official servers to play on.
What you're experiencing is an weird bug that some people have, where they can't see any of the Unofficial servers. To fix that you can try the following:

• Make sure Official servers are not ticked at the right-side (since there are no)

• Try reducting the maximum number of results (maybe to 500-1500) and then refresh (you can play around with that number a bit)

• You can also try doing this:
  1.) Open Steam
  2.) Select “STEAM” on the upper left corner
  3.) Go to Settings -> in-game
  4.) Increase the “In-Game Server Browser: Max Pings / minute” value and see if it helps.
  decreasing it might help too, just try a few values, like above.

• This might also help:
  Go to your game files:
  1.) Right Click The Isle in your steam library
  2.) Select Properties -> Local Files -> Browse Local Files
  3.) then go into: TheIsle -> Binaries -> Win64
  There create a text file named steam_appid with the number 376210 inside

Try wiping your local files, that resets all your settings and deletes your skin presets.
I'd recommand taking a screenshot of your Settings and exporting your skins before doing that, so you can restore them if something changes.

1.) If running The Isle, exit the game.
2.) Press the windows key (or press "Windows key" + "R")
3.) Type %localappdata% then press Enter. (make sure you're really in Appdata -> local, and not in Appdata -> Roaming!)
4.) Find the TheIsle folder. Open it.
5.) Delete the Saved folder

Fixing the Black Screen after the blue loading screen for Evrima If You have NVIDIA Graphic Drivers!

Open Device Manager.
Click on display adapters.
If you have NVIDIA Geforce graphics driver disable it because I'm not sure if it will work if you keep it enabled.
Download Geforce Experience (just look up Geforce Experience and it should be the first link.) (press the green download button).
Open Geforce Experience after it finishes downloading and follow all prompts.
Click Drivers in the top of the Geforce experience. It should be a little download icon that has drivers right by it
Download game ready driver (should be the first one).

And that should be it! Try refreshing your pc/laptop and it should work! (worked for me)

Hi guys,

Wondering if someone can help me, I've tried many things including getting rid of my overclocked settings and wiping my whole PC to rectify this issue but it still persists. Every-time I load onto a server I get kicked anywhere from immediately to a minute in. It says one of three things, "UE4 Fatal error", "anti cheat integrity check failed (0x2200) " or "easy Anti Cheat Failed To Install".

Hmmm. You might have to manually to a complete uninstall of the isle then. I think the pinned google doc has a way to do it (basically just delete the isle from your steam folder and the isle from your appdata)

I've been having rendering issues with Evrima for a long time with my current graphics card, that being a a Geforce GTX 1030 that I've had for about 6 years. Looking to upgrade to a Geforce GTX 1650, does anyone have experience with that or other comparable cards?

so about every 5 to 10 minutes after I join a server, I get disconnected and it says connection timed out. when I first got the isle it didn't do this. I have lost many dinos because of this and it is getting very annoying.
