5. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
6. Open the "Saved" folder.
7. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
8. Restart the game. The issue should be fixed.

Try hitting F11, and then go to your settings and ajust your Resolution to the one of your Monitor, and set your Window mode to "Windowed Fullscreen"

hm ): another idea could be that it's being caused from the EAC system file. It sometimes blocks the download of EAC to certain locations.
So, try this, it's basically the same just with an additional step:

Try deleting the "EasyAntiCheat.sys"(maybe "EasyAntiCheat_EOS.sys" for you) file.
It's default path should be in "C: -> Programs(x86) -> EasyAntiCheat_EOS",

• Go there and delete the .sys file
• Then, go to your games folder and delete the EAC folder
• Verify your game files over steam

hey so my friend has been having a lot of issues with connecting to the servers and keeps getting the message "anti-cheat integrity check failed (0x2200). You have been disconnected." He has tried verifying the files multiple times and at one point it worked allowing him to see the menu where you can choose your dino, but after a minute was disconnected then the anti cheat error continued. He then tried reinstalling the game but that didnt work. I am wondering what things may conflict with the anticheat that he should check?

Hi, so everytime I load in as any dino i can't eat holding e, i can't drink, sleep/save, and the only exception to eat is if I grab then eat. With this i get a buggy animation that is the start of the drinking/eating/sleeping animation but it never fills the far or safe ligs as it jitters. I've tried quitting and restarting several times, swimming, everything however its still happens and its so bad i cant even grow to full because i die of not being able to drink anything. Any help?

Hello, so I recently installed evrima and when I got on it the first 10 minutes was fine, but then my audio started to skip and glitch and I started to lag really bad. The audio also skips in the menu screen and server selection. At one point my dino was randomly biting and some other keys would not work. This happened everytime I would get on after that. I normally run the Isle really well so I'm not sure why suddenly its doing this. I tried to fix my settings and even watched some videos to try and fix it, but nothing is working.

hm, you could try to reset your config.
That will however reset your graphic settings and custom keybinds!
I would recommand taking a screenshot of your graphic settings, so that if something changes you can restore them.

And as to the random biting, that is an mechanic in the game.
If you're an Utah or Ptera and eat others of your species you get sick, the random biting is one of the symptoms of that sickness. Infertility is another one. They usually pass after 15-20 min, but it depends on how much you ate.
Herbivores can get a similiar sickness from eating Mushrooms, only Hypsis can eat those

A re/un-install from hand can sometimes help with certain issues were a normal uninstall over steam doesn't work.
Some files "survive" if you uninstall a game over steam, therefore this might help.
For a complete uninstall do these 2 steps:

1.) Deleting your Steam game files:

• Right Click The Isle in your steam library
• Select Properties -> Local Files -> Browse Local Files
• Delete everything inside of The Isle’s folder.

2.) Deleting your Local game files

• Press "Windows key" (or "Windows key" + "R" if that doesn't work)
• Type in "%localappdata% and click 'Ok'.
• Search for TheIsle folder.
• Delete the TheIsle folder once you've found it.

Now you can re-install the game over Steam, like normal.

if none of them worked, try deleting the "EasyAntiCheat.sys"(maybe "EasyAntiCheat_EOS.sys" for you) file.

It's default path should be in "C: -> Programs(x86) -> EasyAntiCheat_EOS",

• Go there and delete the .sys file
• Then, go to your games folder and delete the EAC folder
• Verify your game files over steam
• Unintall and install Easy-Anti-Cheat over their .bat files again (Feel free to ask if you don't know how)

Yes there is a way to fix it!
Right click TheIsle in your steam library, select properties, browse local files.
This will open up where The Isle is installed. Inside of it are two folders; Engine & TheIsle.
Both of those folders have a "saved" folder inside of them. Delete BOTH of the folders named Saved.
Launch the game and it will fix your issue

I cant eat, drink- the animation jitters when it happens. I can only eat if I grab a chunk then eat, but I cant drink at all- I can sniff but nothing shows up on the bar indicating water or anything.

People used to drink from bugged locations all the time, and I don't see how this would be different, or how it would go against any of the rules set for the Official servers:

Also tell them your in-game name + your specific server.

You're graphics card barely meets the requirements to run Legacy. You can try seeing if there are any updates, that may resolve the issue. If you have 2 monitors, have task manager running in one and play Evrima in the other. See if the CPU or something reaches 100% for an extended period of time.

It sounds like a computer error and not game one. My guess is the game is too much for your computer to run for extended periods of time, be that out of memory, CPU overdrive, or bad graphics cards. Try and update all of your drivers in the control panel.

Did you try this; Right click The Isle in your Steam Library > left click properties > local files > browse local files > TheIsle > delete the "Saved" folder and re-launch The Isle. It'll reset everything back to default, the folder itself will refresh upon launch

wait, if you do that do it like this:

A re/un-install from hand can sometimes help with certain issues were a normal uninstall over steam doesn't work.
Some files "survive" if you uninstall a game over steam, therefore this might help.
For a complete uninstall do these 2 steps:

1.) Deleting your Steam game files:

• Right Click The Isle in your steam library
• Select Properties -> Local Files -> Browse Local Files

2.) Deleting your Local game files

• Press "Windows key" (or "Windows key" + "R" if that doesn't work)
• Type in "%localappdata% and click 'Ok'.
• Search for TheIsle folder.
• Delete the TheIsle folder once you've found it.

Now you can re-install the game over Steam, like normal.

You could try see if disabling the Oculus app does something, but that's a shot-in-the-dark >.<
We just noticed that some VR programs seem to cause it

Try logging out, then log back into the game and try to move away from you position while the World is loading in.
IF that doesn't work try going to the correct server channel (so #evrima-eu , #evrima-na ...) and ping the "Official server admin" role. Also tell them your in-game name + your specific server.

If you don't get an answer in a few min or if your dino is low on water/food, it might be the best to log out for now and wait for a respons.

Do you play any VR games ? The most common cause for this seems to be a VR Program like "Open XR" (but also things like the Oculus App can cause it)

Here are all known fixes at the moment, though if you have any VR related program besides Open XR I'd try disabling it first.

I have not read any yet but my full adult and juvie glitch on the rock when climbing. after that not able to jump unless they safe log and then lost them. This was on the EU2 server which just rebooted thanks.

Default is X, but if that doesn't work, try this

If you are experiencing issues with your controls since the latest update (can't move camera, unable to court, etc) then please try wiping your config files in localappdata.

1. If running The Isle, exit the game.
2. Press the Windows key
3. Type %localappdata% then press Enter.
4. Find "TheIsle" folder. Open it.
5. Open the "Saved" folder.
6. Delete the "Config" folder. Note: This will reset any of your custom settings to their defaults.
7. Restart the game. The issues should be fixed.
