FWIW I didn't hear a bagpipe type warning call...it was definitely a unique animal screech, moan, high pitch warning though, like a sick/dying cat howl, a large bird screech, etc. But the other two factors were true in my case: north central hills and daylight hours. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I tried to get Ben to tell me if there's one even on my map, or what triggers them to show up. He wouldn't though. That's the biggest piece of missing info for me. I'll put in 20 hours a day searching the map if I know it's at least on it.
