There is a mission where you have to harvest a red deer, potato, and carrot. You then bring it to the kitchen and cook it, with dialogue about the haggis. Talking about how they taste, that this could be bait for it, and that “you’ll find one soon enough”. You also unlock the Benelhag shotgun from this mission “hag” clearly at the end of the weapon’s name

It is also called “Eat your Hat” and the “haggis” shot in the missions is a hat found in a tree
