Yeah, my first fight against Moder didn't go so well either. Later on, when you're used to her attack patterns and have higher skills, the fight will go much better.

Moder is really the first boss where you got to have some skill levels with your main weapon or otherwise the fight will take forever.

I just built a nice new home in the Black Forest with Plains close by. At one time I was at the border when three lox charged me at once. I had good food and was wearing Ashlands armor and a Primal Nidhögg. I had completely forgotten that they hit like a 30-ton truck. They smushed me into a pulp two times before I finally was able to kill all three of them.

The first three have mostly identical stats, and not super impressive when considering swamp food. Is it just more efficient overall, two swamp foods and one feast because it lasts so long?

Imo, there are too stages, first Mistlands can be a challenge, after a while it gets easier as you get used to the monsters there (with whisplight etc) and if you play more eventually you get so used to it you can fully play through without the whisplight, which I am at as well now, you can even hide better from Gjalls without having to unequip the whisplight!

Yeah I can parry enemies just from their sound but what helps the most is just knowing how to navigate, not making the mistake of jumping on rocks and just sticking to land and going around pillars and also just zooming in in your character to be able to see without the mist obstructing your screen

One thing I can't get my head around is, you obviously worked with real life examples for ships, so you had to read a bit about them...so why the nonsensical fumbling of names? Since last April 1st, you need to find special pickable rock instead of stone which allows you build Rocky with your hammer.

They are pretty rare find in first 4 biomes over 1000m from center (tho due to altitude requirements they are easier to be found in first two), but since celebratory update we got new special POI in black forest which has multiple of those rocks.

5 hours i'm set up mining silver with a portal the moment i haul my stuff down the mountain, destroyed my portal -> "You are being hunted" yeah man aight

but that raid is so brutal

Will just be a bit longer to start with as you need to bait a few boars into skeletons and other than grinding arrows and having longer boss fights everything should be doable but will make you a really good archer once you are done with it

yeah the less useful one uses seeds, it sounds maybe good but it's like 2 extra healing per healing tick when activated, pretty unimportant unless you're missing hp for a long time
