make sure your launch option in STEAM have -console stating as launch option, then in game you press f5 the type in devcommands
and then there is a huge list of commands you can use to spawn in items

You can also press f5 and type in debugmode it gives you like godmode and flying mode.
Like I said there is a huge list of commands you can use and shortcuts for you , just google "using cheatcodes in valheim solo"

yeah, when you get high level in clubs lategame even starting in plains vs goblins your attack knocks them back so far their attack can’t reach you, but you also cant reach them. if they stagger you have to smack, walk up, smack again. good vs melee goblins, irritating vs ranged and shamans. also the secondary of clubs knocks charred warriors so far back they cant touch you whereas try that with a sword you better time it good and be ready to dodge

very much a fun playstyle choice to make which weapon you wanna use, or bring both to club warriors and sword archers or whatever you want

Just look at the tree stumps in the swamp.
Aboms have a slightly brighter green patern on it and they seem to have some drops coming from them. When in doubt, simply shoot an arrow at the stump. If it's an abom it'll "wake up".

Attn Club Users: Has anyone used a club in late game like mistlands/ashlands and felt the 2x stagger on the seconday to be useful? Like is there a 1 or 2 star mob you can secondary to stagger that you wouldn't be able to parry?

Mountains are often surrounded by meadows. If I ever run into a starred wolf i turn back and hunt deer. Maybe chop down some wood for a quick pen or false floor over a hole. The wolf is usually still in the area and you can plan out taming.

Only way to reduce the tedium of ferrying tames is to increase the tedium by adding mods that were designed to move them around.

If that thought makes you think "not even if Odin threatens me to use them" then your best bet is the longboat.

Can be done on the starter raft. Wouldn't recommend it.

Wolf Armor is good for next biome - Fenris is a great set, but its armor is low as a tradeoff for extra speed. You don't NEED it really for any biome in particular - its just a "nice to have" - so you can come back to the caves and finish that off later when you are stronger.

yep, people usually (and rightfully) skip bronze armor in favor of troll or bear, so iron is the first experience with heavy armor, takes down 10% of movement speed and that feels huge when used to 0% (troll, bear)

My way of dealing with the armor slowdown is to carry both sets with me, or at least bring the chest and leg pieces so I can swap one or two depending on the situation.

The last game I played with my husband our build site happened to spawn a lot of gulls on the front lawn. Not THAT many, true, but it was odd. We never suffered for feathers, anyway.

Yea, our site lead on to the coast where they are more likely anyway, and then there just seemed to be double as many all the time. Especially when it rained and they stayed grounded longer is was nothing to shoot a dozen in a go. Not normal for all valheim, though - just a quirk of that site where presumably a couple spanwn cages overlaid one another.

Level 4 is usually never necessary. Level 3 is IMHO best compromise. Level 2 is mostly sufficient.

I never felt silver costs were insane. When you find a node you can knock it out in a few minutes. Iron is far more of a drain.

Leave everything you do not NEED behind if you are playing vanilla. Set up a portal to the main land, and portal as a backup, and another as a backup backup.

Be patient...progress is SLOW even if its only because you have constantly a lot of stuff you want to take home.

Ashlands is challenging. I would always tackle it as a tank warrior, because you can become overwhelmed quickly otherwise. But that's just me. I don't cut it as a mage, or anything but a tank, because I can't dodge roll.

Yes, It's a good idea to go back to Mistlands, even when you've already been to Ashlands. The iron and marble alone from bridges is so worth it, if you're into building.

Hitting the target with arrows actually grants less xp than mobs/T.W.I.G. but you can recover your arrows from the target.
