I sleep too much and too little 💀 I went to bed at 6am and just got up at 4pm. Sucks for all the hours I missed in my day but I feel fine. I do periodically take benadryl if I need to sleep before 4 that day and I've tried melatonin. My bf has had insomnia for years and has sometimes only been able to sleep a few hours throughout the week. He takes magnesium so he can function during the day rn. Nothing wrong with taking something to help you sleep, not all over the counter drugs are addictive.
