I have to move away for 2.5 weeks since there is a renovation in my bathroom. Cant like here then. This building has plenty of apartments and they renovate them, but my apartment turn is 17 March - 4 April. Gotta live elsewhere then. Jokes, after all, are social statements that can be misinterpreted. I only do french people because I thought that was the group of people that would make it more likely to be percieved as just a joke and not an actual political statement. I would never use that joke with an actually threatened group of people (for example african people, or mexican people, or whatever other group that already has issues with xenophobia), as that would be easily confused with hate. I have been victim of these kinds of jokes and I know how powerful they are in a bad sense. I guess they could be hurtful in a public server like this, with many many people interacting who don't know me or my intentions. I'll be careful.
