I've been lucky with cultist trophies. During maybe 1st or 2nd cave I usually have found one.

In one playthrough I got 3 from the first cave.

I hunted rancid remains, elite draugr and cultists for getting one of them. Hunted golems also but didn’t get one yet, same for wraiths.

Self invented smores tart:

Ingredients:

• any type of cookie you use for smores, we used 2/3 petit beurre and 1/3 chocolat covered petit beurre
  You can use chocolat chip, oatmeal, thin wafers, ...
• melted butter
• strawberries (frozen or fresh)
• marshmallows
• chocolate
• cream
• milk
• gelatin
• optional: sugar / citron juice

steps:

• Blitz the cookies so they are a powder
• add melted butter and knead, keep adding butter till you have a firm dough
• press the dough in a tart form so the dough is about 1cm thick, you can make it thicker but it will need longer in the oven and blind bake it (180-200°C) till the dough is golden brown in color
• melt 200g chocolate, add in 0.1l cream and 50g butter (basically make a ganache but not the correct way), depending on how big the dough is you'll need to make more
• once the dough has cooled off, pour the chocolate mix all over it so it is coated with chocolate, you want to prevent the pie crust from getting soggy with the next step
• put strawberries in a pot and make strawberry coulis, dissolve the marshmallows in the coulis, add citron juice to make it less sweet or add sugar to make it sweeter
• add gelatin
• pour the strawberry marshmallow mixture over the crust that is covered in chocolate
• put it in the fridge so the mixture can firm up
• cut into pieces and serve with whipped cream

Pairs good with coffee, brown beers and any citrus related drinks (haven't tested the citrus related drinks myself but friends and family did)

We still haven't perfected it but we are slowly getting there, we didn't have any big fails but some things were better than others.
First time we didn't use enough gelatin and the mixture didn't firm up properly, 2nd time not enough butter and the dough was too brittle
3th time added too much cream or butter to the chocolate because that didn't stiffen up properly but it still prevented the strawberry mixture from making the sough too soggy.

I usually combine different words from different languages according to the environment (as and example, Yelvein is built with "Yellow" and "{the part I can't use}" is a particle I saw sometimes at the end of villages names (like burg, dorf, etc...). Added a "v" to make it sound better and there you got a name).
