There's not a minimum level requirement for regular Monoliths or Empowered.

Probably not. There are several factors you need if you want to freeze enemies consistently (big bosses are difficult to freeze still) - Base freeze rate on your skill, 30+ frostbite stacks, freeze rate multiplier, and freeze rate per stack of chill (with 3 chill stacks). Each of those things multiplies your total freeze chance, and then you also want to hit as often as possible to roll against the freeze chance more often.

I ran into an issue where my party member could see Nemesis locations and I could not. We split group and he challenged his solo.

I"ve gone into a total of 9 zones on that character solo and not seen a Nemesis.

I've now gone into 6 more zones on a separate character and not seen any Nemesis encounters. An F8 in game bug report has been made.

I can see Exiled Mages, Rift Beast Encounters and Omen Windows.

In addition to buying Woven echoes, It's also used to do Weaver Enchants on Class Idols and can be repeatedly re-enchanted as well. Costs 500 Memory Amber. And Reforge - completely reroll - Class Idols and Weaver Idols. Costs 1,000 for Class Idols and 1,500 for Weaver Idols. Also used to respec the Weaver tree, but that's inexpensive, only 20 a point.

It's not under any category except "runes", so if you want to farm them from prophecies you need to grab prophecies that don't specify a specific rune type.

Are you in the campaign still? Going from a higher level zone down to a lower one in campaign can cause that. It should not happen after campaign, though.

I think that's how it works. For example in this Timeline, the Harbinger is lit up and I have enough Corruption to fight it. When I picked the Timeline Boss fight, the Harbinger Crest is lit up and I have the option of unchecking the Harbinger if I wanted to turn it off.

Note that there are 15x Passive unlocks and 8x Idol unlocks that you want to get at some point from the Campaign. You can always go back and finish these up later and there are many more unlock quests available than what you need to cap.

Here's a couple of Campaign skip examples. I did both of these with new Season characters, so no stashed items. If you're playing with an Alt with items, you could choose to skip even more.

Example 1. Do the campaign as normal, making sure you get the Temporal Sanctum waypoint in Chapter 5, and go through campaign until Chapter 7 once you finish the lance quests. At that point you'll have all the Passive and Idol unlocks. Go into Monoliths until you get a Temporal Sanctum dungeon key and feel comfortable fighting that dungeon boss. Use the Temporal Sanctum dungeon exit to get into Chapter 9 and join an item faction. Doing it this way you're higher level going into Monoliths. I did this on most of my pre-release and 1.0 release characters and it works fine.

Example 2. Do the campaign up until you reach Chapter 5 and have gotten the Temporal Sanctum waypoint. Go into Monoliths until you get a Temporal Sanctum dungeon key and feel comfortable fighting that boss. Use the Temporal Sanctum dungeon exit to get into Chapter 9 and join an item faction. Complete the last couple of unlocks in Chapter 9. Doing it this way you're lower level going into Monoliths. I did this on the Season 1, 2, 3, and 4 characters and it also works fine.

Commoner's can only take Weapon or Jewelry/Accessory - Ring, Amulet, Relic. You could put it in Sealed - Armor or Weapon. And in Echoing - Weapon or Jewelry/Accessory.

Note that the Imprint just is like a picture/copy of the item. You can put it into both Sealed and Echoing if you want, they all have different procs. Commoner's procs from just defeating enemies. Sealed procs from opening lost caches - the big chests with a yellow diamond symbol in echoes. Echoing procs from echo rewards - the big chest back on your island after you successfully complete an echo objective without dying.

You can also change the Imprints at any time for no cost. So feel free and swap them around whenever you want.

yes, EVERY value on the item is rerolled within it's listed range.

• implicits - the numbers at the top that are part of the base item, like Crit Multi in your picture.
• affixes - the numbers in red text that are the legendary prefixes and suffixes, like the Increased Physical Damage in your picture.
• modifiers - the numbers at the bottom that are part of the unique item, like the Flat Crit Chance if Traitor's Tongue is Offhand that's not in your picture.

the only thing that wouldn't be rerolled would be Legendary Potential. that's rerolled with Farsight Turtle woven echo instead.

I am building a frog build, but then hit a soft block at about 300c. I can not comfortably do it.

So I looked up a written guide to try to get inspired and learn what I am doing wrong. I found this one:

However, they add parry chance to their weapon as their LP priority, and I have no idea why. We do not deal a lot of damage, so minion stats seem to be the better choice to me.
Also, 10% chance to negate damage by itself seems weak.

You still get more stability if you push it to the end

The bar always was a reflection of current vs maximum attainable stability. You get a base stability of completing the map and then the bonus builds up as you murder mobs.

The 3 sections of rewards were simply added on top to notify that if you complete this much of the map, you get these rewards (1x to 3x of the reward). The last bit is for you, if you want to squeeze in that extra stability until you hit the cap.

Indeed, every empower is a chance to "improve" each of the items in that screen, with the minimum outcome being no change. The only improvements possible, as per observation, are adding LP, WW (for WW items already in there) and adding or increasing affix tiers, with the optional sealing of an affix on exalts or lesser items. Potentially also FP increases, but I have never actually tracked that.
Since the eggs take 0LP uniques, we're only really concerned about each empowering adding LP or straight up affixes that it also upgrades on a 2nd empower. The first empower is really the crucial one, since if you get LP, you now have a chance to get more LP, but if you got affixes, your item is now legendary and likely fodder for other crafting shenanigans.

You need to do the omen veil echo which you get from buying said echo from apophis snake lady at the start of the timelines window,at the omen veil you need to activate the three omen windows at same time and finish them to get the boss echo drop,if one of the timers reach 0 you wont get the echo.

Thing is, uniques that drop from imprints have always been rolled for LP as they drop. How that math is affected by rarity of items dropped from the source that dropped, I do not know, but it is factored.

When i have 4 lp boots and they dont drop even 2 lp yes thats the concensus until we get datamine ,same for exalts one week to get 1 proc of a 4t7 that dropped 1 exalt and never gotten 1 proc for 3t7 axes ,not even 2t7 axes

This season I'm playing Ballista Falconer, and right now in 320corruption with rly good dps but most things kill me instantly if I'm not careful.. but I've started to collect some gear to try Umbral Blades.
Do you have any other recommendations, or tips on which rogue build I should run to handle high corruption with decent defense and with dps to take on uber aberroth.

No, Sets are in this kind of odd spot where if you want to use them you have to either use the item as is or Shatter the Set with Great Bridge woven echo and use the Reforged Set affix shards in crafting on say an Exalted item. There is a Primordial Unique, Legends Entwined, that you can use to count as one piece of any set. But not being able to get LP Set items and not being able to transfer the Reforged Set affixes, can put using Sets at somewhat of a disadvantage to Legendary items.

Well movement speed and increased cooldown recovery speed is good for most classes. the experimental affix can be useful for a class like Necromancer when doing echoes so that when you use Transplant to move forward minions move with you. I can't think of a build off the top of my head that uses the Zerrick set though

But note that people are going to be taking different things based on what type of content they enjoy, things they want to avoid, things they want to add a bonus to, etc. The Imprints were reduced this Season, but they're still extra drops, so you're going to see a lot of people taking those.

I expected that it does, but I wanted to test it, so I logged in and tried to make a Hide, Condition: Runes, but as soon as I pick Runes it immediately changes it to a Show rule. So I think you'd need to a Show, Condition: Runes, Properties: every other Rune checked except Shattering. And then have a Hide All Items under that.

Anyway, after testing it by making sure there were some Shatters on the ground, then hiding them, and clicking one of the visible ones, YES it also vacuumed up the Shatters.

You can also use Rune of Ascendance on rings that require CoF, as your CoF rank 2 bonus gives a 45% chance for Ascendance to not be consumed when used on CoF required items. This isn't necessarily better, I'm just mentioning it as another way to get additional drop chances for random drop unique rings like Red Ring. You just add a filter line for Show - Item Type: Rings and Factions: Circle of Fortune - so that you pick them up.

You can type manafused into the stash and see items with that affix highlighted. if you wanted to narrow it down by tier, Manafused has a range of 6 to 180, depending on the tier and item type. so something like /(6|180).*?manafused/ should work and you can adjust the first number higher to cut out lower tiers. Hmm, you could try both on the training dummies in Champion's Rest, Divine Era, West of Heoborea. You don't need an Arena key, but if you have one, you can right click on it to have the map zoom straight there.

You can import your character into LE Tools https://www.lastepochtools.com/planner/ and in the minion tab it does have minion poison chance listed if you scroll down. But I don't think it has something for comparing that to attack speed for X number of minions.

Purple is Exalted affix, T6-T7. You can either find an item with that affix at a higher Tier, or try to use Rune of Redemption to randomly reroll the Exalted affixes, or try to use Rune of Havoc to shuffle a random T7 with the -X Throw Attack Mana Cost affix.

No, I meant that Rune Prison Complex woven echo only drops from Exiled Mages. You could take Exiled But Not Forgotten node to the left of that. Then when you open a Rune Prison in an echo, instead of 1x Exiled Mage, you get 2x Exiled Mages. Extra drop chances. When I'm farming for Mad Alchemist Ladle and Rune Prison Complex, I take both Graveyard Prison and Exiled But Not Forgotten, it's just that Graveyard Prison is currently bugged and it's not giving you a guaranteed Rune Prison inside of Tombs/Cemeteries so it's not helping right now.

The Primordial T8 version would give more dodge rating and +2 Max Shadows. You could get that one from Bloodline Glade woven echo. It's full of Rift Beast Champions and after a gauntlet of them, you get a bunch of T8 Champion items.

Kuzon Set? Yeah if you wanted that Set bonus along with Ravager's Helm, you could use the Set Sword or Reforged Set Sword affix crafted on with Legend's Entwined Primordial unique ring. That would give you 1 set part from the Sword and 1 set part from the Ring, so you'd get 2 set bonus.

I believe it does work on most Woven echoes. Like the Imprints work on them. Depends on the node though, something like ones for increased Rift Beast chance isn't going to show up in the woven echoes with just a boss in them.

It's a rare drop (probably from rares/bosses generally, like keys) from normal mobs and comes commonly from green loot lizards and big bosses like harbingers.
