It's interesting since the afk timer originally was not recognizing GUI interactions as "doing stuff", and they fixed it relatively quickly. The timer was also shorter then, so it was even worse, but sounds like somehow, the bug returned.

I feel like I've afked so much its flagged me as a repeat offender and is kicking me harder or something. If I get the 5 minute timer even moving doesnt stop it. I find buying a rune of shattering from nearest vendor works though lol but I do actually idle a lot when reading stuff or trying to craft and cant see the chat window behind the bank or crafting tab so just get booted without even noticing the timer lol I also just remembered my Discord name is AFK so I am probably asking for it.
hi can i reroll the prefix on this? should i keep growing the enchantment or scrap it? i do want the enchantment but unsure if there is enough weaver's touch on it
cannot reroll affixes on idols. you can re-enchant it, and also use runes of weaving on them to auto level the enchantments.
Do I get to control adding any more enchantments? For example, for this one above I do not want any more enchantment as weaver's touch gets consumed.
it just writes over the current enchantment, there's no control over it, just RNG.

yea if you don't want that, just re enchant and try again. getting perfect enchants is a struggle.
What does reforge do in the tomb?
Reforge rerolls the entire idol, like it's a fresh drop. Same shape/type, but removes any enchants and changes its two affixes to random ones.

If you're in the same instance + party when loot drops you can gift it to your friend
There's no direct trading
if it drops when you're not in party + same instance when it drops then you'll need to play together until resonance drops and then you can gift it to your friend

Im using one right now I made because I don't like using spriggan form but I just made it up I warn you, but it does seem to work still at like 800 corruption so far even with my unoptimised gear still. You basically use melee to regenerate mana and it is very melee with avalanches as its main damage burst to the point that I dropped all my regen, I didn't spec into spriggan form either when I did use it I just put the button on my bar and rely on maelstrom autocasts from hits as well as warcry. I'd love to be able to fit gathering storm in to turn it cold but I can't. I am still tweaking as I go, in fact I am about to finally start adding in 3 legendaries I've decided fit, even at the cost of some defense, to see if I can make those work as I think they will make it really fun and hopefully even give more damage. This is what I am aiming for, but am currently still using a ferebors set affix rune dagger, or scorn sceptre works too. There is a bit of wiggle room for sure with a couple of things like avoidance/reduction, jungle chaps or brewmaster buckle is another one I am going test for more dodge but I generally need more hps so reduction/hps I think is more sensible. Some affixes will vary obviously but at 800 corruption its working fine for me so far except for perhaps woven echoes that I am trying to still tweak it for. It's changed dramatically from what I began with but this is what I am aiming to test next. I tried to be modest in the tiers or seals as it can be really unlucky crafting.
I call it Gladiator of Lagon after the perk. Tempest strike regens mana and gives you something to do while you regen mana more importantly instead of running around dressed like a tree. Now you chop them up like Steven Seagal in the kitchen.

I think atm the only glaring weakness I noticed was I lost physical but I am mostly armour focused so will find out the hard way and work out how to fix that later
I use rune dagger and scorn sceptre for their crit, and they also both have their own spell damage added prefixes that are pretty important to keep the damage up, but prismatic is going to be a test just to try and make fury leap cold is whats going on right now with those uniques

I just accidentally did the confluence of fate at 798 corruption for the first time and it wasn't very hard tbh surprisingly as blood glade is hard atm for me but the only thing it would be a good display of is how good the dodge rating it builds actually is with a bit of dodge as I face tanked a lot of really bad hits in the face throughout. I can show you it on a dummy from earlier maybe to make myself look less bad but I'm currently at lower damage than I was as I did away with spell crit for reg crit to see if it works ok, you only need spell so I am not sure it was a wise experiment. I also reforged boots and gloves and belt with avoidance and dodge last night to test and its honestly quite effective, I dodge a lot I notice when stacked (40-50%) and lost a lot of damage as my dagger is much worse than my sceptre was atm in the process of also testing how much faster the dagger is. Actually, I just clipped a Gaspar but it was at 715 earlier just doing a prophecy when I got stunned and dodged something I thought wasn't even a hit up to that point. I am not that good a player, but its very fun build as I too enjoy avalanche a lot. These are not great displays of its true power I imagine, but sort of give an idea of what is happening to some degree. You also generate storm stacks with avalanche and then discharge them with tempest strike. Critting is important for the 1 extra free boulder a second from the halvards set to me, and also the way the tree lets them crit twice as well. I'll try and get better gear and make a better video at some point. I am also unsure if this already exists as a build called something else as I didn't look tbh.

I personally search LEDB for ") Spell Critical Chance" or ") Critical Chance" as that will probably bring you up anything with actual base crit chance on it for you to look at.

Anything that says +X% crit chance (or spell crit chance) does that. Aside from skill trees, some common sources for for general flat spell crit are daggers and catalysts.

wrong base on helm is because it was still a massive upgrade to previous one
got a full stash of suboptimal exalted that I could spend some mats on for small upgrades perhaps
main thing is I’m a bit of a glass cannon but in echos I can get away with it because warpath naturally dodges most things, not sure how that will do on abby

not crit immune and missing some health rolls are probably the biggest issues
The health pool is little low but with WP mobility it should be OK for normal aberroth just try it.

How does it interact with skill conversion :
- 1 If i have ignite chance in the skill tree , does it get converted by gloves ? I think not but, is it?
- 2 Lets say i have ignite chance on stuff it get convert by the glove to bleed. If the skill tree convert bleed to ignite does the skill win? I think yes but is it? Does the skill convert 100% or just the initial brut bleed chance?
- 3 what interaction does it have with champion affixes bleed to ignite ? The glove win or the champion affixes win or bleed and ignite chance swap?

If you have say a 3LP legendary can you reroll its affixes through Gauntlet of Strife without losing its 3LP, or can you reroll affixes on a slammed one? Do you lose things doing it? Othre than copies you need to actually perform it obviously, like can you lose good affixes on a slammed or legendary?
Cemeteries are really good for dropping wovens and there are actually weaver points that make them even better.
Interesting, I am also wondering about if sealed affixes can be slammed? Like even if it makes the pool bigger with an extra affix, could you get 3 prefixes to slam?

You can do it directly in game. It is supposed to be the best way because log and planner are sent with the bug report.

if you actually managed to get a pretty rare chance lp3 or 4 item, and then imprint it, does that significantly increase your chances of getting more then versus the probability of it just dropping normally chance?

for a reference, I had an lp2 mantle imprinted, and filled 9 tabs with mantles and cycled them all through nemesis/ turtle 3 times before a lp3 proc'd on imprint. now lp3 imprinted and getting way more lp2's to turtle. this all depends on the lpl of the item too, low lpl items are much easier to get high LP. I got 6 4lp thornshells this season.

what system is giving you issues? just the rift beast/portals?
tombs are pretty strong(as is the entire weaver system), and were in s2, so that should be pretty familiar to you
beasts are only really useful if you want one of the primordial uniques
which are pretty strong, but not every build needs them
I don't think I played that tomb part of S2 back in the day.
tombs and cemetaries are vital for getting memory amber, the currency used for the weaver faction and the weaver tree. the weaver tree is a massive boost to playing the game by allowing imprinting items and boosting general gameplay. it also allows the placement of woven echoes, which are also very powerful in its own right, giving access to other endgame bosses and their loot
you dont get access to the weaver stuff until you do a cemetary in monoliths. but definately should be done as soon as you can
Okay so this build i am using only uses the beast ring that completes sets, but what is rampant imprints?
imprints are in the weaver tree. you can get certain things to drop more often, or influence drops to be what you imprinted, or certain affixes to appear more often

Oh wow there are bank tab priorities, I never noticed that before. I just spent like 3 hours clearing out my bank and tryin to tighten up my loot filters to exclude anything with only 1 tier 6 which is what I came in here to ask. Is there any good way to exclude single tier 6 items easily? The Total affix tiers part confuses me as I would assume it refers to the individual affixes I have already set the rule for, but I feel like if it lets me set 1 affix to tier 6 and then total affix less than 12, it must refer to all affixes not just the total I set with the rule? If I want to keep 66 but lose all 6 singles, it is melting my head trying to work out if I can do that somehow. But now I also need to go in and set bank tab priorities so there goes another few hours lol. I am thinking it is maybe not worth the effort to not just set a rule for 7's and ignore 66 altogether, even though they might be easier to havoc or redemption to get what I need faster than what I want.

You have hide all exalted over the exalted 2 subtypes and then another with showing minimum double t6 and single t7 if I’m not mistaken
So 16 is going to be hidden for sure
I think at least. Last I remember filters on top override filters on lower “priority”
And then of course even if you move the daggers up above the hide rule it may still be overridden by 13 and 14
Yeah I have 59 rules as well you see so, changing them all manually to eliminate single 6's would take ages. All this to waste less time checking every item that drops is pretty much as big a waste of time as checking every item that drops I think anyway. It is counterproductive at this point wasting my time trying to work that part out lol.

It depends on which timeline(s) you run. They are all rare, but also they can only appear in specific timelines.

Yeah, between that and havocs, you can get any specific T7 you want on just about any unique now with minimal effort. Really raised the bar for "low investment" builds by a lot, quite nice imo.

I would assume again the Nemesis Tower is significantly better than say, a regular Nemesis in an echo as well then. As I use the ones in the echos a lot but I think I'll stop now I have thought about it.

the woven echoes seem to scale quite dramatically in difficulty in some cases though don't they? Some of them do not compare to the regular versions of themselves at the same corruption by a lot.
yeah actually maybe not I just remembered they have the same actual loot tab when you enter the tower as the one outside it, so it must be the same as ones outside the tower
Thanks all, what I don't understand is AFAIK Mad Alchemist's Ladle NEVER bricks because its LPL is 17. But it seems like I just used it in a non-empowered monolith that had a lower area level than 100.
According to FrozenSentinel's spreadsheet, if I accidentally added the Ladle at any 80 lvl mono, it's almost a guaranteed 20% chance to brick. But if you are CoF Rank 8 and Area lvl 100, there shouldn't be other modifiers

They can scale hard, yeah. For nem tower, the reward is just being able to have a ton of nem in a short time, plus the boss that drops extra nem base items

If i use a Strength physical melee skill, and have a flat lightning melee damage affix on a weapon, will the strength atribute scaling (4% increased damage of a skill per point of strength) work on added lighting damage?
Or atribute scaling only works for flat damage of the same type as the skill?
e.g. in case drangonfire from dragonsong bow, is a fire spell with INT scaling, would it scale flat cold damage from Mourningfrost based on INT?

Attribute scaling is generic and works for any damage type

Gauntlet of Strife rerolls the values within their ranges, including Implicits and Legendary Affixes. It doesn't change LP, increase/decrease tiers, etc. Just if you had say a 5 on a range from 1-10, you could reroll and hope to get a 10. Could end up with 1, though.
Rune of Havoc to shuffle tiers
Example, on a T7 item with an open affix, craft on your set affix. With 4x unsealed affixes on the item, you can then use Havoc to shuffle the tiers around. Hopefully the T7 swaps with your set affix. Once the set affix is T7, you can then use Rune of Evolution to upgrade it to T8.

It's a new-ish feature, we used to only have one slot, so using an mtx hid what color portal you made
enemies (like 99% of the time or all the time) have 0% resistances, so 1% pen = 1% more damage

enemies also have 0 armor (like 99% of the time)
their armor stat works just like your armor stat, where its more effective vs physical than all other damage types
in this case, it means armor shred makes physical attacks do more damage but its still good for non-physical damage
basically shred makes them have like -1000 armor so they take more damage
look at tunk lab, its armor section has a shred calculator
interesting, I have been weighing it off against frailty on hit recently
fraility vs armor shred is just a question of do you want more damage or do you want more defense

I actually clipped a time i got kicked in the middle of crafting, and this time getting kicked while looking at belts to put into the machine. The worst part is you don't see it coming. And a lot of the time moving isn't enough, you have to travel to an area you can cast a spell or use a vendor to stop the timer, moving doesn't actually stop it running around will not cancel the timer lol

Hi based on current state of game what's the least frustrating way of gearing yet still make my char as. strong as possible? I mean, based on the current system, is slamming double t7 onto 2lp the way to go?
what's the threshold? like when i move beyond that x-lp and x-t7 slams, the RNG becomes much much more frustrating and time requirement becomes much much higher.
I personally just make some of the low hanging 1 LP + T7 Legendaries and use those. If I manage to get lucky and a 2+ LP craft actually hits in the future, I'll of course use it. But I don't chase them that hard as I don't really enjoy it.
Up to you, though. If you enjoy grinding for those higher LP slams, best of luck !
The way crafting has been getting easier with every update, it'll probably just keep getting less of a hassle over time. Like the guaranteed 1x affix transfer being added. Havoc being added. Etc.

The rarity (if I remember the name correctly?) increases. Not sure exactly what it does mathematically, but it even has a small higher chance of more LP. Maybe some has better insight into the actual numbers for all the different things.
But the tldr is higher = you’ll gear faster.

The rogue and falconer builds I’ve played got nerfed.
Marksmen hail of arrow also had a great progression, but i played that before uber aberroth.
Same with Stygian coal poison lich, also had great progression to aberroth. And you can then switch to any of the new stronger builds
I did all of these on season start.
Basically I delete all saved files in offline and start over with a new build since the journey of farming 2 t7 in LE is so incredibly bad

Hi I am wondering what the slamming strategy is for this season since we can get nearly perfect rolls on uniques and high-lp uniques. Should I just hoard and go straight to perfect rolls and high-lp first, or slam some mediocre ones for now and then go working on perfect rolls in woven echos?

if you aren't using WASD movement, do skills like Maul and Void Cleave still use in the direction you are moving or the direction of your cursor?
I am a big fan of WASD and these sorts of skills really mess with my system as well by forcing them to sort of be mouse bound in order to use traversal properly while holding directional keys. Maul is super satisfying when you use it like that though as it feels like more of a skill shot for sure, but I like to have my traversals on Q and line them up with the skills menu too and my other characters lol. Just wondering about this. I have a feeling it does work that way on mouse too, but wondering why these skills sort of work that way, or is there a setting or anything to toggle them?

I play every new build as league start (delete all save files in offline mode) so I don’t have a full stash of gear. My strat is:
slam any unique i get with 1LP that aren’t super rare with first correct stat and imprint. Most of them are t6 at this point.
Then as I get first t7 I slam that and change them out. If I get a better important roll on the unique and only have t6 I still slam that and change it.
Basically I make sure i have the best possible option I can as I go and I unlock important as soon as possible

Equip the new one and use the old one in case I need to reroll the stats.

If you run Temporal Sanctum tier 2 or higher, you're guaranteed 1x affix to transfer. Any additional LP randomly selects from the remaining affixes like usual.
No, T3 or T4 Temporal Sanctum doesn't give more than 1x guaranteed. Yes, the regular Legendary crafting rules still applies, such as you need to use the appropriate tier of dungeon based on the unique's required item level, the Exalted item needs 4x unsealed affixes, etc.

There's also a setting you can change with WASD, in Settings -> Gameplay -> Keyboard Movement - Movement Abilities to adjust the movement / traversal Skill behavior, including Evade. Your options are:
- All - Follows Movement. All movement / traversal Skills follow character movement.
- All - Follows Cursor. All movement / traversal Skills follow cursor.
- Short Range - Follows Movement. This makes it so just movement / traversal Skills that have a Short tag follow character movement and those without a Short tag follow cursor.
For Short Range Follows Movement as an example with say a Sentinel, that makes Evade and Void Cleave - both have Short tag - follow movement but Skills like Shield Rush and Healing Hands with Rahyeh's Chariot - both don't have Short tag - follow cursor.
I feel like it would be ideal if we could set this kind of thing on a skill by skill basis, for example you wanted something like Evade on movement and Shift on cursor - both of those have Short tag - but we're not there yet. Hopefully in the future.

LE uses slightly different terms.
Solo Account Found - characters in SAF share a stash.
Solo Character Found - just that SCF character has their own stash and it's not shared.
It's also separated by online, offline and hardcore. Example, SAF Online stash is separate from SAF Online HC stash.
Another example, dying in SAF Online HC transfers just character to regular SAF Online and the stash stays on SAF Online HC.

If you want them completely separate, SCF is the way to go.
Note you can choose to leave SAF/SCF and HC challenge modes and go to the regular version of Online/Offline Legacy/Season, but the stash will stay in the challenge mode. For SAF a new character in that same mode will give you access again. For SCF stash is gone if you transfer out as it's just that character's stash. You could also pretend you’re in HC, the game is more fun when you have to scale defenses as well and all gear slots matter from first zone.

Hey, a quick question about gear acquisition in this game. How does it works ? is it all left to chance like poe2 or can you somewhat craft your dream item somehow ?
You can deterministically craft gear thought the campaign,
In start of endgame you’re reliant on dropping your main stat and crafting the rest (there’s and exception)
Late game you deterministically add desired stat onto uniques.
And late late game as next step the game becomes full RNG stacking and resetting your progress gambling bonanza.
But this is the equivalent of if spending 100s of divines on an item in PoE. The chance of you getting there is very low

The above info was about leaving a challenge mode, such as Solo Account Found, Solo Character Found, and/or dying in Hardcore. That moves the character into the regular game mode.
For example if you make an Online Season SAF character, then choose to leave SAF challenge mode, the character is moved to regular Online Season. But the stash stays in Online Season SAF.

I have since been trying Smite instead so forgot about it temporarily but that void cleave is pretty neat. Mine was on short range follows movement for some reason so that was why they were all different. Thank you!
actually the short range setting is probably best yeah I see what you mean about evade and stuff. Just skillshotting them with movement keys is best way I feell

Only if you leave Solo Character Found challenge mode, though. Then that character would move into the regular version, such as going from Online Season SCF to just Online Season. The character keeps all equipped items, but the stash stays in SCF mode, which effectively deletes that SCF character's stash as SCF stash isn't shared. The stash does include your gold and crafting materials. So probably best to not leave SCF challenge mode with that character.
If you're interested in sharing items between characters in the future, you can do Solo Account Found instead or just skip a challenge mode.

I usually get miffed with how every early game item has throwing damage on it and Primalists can't throw. I wish Primalists had a javelin, or serpent strike could be thrown. Or we could hurl axes would be great too.

Hi! How do you do this? Vilatra is a prefix, so how do you still add +int and +skill level on the helmet?
if the set affix isn't a great affix itself, i will try to get an item with a blank prefix that dropped and add it, then immediately seal it, then apply the other one you want, you you get two prefixs and a sealed tier 1 set prefix. You can rune of removal gamble to nuke one prefix too but as you can imagine, forging potential dictates how often this will work well, or alternatively, get a drop with two prefixes you like and seal one of those at a low tier if you are lucky even 5, then add the set prefix and raise it if its a good prefix you want. That is basically how I do it while levelling but I hear there are great in depth crafting guides by Frozen Sentinel I think is his name if you google those maybe.

a lot of set affixes seem to get significantly better at tier 6+ too, runes of havoc after you add it can move the exalted affix onto it to allow it to surpass tier 5 if you want too

I was wondering if anyone could show me a good stat combination for a health idol
small idols: health regen or healing effectiveness and added health prefix with shared res suffix (whatever res you are lacking)
minor idols: armor prefix (health builds) or ward prefix (ward builds) and health + mana or health + regen suffix
humble: vitality + regen prefix and shared res suffix
stout: health on kill + increased health prefix and frailty/shared res/ward/block effect suffix
for class specific idols, generally the increased health prefix large idols are quite good, they differ slightly from class to class but all have increased health and another stat. can run res suffix or an offensive suffix, or on acolyte you can have health for both prefix and suffix.

Little tip for loot filter, if one of your conditions is item type and subtype, the affix list will display what stats can roll on it. Combine with keyword search to quickly see what stat combination you want
Highly recommend having a filter rule for each slot instead of a general filter with only affix conditions
It allows you to filter for the bases you want and is more precise, for instance you might want flat health on amulet but not on gloves. Having a general filter would show you gloves with flat health that you might not want, wasting time checking loot
Another thing I like to do is having multiple rules per slot with increasing value. 1 of 4 affixes goes up to 2 of 4 and/or higher total tiers
But for the 1 of 4 I don’t include resistances or health in the list because the prefixes are typically more impactful. Obviously don’t do this if you feel squishy
Hybrid health obviously always included
And for exalted items don’t limit yourself to only affixes you need like some filters. Any affix can become a stat you need with rune of redemption or rune of havoc

bloodline glade is a nightmare imho, the champion affixes when levelling can be seen as to how crazy strong they are if your build is in progress and you have to deal with one sometimes at really low levels lol, but the champion affixes added to the primals is quite insane in some regards I had to drop one monolith down to minimum corruption just to do it and then was confused why the loot was really bad lol It doesn't need to have quite so many primal beasts in a row imo, a couple less would be fine
but I actually came here to ask, does the nemesis upgrade the actual rolls on the affixes if you empower it on items that already exist on it? I haven't really paid full attention to it other than spam empower it most of the time or banish it entirely

If you empower an exalted, the rolls of the affix that are getting change are rerolled (random)

Certainly not a one key build, but it’s probably still better to clear one echo like this with a few extra clicks then to have to clear 30x echoes at 1k corruption for the same loot 😂

it depends on the build you're looking at. some use a certain item affix and need that to function. others you can substitute different items or passives until you have the particular item. you can also always level with on build and then respec to a different build later, once you have the items.

When you guys are making an alt that needs some endgame items, do you usually farm with that alt, or your main/best farmer build?

I think the tags are mostly for +skills. But I think you are correct in assuming that the two wholes will act as separate holes with their separate damage types, outside of any specific assigned added +fire spell damage on a wand or whatever which would still have all the fire stuff applied to it, like if you had no unassigned or general +spell damage, and it was all +fire, I think you might find the second one would be all fire the same as the first, but if it is unassigned I think it gets converted to whatever the spell is when it casts it.

I think the real question might be, when you cast the first black hole and the duplicated one appears alongside it due to the skill, does it duplicate the already calculated fire one, into an exact copy damagewise with no cold calculation at all replicating the exact dps of the fire one as cold, or does it perform a separate calculation like you cast a cold black hole separately. As I suspect something like that might be going on if it doesn't add a tag. Either that or perhaps the changelog will tell if they removed the cold tag from binary systems at some point to stop +skillpoint abuse or some wild exploit. That is purely speculation though. Also it doesn't look like it appears, it only has ever had area tag added and then it's damage doubled or something. And can't see any separate spell or anything for binary system.
As I said, I am unsure, so apologize if this isn't very helpful. Your question intrigued me. I would love to know as well now. Check on target dummies at Champions Gate is what I usually do. See if they do the same damage with no cold modifiers. I love the boss dummy, he is a great guy.

i did a test, with 2 rings, one with cold dmg and the other with fire, the cold dmg didn't increase the dmg

i have to chech with the pulsar, but i'm feeling too lazy to lvl up black hole
so the first node you take to there is converting the base 30 damage from cold to fire. That fire damage scales with fire damage.
WHen you add binary start, you add a second blackhole that is meant to be cold. The assumption there is that has 30 base cold damage. That damage would scale with cold damage.
Thats it that matters for damage increases
The easiest way to see if its funcitoning how youd assume it would, (each one has a different base) is to remove every single instance of added spell damage on your character, use your rings with one increasing only fire, and one increasing only cold, and then look at the damage numbers.
If its not working as you'd assume, the fire increase would likely increase the damage of both black holes to deal the same amoutn of damage
if it is working as you'd assume, then one would give higher numbers than the other
So if you're test fit that, then yeah, not working as intended
only the fire ring increased the dmg, the cold ring didn't
wait a second, assuming collapse turns into fire AND take binary, does that means the conversion removes the freeze rate?

If you do want a guide, I would recommend looking at maxroll (its a website) and their season starter/leveling guides, all of their builds are fairly good and they do a solid job at explaining what things do and how to play the build
I would also recommend reading every tooltip for skills/passives to help you know how things work

Binary system does not actually make two black holes, the "binary system" stat line is purely cosmetic, only the second stat line "damage: +100%" actually does anything mechanically
I have no idea if collapse converts to fire when you take the fire conversion, conversions are a case-by-case basis and that node doesn't specify how it affects subskills (and the subskill nodes don't mention, either)
So if the collapse explosions look orange after the conversion and scale with fire damage, then safe to assume it's converted and loses its freeze rate
There are a few funny exceptions to this, like puncture and tempest strike
the description says it spawn a cold dmg BH tho, it never explained what binary does (i'll assume is the cosmetic aspect rather than turning one of the BH into cold)

I see. It's just somewhat confusing how exactly it affects the spells. I just looked at the Melting nova node in the Elemental nova tree and wasn't sure why does it have armor shred. So, any spell that has "is a hit" in description benefits from it?
Armor is 100% effective against physical hits, and 70% effective against all other hits. This means that armor shred is still 70% effective for non-physical hits, and can thus be a great way to get more damage.
Anything that hit benefit from armor shred
The same way your armor reduce dmg from any hit
Up to 85% More Dmg (or reduced dmg for regular armor) for Phys Dmg
Up to 60% for non phys dmg
And that's for any kind of hit

Yes, and removal of Weaver's Touch also implies it will be usable on idols. We have gotten confirmation that the rune doesn't require any forging potential to use, which is good since uniques/legendaries/idols don't have any FP.

i exclusively use tunklabs for calculating EHP, as it factors in everything, so i can’t speak to values that LEtools doesn’t account for, but generally 60k would be a good number to be at

I primarily play selfcast smite and although my gear is definitely in the “aspirational” territory it’s extremely tanky with much less gear than what I have due to vitality stacking combined with a ton of other defensive layers. my EHP is nearly 200k but even on much worse gear 100k isn’t too bad to get. it doesn’t do crazy damage but it’s fairly solid, good enough for 2500ish corruption and uber. here is my current gear: https://www.lastepochtools.com/profile/daimonoss/character/smite

Like I see a lot of builds that people call "tanky" and it'll be like lower EHP yet they are very tanky so I don't know what isn't like being included
in that one specifically:
damage taken over 4 seconds from gloves
damage dealt to mana from helm
less damage taken from singular purpose
block chance from symbols if you don’t properly set up the buffs
another notable one that’s not on my smite character but also doesn’t get calculated by LEtools is damage redirected to minions
which is why I recommend using the tunklabs one as although it’s manual it accounts for everything, the difference in EHP between LEtools and your actual EHP could vary wildly depending on how many of the aforementioned things are in your build
If I wanted to play druid I could do the damage redirected one right? But I assume its a bit harder for rogues to get high EHP?
as long as you have a minion yes, primalist almost always wants to use mantle of the pale ox for damage to minions (unless you play reflect)
and rogue isn’t too bad to make tanky, they have access to a surprising number of layers due to great defensive itemization options. mages generally struggle the most for defenses unless you play runemaster and use one specific invocation
regarding rogue would a good palce to look for ideas be the ladder? I know arena is a bit different to pushing corruption, but a lot of things you see in arena have very low HP so I am unsure
rogues also have the biggest upside for going zhp and arena is generally a good place for things like zhp ballista so a lot of the rogues you see there will be pretty squishy. most of the maxroll guides for rogue other than ballista and acid flask are reasonably tanky, they generally lean towards having fairly balanced and tanky setups on most builds.

Not really, plenty of hardcore kills do it with less than that even
Imprint tiers don't "upgrade", a T6 is not really more likely to "turn into" a T7 than a T1, the difference is that T6 is very slightly more likely to "reroll tier", and then it must roll a T7 (to get what you want), but it could also reroll T1.
Either way you are looking at around 1 in 1000 for a 7755 to turn into a 3T7 per item proc, I think 4 affixes is slightly more likely than 3 but could be wrong. For context around 150 to 200 2T7 procs before you see a 3T7 proc.
Probably better off starting from scratch and doing nemesis for 3T7 base.

Yes. Firstly, it does not affect anything beyond campaign. Once you get a nemesis in a higher level zone and go back (iirc 3+ level difference), it basically just lets you finish out one nemesis (3 encounters) and then cuts you off. It has been a while since I saw/heard it explained, but it is probably somewhere in ask the devs if you want to double check.

I’ve started playing Last Epoch again after a long break. In the past, I always followed guides, but this time I’ve set myself a challenge: to see how far I can get with completely self-made skill builds—without looking at a single guide. On top of that, I’m playing solo self-found.
How do you guys approach it?
I go for something that requires no uniques to start with

I know which stats the damage of individual abilities depends on. Is that what you mean?
How you calculate the actual dag a skill is doing.
If you don’t know that it will be hard to know which skill points and items/affixes help you and by how much
Usually I look at skills that interact or share a damage type and then I just go, but then LE doesn't usually give you the tools to screw up; most classes are knit together strongly enough that unless you really go out of your way to pick stuff that isn't good, you should basically make it to monos effectively.
Skills that cast off of each other and share bonuses (like damage on burning foes or something) are usually what I link up. In a pinch, setting up with your mastery's skills should be fine too. Paladin is an amazing example.
It basically just has a kit that supplements whatever you wanna do really.

Solo Account Found shares a stash and some things with characters in that same game mode. If you make a second character in that same game mode, for example, both in Online Season Solo Account Found, the second character shares regular monolith unlocks and just needs to do one level 90 monolith Timeline boss to get a Harbinger fight and unlock Empowered.
Each character does have separate Timeline echo webs and separate Corruption, BUT you can use the Confluence of Oblivion woven echo to share Corruption. This woven echo can be obtained as a drop by allocating the Weaver tree node Reflections of Orobyss in the lower left of the tree or purchased from Masque in Haven of Silk at Weaver faction Rank 10.
okay so having solo account found wont share the corruption even with confluence of oblivion than my regular characters
Yes, SAF has separate stash and separate shared things.
Note you can make a CoF character in the same game mode as your other characters. You just can't equip items that show the MG symbol in lower right corner on the CoF character. And vice versa.

Ok! You will be able to use anything in your stash without a MG symbol on it with your CoF character. So the items you found as drops, not things from the Bazaar.
Note that the CoF Ranks give a lot of extra bonus item drops. Those extra bonus drops will have CoF symbol on them and your MG characters won't be able to use or sell on the Bazaar. Basically if CoF caused it to drop, it's tagged CoF only.

Yeah what deew said, item faction favor gain is tied directly to XP gain, even at level 100. So as an example, higher Corruption gives increased XP.
The Favor Caches deew mentioned are from the right side of the Weaver tree, node Gift of Allegiance, located near the Sealed Riches Imprint.

Random question; I’m trying to make a dragon song bow. Can I use rogue bows or does it have to be a non-class bow? I don’t want to waste my marks
With Rune of Ascendance? Any Bow + Rune of Ascendance = a random Unique/Set Bow (although there are currently no Set Bows).
Also I believe all bows are rogue bows as rogue is currently the only class that uses bows. But in general, Rune of Ascendance just cares about the general base item type. Such as Bow -> Bow. 2H Axe -> 2H Axe. Boots -> Boots. Etc.
The exception is that Rune of Ascendance can only make random drop Unique/Set items, not boss only drops. So Dragonsong DOES work with Ascendance. But a Bow like Reign of Winter is only available from Heorot Timeline boss fight in Age of Winter monolith.
do we have any idea how long (assume playing efficiently) it takes to drop a double t7 if you have a double t7 imprinted?

evade counts as a movement skill right or does it not scale with cooldown recovery to movement skills?

yeah theres a line at the top, thats where you put affixes you want for your build

Did you play through Campaign Chapter 10 before stopping? That was added in Season 3. The next major content update is going to be with Season 4, which the devs have said is planned for March 26 #news message
For conquered tower weapons that have a chance to upgrade when you slay harbinger, do they have to be in your inventory when you kill it?
I am think you might have to actually be using it in your hand. I tried to make multiple do it in my inventory and they had like 200% chance to upgrade and they didn't. But when I equipped one, it changed that time.
But I don't know what the base chance to upgrade that it is percenting actually is.
i think it just will upgrade when you have it equipped on killing them

it is definitely worth doing it, you can see them on the loot filter under unique, it shows the unlocked stats, cavalry swords are cool, scorn sceptres are what I used it was great, lodestone wands are good too I think. Check them out on the wiki even they show the upgraded version in basic items too. I think those nemises/harbinger weapons are all relatively interesting imo
this one helped me level a lot while levelling but I got pretty lucky with the affix being spell damage as I was casting with it mostly.
it replaces the "upgrade" implicit

Check your resists, a change that drastic is likely because of the change in enemy types dealing a different damage type. Aside from that, if you import your character into LE Tools and post a link here, people will be able to better identify specific issues.

One thing im shooting for is the ward chest from the primal maps thing - if I can ever get a 2nd crystal heart - also if theres a better channel for stuff like this I'll delete it and move it there, i really dont want to be annoying

I've seen some crazy HP numbers before, I'm still working on getting mine higher. This also depends on your class though, cause maybe ward makes more sense.,
and how much dmg you deal and so on.
e.g. if you insta clear the whole screen, you need less hp than if you need to fight a mob for 10 seconds
I'd aim for 2k as a baseline, but that also goes along with other defensive layers like endurance which you will want to cap (60%), crit mitigation, and dodge/armor/glancing blows.
The mono you just got to is also heavy in elemental and physical damage, so I'd recommend topping up on those resists specifically. I usually use idols to fill resist gaps as needed based on enemy theme.

Depends on the build, there is no real Class = Weapon in Last Epoch. Usually the best weapon is whatever Unique benefits your build the most though.

Is there any way to search your stash by affix tier, like anything with tier 7 on it?
Sometimes I like to throw everything on the floor after making a new loot filter to filter it out and pick up the stuff again that remains visible. I am aware that I could get kicked for afk or disconnected and lose everything on the ground so its not a great way to filter your stash lol.

Also Eldar Gaspar timeline boss does this 3 purple rings spell just before he encloses the middle in a whirling void wind thing, what is the deal with dodging that? If I stand in the middle or outside it anywhere trying to avoid the 3 big purple circles, I get hit. I can't really work out where I am meant to go for that move lol. I usually hope he doesn't do it or I manage to soak it, I just try to nuke him down before he does it.

For Last Ruin timeline Elder Gaspar fight, look at the size of the initial 3 purple circles and find an area not inside of those circles. The explosion looks larger than it is, it's just those 3 initial circles. And then you get into the center to avoid the damage on the edges.

so it is the middle, I must get it right sometimes then, I just am surprised at how often I get hit with it even if I do go to the middle so I thought I must be doing it wrong. I'll just try harder lol

I realize now why I die more often in the middle as well. Obviously only getting hit by one circle doesn't kill me, but if two clip me at the same time I die. The middle actually seems like a worse option if that is the case.

Yeah, and those prophecies are cheap as well - quite nice. And you can get like 2-3 havocs per prophecy if lucky.

On 100 corruption they only have like 15% chance to drop. Try to have at least 300 corruption or something. You should see them drop more frequently.

Hi, what is the best way to farm double t6/t7 items?
mass conquered tower to generate them
then lostwood follied unclaimed troves to imprint farm anything other than jewelery
I keep getting LE-63 error over and over when I try to do boss
I relog, it usualy fixes it, but I've been getting it like 30-40% of bosses

the solution would be for EHG to fix the bug IMO
workaround maybe do a quick relog before fighting any bosses
LE-63 is "echo already in progress" after all, hard to believe an echo would stay "in progress" after your character goes offline 😅
