push your life and stop getting hit outside of your smoke cloud and never stop moving. a majority of falconers whole tankiness is based on the INSANE damage reduction we are getting while moving. NEVER STAND STILL. especially never be anywhere outside of your smoke if it isnt to prevent a 1shot you cannot silver shroud. falconer is crazy stupid tanky if you play it right and learn to use the silver shroud stacks to deny boss mechanics (works on hits, not dot/groundeffects)

paired with 2 red rings and 3.5 - 4k life and falconers 100 sources of life regain, you are usually pretty darn tanky

especially because you shouldnt really take damage at all, its just your safety net

high dodge rating, smoke bomb and especially the really overpowered silver shroud mechanic shouldnt let you take any damage that is hit-based

the true danger comes from dot stacks (thats why we cleanse on bomb) and especially damage areas over time

Depends on who you ask. I personally find that 500 is perfectly fine. Go to the like 800 range if you wanna push it. But hitting that 1k+ or even 2k+ range is honestly worthless imho. You get more uniques/loot, sure, but at the cost of your time and often enjoyment of the game.

Legendary Potential crafting does that. You find a Unique with LP and combine it with an Exalted item to transfer affixes onto the Unique, making it Legendary. Although there's some randomness in getting more than one that you want onto the item.

Back in the day, when you defeated a timeline boss, for example Abomination in Fall of Outcasts, you got to choose one direction/path that would unlock. You could unlock either Stolen Lance or Black Sun. To unlock the other, you'd have to do the boss again.

This was later changed so that the first time you defeat a boss you unlock both. So it's just left over from the old way it used to work.

Hey guys, I'm a void knight with void conversion on warpath and reave - running erasing strike

I have two versions of shadow beacon, they are identical except one is legendary with +phys damage added, and another one is unique with 1LP

Chat online is telling me that the +phys is useless on the legendary mace since I'm converting to void, but swapping the two maces shows me different damage numbers - what gives?

The +phys will give you damage, it just will stay phys damage, meaning you likely wont scale it. Adaptive damage or void damage would be stronger for you therefore

You want more hp than that for sure. Do you also have crit protection/avoidance and 60% endurance?

Personally, I had zero issue respeccing at 70 on my new season character. It cost about 170k and I had 300-400k built up by 70. I'm back up to almost a million at 85 and I've been buying a decent number of shatters.

Just keep playing. Maybe stop buying stash tabs and shatters for a bit. Pick up the enemy gold drops along the way. Most items don't vendor for much gold, with a few exceptions like some uniques, so try to just pick up what you might use or shatter. The gold reward echoes give a decent amount. And you'll get more gold at higher area level and corruption.

2. Defeating a Timeline boss gives a Gaze of Orobyss, you can see them in the upper left. When you defeat the Shade of Orobyss, up to 4x Gaze are used to give extra Corruption.
3. If you have higher Corruption in a Monolith, then you get bonus corruption in any lower Corruption ones as a catch up mechanic.

more advanced stuff:
Glyph of Envy can be used for extra Stability to fight boss faster.
Harbinger's Needle small idol to give you 4x total gaze from one Timeline boss fight.

If you already have the waypoint for Temporal Sanctum, it's located in Ruined Coast area in Ruined Era. If you don't have that waypoint:

1. Go to The Oracle's Abode, Maj'Elka area in Imperial Era.
2. Get the The Sapphire Tablet side quest.

So as a character level 60 in an area level 85, you'll earn XP as if you were in an area level 70. You're free to do whatever you want offline with editing and modding. There's just not official support for it.

I'm not going to get into it, but the offline save files you can just edit with a text editor like notepad. If you copy a save file and change the name and slot number, they're very easy to duplicate. Although I haven't tried that since like around 0.8 as they added online in 0.9 and I've been playing that since then.

Not really. Endurance only works on damage to Health. But Armor works on all Hits, including to Ward, just doesn't do anything for DoTs unless you have an item or passive that says otherwise.

If there's a boss only drop you're after you can go for that. You can get the Grand Blessings. You can work on Harbingers. Optionally if you get higher Corruption in a timeline, you get a bonus to corruption when fighting Shade in the lower corruption ones. You can also just have a good time doing whatever you find fun

Look for a Cemetery of the Erased echo. It's an entire echo, not a Tomb side area. Completing that will let you play Woven echoes in empty areas and introduce you to the Woven faction and the Weaver tree which has a lot of echo web passives on it.

Memory Amber is used for purchasing Woven echoes, class idol enchant rerolls, and respeccing Weaver tree. Similar to the item factions spending it increases Rep to help Rank up faster

Feel free and push higher content if you're not struggling. You earn XP up to your character level + 10. Example, as a character level 75 in an area level 90, you'll earn XP as if you were in an area level 85. This isn't a big deal and you'll still level up fine if you're not struggling with killing enemies and dying a lot.

You only get the full amount of XP a mob can give at +/- 10 levels. You don't be directly penalized, but any higher isn't going to make a difference on that cap
