the attunement to str part is easy, cause you can just swap it in oerden's watch woven echo. but the necrotic damage still remains. you can rune of havoc before anything else and hope you get the low affix tier into the necrotic so you can glyph of despair it but it wont guarantee having the t6-t7 back on those stats. lots of steps where you'll need to get lucky. one thing you can do also is rune of redemption and pray to rng that you'll land void damage + any stats and be left with forging potential.

I don't have the champion one or the echo reward one. The former only messes with affixes, which I'm not quite ready to mess with yet. And the other doesn't accept weapons.

And I already had to eat into my ability to generate amber to get the imprint slots.

For a mercy I can now go through the loot lizard nodes to get the other echo imprint.

But I would probably craft t1 of whatever, then shuffle tiers and hope for T1 Necro resis(if you wanna keep armor)
Then chaos slam and just hope for hybrid health. Low chance but there isn't much else to do.
Alternative, craft random prefix, shuffle tiers to get t1 suffix. Then rune of removal for 50% chance for open suffix and craft hybrid.
Alternative 3, rune of removal from the go and hope for open suffix, but less t6 mods in that case overall.
Shuffle to t6 hybrid in that case too.

But if you dont resummon them i dont think they would get the additional 120 damage
