Orb Weaver's Fang has got Weavers Will, which means you have to equip it and kill enemies to get random mods the number after Weavers Will (say 7) tells you how many times it can get a new mod. That one would have had Weavers Will 11 and whoever got it got incredibly lucky.

I would like to suggest an improvement to the item trading system, particularly with regard to the cooperative experience between long-time friends. While I fully understand and appreciate your efforts to prevent external markets and trading abuse, I believe the current system based on “resonances” feels overly restrictive, especially in casual, friendly play sessions.

First of all, resonances seem to have an extremely low drop rate. In my personal experience, after playing for more than 5 hours in a group, not a single player encountered a resonance, making the trading system practically nonexistent.

I understand the primary goal is to protect the game’s economy and avoid undesirable practices such as real-money trading. However, I believe a more flexible approach could be implemented without sacrificing the comfort and enjoyment of players—particularly those playing in parties with friends.

As a reference, I’d like to mention how the trading system in Diablo 3 works: items that drop can only be traded within a limited time window (approximately 2 hours) and only among players who were present in the same party at the time of the drop. After that period, the item becomes account-bound and can no longer be traded. This system has proven effective in preventing abuse while still allowing a fluid and cooperative multiplayer experience.

I would love to see a similar option implemented in Last Epoch, at least for group play with friends, as I believe it would greatly enhance the social aspect of the game without compromising the values you aim to protect.

No, I wasn't aware of that, and unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work for me. We’ve tried it, but the game still requires a resonance in order to trade, regardless.

That said, I still believe it would be a great improvement to allow trading using the system I mentioned particularly if both players are on the same island, even if they’re not inside the Monolith itself. Having a short time window for trading would be far less stressful, especially considering the large number of item drops and the limited inventory space.

And with all due respect, if I had known about this feature and if it had actually worked for me I wouldn't have needed to ask, don't you think?

Well, that’s exactly why implementing a trading system limited to party members present at the time of the drop, and restricted to a short time window, would be a great solution.

It would eliminate the need to rely on a specific item in order to trade, while still keeping the exchange restricted to those players only. This would significantly improve the quality of the cooperative experience without compromising the integrity of the overall in-game economy.

I truly believe many players would be more than happy with that classic system one that helped stabilize and keep a legendary game alive for over 12 years since its release.

Yes, I believe you should review the patch, please. It’s important to ensure equal gameplay for everyone, not just for some and not others. Similarly, there’s also the new bug where using teleportation with the Paladin causes you to get stuck on the ground, unable to move. The only way to unbug yourself is by returning to the character selection screen and re-entering with the same character, already losing the Monolith and its reward.

Distance does sway item luck and corruption gains a bit

Killing a shade resets the timeline.

Killing a quest echo boss gives you a gaze, which when you kill a shade holding one, give you more corruption, up to 4 gazes.

corruption boosts rarity, so there's that, it's not 1:1

The boot version is from exiled mages, the champion version is seal only and is on rings.

You also shouldn't be scaling corruption until you hit empowered.
