Good question, and I think the answer is, it depends. You can only gain storm stacks on direct use, so I think it should work for storm bolt when you directly cast storm bolt (through that node that requires a staff), but otherwise no it won't work.

Yes, it gains health based on the health of the minions it consumes (not a big deal) and there are nodes that give abom massive buffs for consuming multiple types of minion (this is really important, but doing an infinite minion consuming loop with zombies doesn't prevent you from getting these bonuses).

It works quite well - easy to make it a good bossing build, but hard to make it a good clear speed build. I 1-shot T4 Julra in trash gear a while back (they did adjust the mechanic I used for that, but I'm sure it's still good).

I made a Lich before the 1.0 release, it was mostly ok. But a lot of the damage was cooldown based. You needed Death Seal and Lich up. Lich you can keep up if you're doing enough damage, but if a boss has immunity phases, Lich drops. I found other classes to be more fun to play.

Me and a friend were teleporting to Soreth'Ka from the Crossroads and got disconnected. When trying to login into to the same characters we are now getting an LE-65 error. We have tried restarting the game client but no change. oddly enough, we can both log into our alt characters without issue. That’s literally how to play better, considering it’s basically asking you to do stuff first timers can’t. It allows you to speedrun the campaign in 5 hours or less

You also need to have an idea on what you’re doing to be able to clear them.

Any game like LE needs 3pty tool for calculating your **actual **damage. PoE has Path of Building while our community has excel/google sheets No developer implemented calculation tool in their game yet so if you're not playing fireball (or one of other several skills) which damage may be calculated in LETools planner you just doing it by yourself. In-game tooltips are pointless and fool you starting from chapter 3 or so.

I'm trying to combine a Loot Filter for my build with one for valuable items to sell. I hide weapons I'm not using (Rule #1) so as not to see any weapons unnecessarily. After going through affixes my build needs (Up to rule #12 here), I would like for these weapon types to show again so that my other rules further down can catch it, in case there's a good weapon for a different class I can sell. It doesn't work to just put "Show 13 Types" since those weapons will stay hidden as per rule #1. Anyone have any ideas how to do this?

you need to reorder the list. The top rules override the bottom rules, so you are forcing all items to hide, and the other rules won't apply

move rule 1 to the bottom, or near the bottom

you always have the hide functions on the bottom. That way you get the recolor a chance to work. Unless you absolutly never want to see a specific thing, then you can put it at the top

If you want to hide weapons you aren't using on the affix recolor, then you need to add a 2nd condition (each recolor can have multiple conditions)

Empowered, while clearing the rest of your forgotten knights faction (Which if you read, should have told you that you need to beat the other harbingers.)

it depends, if your build needs a unique from a dungeon you could do some
usually you would do empowered for a while even if your build uses some uniques from dungeons
you would start increasing corruption unless you feel that you are not performing well enough, in which case you would need to re-think your character or get better gear

Picking a direction in a timeline and going to that direction. Outside shades give better chances.

the shade usually drops the ring, other drops are rare (particularly the amulet) and more importantly they become more frequent the further away the echo node where you kill the shade is from the beginning of the echo web (the value gets translated to +corruption, from 6 to 18, but 18 is very rare, I am usually fine with 12-16)
