Each affix has an equal chance of being transferred to the Legendary (an Exalted affix is no more or less likely than any other affix) so having high tier affixes that are meaningful for the Legendary you are trying to make will improve the odds of creating an item you want to wear.

Well, yes, obviously

If your item has ABCD , you can only get those for ABCD affixes on the legendary item.
But for a 1LP item, you have a 25% chance to get THAT one affix you want.

Thats why, if you want a good item, get atleast 2 LP and have an exalted item with 4 good affixes.

That will not be easy though 😂

Absolutely not. If you are happy with your character, grind at 200ish corruption and upgrade your gear (trust me, legendary potential items will X-Fold your Power. like 10 fold with the right ones)

If you are NOT happy, grind some necessary uniques for a better build on another character (if you are not SSF)

I was recommended a build (bleed warlock) and I am up to lvl 80, super enjoying it... didn't do myself a lootfilter till now and I was then recommended a Raxxantarax "Ultimate Lootfilter" where you go through and chop and change etc etc... Well, chaos bolts is a definite no, the notes on the conversions seem to be inaccurate (don't take them anyway), don't consider zombies because even if they are fire they don't scale with your fire damage, all the initial hit stuff in the circle works fine.

For alts, yes:
Once you did 3 lvl 90 Mono's, you unlock empowered, from then on in empowered you can drop Glyph of Envy...
These can be used to greatly improve stability (basically full on non-empowered) on last timeline where you ran an echo.

Also on alts, you only need 1 lvl 90.

This is a short version.

For secondary characters yes, you only need to complete one of the level 90 monos for them to unlock it. You can also completely fill stability for any normal mono you haven't completed now by using a glyph of envy, which makes getting to the level 90s really fast if oyur character can handle it.

Probably usually since you get flat from armor implicits already and %inc you don't get out of nowhere. If you stack strength though, you'll have a ton of %inc armor where flat might be better (but you'll usually just want more health anyway).
Sidenote, there is a hybrid flat armor + crit mitigation affix, which is really nice because it's almost as much armor as the flat armor affix, but also does other stuff.

@narrow lynx it's an artifact from the previous version of monos. When you defeat the Abomination, you were originally offered a choice when talking to the spirits. One choice unlocks the Stolen Lance timeline and the other choice unlocks the Black Sun timeline. You now get both without making the choice.

You just fought a Harbringer, the cycle mechanic.
Spawns after killing the last of the lvl90 monos you do.
It is guaranteed, and you can choose to activate it afterwards or not upon fighting the boss.

I'm lost on the Harbingers. My list of Harbingers i need to kill says "Minimum Required Corruption: 175". I'm at almost 190 corruption for this monolith but when i kill last boss, no Harbinger is spawning. Ive killed the quest echo at over the 175 corruption 4 times now but have no had a harbinger spawn, I'm also on the quest for HoR: Part 5. Anyone know why this is happening?

In the menu upon choosing to fight the boss, under it, double check if the harbringer thing is on and active.
Should be easy to tell if you mouse over. If not, it'll likely tell you why.
Obvious double checks are to check your Faction menu (Y, Forgotten Knights > Harbringers) to see if you are in the right timeline, and not doin one you've already done before

I'm having a weird "issue" where I'm using the experimental boots that drain health and converts to ward but when I channel disintegrate, I regen health giga fast.... Zerrick's Greed can disable leech for damage over time (while giving you some damage over time damage) so they are solid gloves if you still want to use rift bolt. Just need to watch out if you are procing hits as you can still leech from hit damage on those gloves. Boulderfists can disable leech altogether, but the gloves have nothing else useful.

Empowered will give you better rewards in general, always better to do Empowereds if you can. If you're CoF then there's a rank reward early that gives a chance to drop multiple echo rewards, which will help.

Basically you're going to just keep trying for extra Unique Bow drops until you get lucky.

Corruption doesn't affect the blessing rolls. You could possibly get a max roll grand blessing at the base 100 corruption. If you go to 200+ corruption then you'll get 5 choices instead of the 4 you get at base Empowered.

Spell tag just means that skill is in the spell category. It does not just mean "it scales off spell" because not all spells have a component to be scaled via spell. Holy Aura for example does not have a damage component innately despite being a spell still. So nothing gets scaled.

There are some different builds which I would like to try out for my character, which means I have to respec to different skills.
(I'm still doing the main campaign.)
Will there be an easy way in the endgame to do that? Or I just switch the skills and play... Is that time consuming to level them up again to 20?
Or maybe is there a test realm where I can play around and test out builds?

The skills also have a minimum skill level that increases with your character level. Patch 1.1 made it so you get minimum level 10 skills at character level 75. I usually have skills leveled from 10-20 in a couple echoes.

When you collect the Exp Tome Reward, there is this blue float Text eg "+2000 Experience", and we have an argument if it's new with 1.1, because we remember it just being "+experience" without the value under V1.0 and V0.9.

Hey guys! i have a question - my homebrewed disintegrate build lost momentum as i got to empowered monoliths, so i thought to try the fireball/craterborn/meteor build from maxroll (https://maxroll.gg/last-epoch/build-guides/fireball-sorcerer-guide). therein the authors take Unsealed Mana, which gives you buffs for casting zero-cost skills. however, my fireballs cost 5 mana, because of the Fire Spray node, as well as Piercing Heat! So I cannot trigger this passive. Even though the Fireball tooltip in the guide says 0 cost, but I assume that it's not well calculated. What am I missing? Is this just plain wrong, or am I the dumdum? Thanks a lot for checking this out!

Previous cycle I went through campaign until I had capped on passive and idol unlocks, which you'll hit in Chapter 7. Then went into Monoliths until getting a Temporal Sanctum dungeon key. Used that dungeon exit to get into Chapter 9 to pick up item factions.

This cycle, I went to Chapter 5, got the Temporal Sanctum waypoint, then went into Monoliths. Leveled until getting a Temporal Sanctum dungeon key. Used that exit to get into Chapter 9 where I got the last idol unlocks and the item faction.

I think I'll do the second way again next cycle. If you want to use other dungeons as well, you can, but you'll need to figure out where to get the passive and idol unlocks.

The item factions are in Chapter 9. If you're at Lagon you're in Chapter 8. If he's giving you trouble, you can go do Monoliths for awhile and come back to him, if you want to. End of Time and walk to the right.

Or you can skip him entirely by doing Monoliths until getting a Temporal Sanctum dungeon key. Then use that dungeon exit to get into Chapter 9 to pick item faction.

There is also a Blessing Respec NPC in End of Time that lets you switch to a blessing you've seen "drop" from that boss. Over on the right side. Costs 10k

merchant faction will let you sell items you find and buy items others find for gold and faction reputation while circle of fortune gets increased droprates and prophecies that guarantees x amount of unique or purple item drops
so its basically a question of, do you enjoy the thrill of getting the loot yourself or do you like the accessability of being able to get exactly the loot you need for a massive chunk of gold?
