if you're just using normal ReShade you're fine; it automatically detects network activity and disables the questionable stuff

We don't really have "T0/T1" since every item has a manually set LP rate and even some high drop rate items have an extremely rare LP rate.

Best you can do is https://www.lastepochtools.com/db/items/unique and then sort by either reroll (basically "rarity" of the item) or Level For Legendary Potential (LP "rate")

Wandering spirits does not hit on its own. It does have a specialization node that makes the spirits shoot poison projectiles that deal non-damaging hits (which will proc some on-hit stuff, but not stuff that requires a damaging hit)

ignore anything on the stat sheet. the math is(5%+any base crit%) x(100%+your inc crit chance)

While playing Shatter Strike mage, I've had the experience that when I strike enemies with the middle part of the skill, which should strike them twice, sometimes the damage numbers appear twice (one number per strike), and sometimes the damage appears as the sum of the two strikes (one single number instead of two) This is a bit confusing.
Is this by design, or should I report it as a bug? Has anyone else had this experience? 🤔

I think if they are off to one side slightly, they'll get hit by one side just a little quicker than the other, which could be enough time for their damage popups to not get pooled together
When in doubt though, bug report is the way to go

if your gear is flagged with a MG icon on the bottom right then yes

you will also lose all your favor (or most of it) from MG once you do, but not your rank progress

There are multiple enemies with the same name. The ones you kill for the beacon echo don't count. They don't exist in all timelines. If you Google, you can find which timeline to do for them
