@tall shoal last epoch tools has data mined skill information. But as for attributes and their ability to scale ailments, if an attribute scales the damage of a skill (like how dex scales acid flask) then that attribute will also scale the damage of any ailments caused by that skill. This is also true for modifiers to a skill that aren't from attributes. Ie, "a 10% more acid flask damage" node would raise the ailment damage by 10% if it was caused by acid flask.
Not sure what you mean about "ignite scaling frost stats", that's gibberish to me.

No. Meteor is from Sorcerer mastery. If you pick Sorcerer, there would be chains down the middle of Runemaster - preventing you from putting points past that. If you pick Runemaster, you wouldn't have Meteor.

Yes it's great with %Endurance and Lich gives you an extra life, basically. Deadlock passive in Death Seal also puts you at low life, so you can use it whenever and Death Seal gives you a very large damage boost.

@daring dock Also, blessings come in two flavors: character power and item acquisition. Monoliths can only offer one flavor and it's fixed per monolith. I'm not sure what you're after but make sure you're not chasing, eg, increased gold gain in a character power monolith.

Lightless Arbor dungeon has a loot door at the end that you can throw money at for a ridiculous amount of loot. If you do Circle of Fortune, you'll get some huge loot explosions

The best thing you can do is to compile screenshots and contact customer support, I'd imagine.
Another note, do try to keep your gender under wraps when you play, it will minimize that experience.

What is a good way to start trying to craft/forge items into the stats I want. 1. If item has good base and good exalted affix, see if I can craft it into an upgrade.

2. If it has mods I want but on a bad base or an item I don't use, I shatter.

3. If it has a good exalted mod but a meh base I save it for potential legendary slamming later (if I use a unique in that slot)

@stoic herald sometimes. I more often use a glyph of chaos if an item has 3/4 good mods to reroll the bad one. If it doesn't work out I just shatter usually.

@lusty bridge you can't target bases, but you can target rings in CoF prophecies and echo rewards in monoliths.

@timber hinge if the throwing damage is t1, you can seal it very reliably, I think with glyph of despair? That will make the throwing damage a "fifth" affix and open up another affix for crafting.

Despairs are rare though, so it may not be worth.

Aside from that, yeah, chaos is all you can do I think. Or gamble with rune of removal.

My understanding is that there's a bug and you can't actually opt out of Solo Account Found. But if it was working, then yes, just the character would be transferred. I believe the stash would stay in the SAF game mode, so if you have other SAF characters they'd still have access to it.

If your friend is also starting, why don't you make a new character in the same game mode with them. For example both in Online Legacy or Online Cycle.

Exalted items are no more than a rare item that happens to have one or more T6 or T7 affix. There's no need to hoard every one of them. Keep the ones you plan to craft/LP slam. Shatter the ones you need affix for. Rest, I wouldn't evne pick up if you dont need it.

Yes fill the Stability bar and then do the quests on the left. The third one is the boss and defeating him will unlock the next timeline(s)/Monolith(s). It's generally not worth it to farm Corruption in regular. You want to move onto Empowered for that.

Fall of Outcasts is the first one for everyone. You'll unlock Stolen Lance after raising the Stability and defeating the boss in that first one.

Note that item is a global drop, so you can get it from anywhere including Rune of Ascendance and CoF Prophecies. The "target farm" stuff just means you can find special echo rewards in that timeline can give you extra drop chances.

The higher passives cost a bit more. But it's not that much. It also goes down each point you remove from the passive. You can click on a passive at the brain NPC and it will tell you the cost for that one point. The early ones are hundreds of gold. The higher ones can be a few thousand.

I'm sorry it varies by how far the skill is in the tree and how many points you have in the passive. Why don't you click on your farthest right passive and check what it says.

I've never had an issue affording a respec. You also may be able to get away with not removing every single point. For example, if you have some extra points in your base class, you do not need to fully respect your Mastery to move points around in the base class.

it's REALLY hard to calculate the cost. As an example, I have 8/10 in a node that's about 2/3rd of the way on the right. The first point refund is 1760 gold, the next is ~1500, and then 1300. The 6 point nodes all the way on the left of the tree start at 600.

If your build can't handle monos it's probably because you completely misunderstood some game mechanic and still would only require tweaks not a full respec. The game is pretty forgiving about small mistakes and very hard to make so big of mistake that you need a full respec unless you want to do an entirely different build like switching from melee to spells

Towards the bottom there is a section that mentions best prefix/suffix. I would say try to aim for those listed but its def not necessary to get EXACTLY what they showcase

I wouldn't know, honestly. But as much as possible, you'd want to have your resistances to at least 75% while also building up your armor. You still want to have your armor, especially when your resistances are in a good place.

Imo I think most of the streamers were saying that ele resistance isn't as important in this game as others to cap. You need to factor in endurance and armor as well so dont sell out everything to get the last % of resist

in general dont worry too much about getting their exact recommended gear. Just get whatever you find along the way and use it. Their stuff is optimized but you can still play

Every time I login after freshly opening LE, I have connection issue and can’t sort inventory or click on monolith to start a run. If I wait 30’seconds I get “lost connection” then i go to main menu and I log back in. On the 2nd log in the game is stable for 3-5 monolith runs and then it loses connection again. Is this problem normal?? I thought most of there server issues were resolved (I had longer better connection in week 1 of launch)
