@elfin needle You'll have level 20 skills in the mid 70s. Lots of build guides are built out until 100, but going from 95 to 100 is 5 extra passive points and a minor stat increase.

@short apex if you die in hardcore your character is moved to the softcore version of that same game mode. The character isn't deleted or anything, just moved out of HC.

Also on the character stats it doesnt take your idols or anything into account for Frostbite chance. it will count blessings and such but not idols. its odd. but anyways its a shame my mana regen is so low. i ran out of mana way too quickly. even with - mana cost on the base wand. Any trick on how to Survive better? for some reason still getting hurt badly in empowered even though all resists capped and such. also get a lot of ward when i hit enemies, but i still feel like its breaking through and it shouldnt.

A friend of mine is currently unable to progress with the quest "Saving Last Refuge". It says to "enter the time rift and unlock their mastery" but they've already done this prior to the quest. Elder Gaspar in the End of Time has nothing to say. They have the quest for the Immortal Empire (chapter 4), which seems to mean they've skipped the Ruined World (chapter 3) quests and they can't seem to get them. Is there a fix for this?

Reading the legendary crafting guide. If you have an exalted item with the t6/7 you want. You essentially have a random chance to have the one you want transfered. Unless

-You have 4 LP or LP matching the number of affix/suffix
-Use runes of removal to hopefully remove the un desired aff/suff then transfer

@prime totem You'll only gain XP by +5 Levels higher than your current, so you'll be essentially killing a level 89 Monster.
@honest spoke The issue is being worked on, there's regular updates on #news related to connection issues and long loading times, you can try relogging as well.
@acoustic thicket The item type needs to be the same.
@quaint ledge You lose the reward on the Echo, otherwise nothing negative.
@prime kestrel You have to relog unfortunately to fix that.

@grand path Quest Echoes are on the left hand side when you're in the Monolith, you gain quests by increasing stability by completing Echoes.
@novel geyser Any spell that has a Physical scaling tag, you can see it by hovering over the skill, some spells can be transformed into Physical Spells via the Spells specific Skill Tree once you've chosen it as a specialization.
@hazy pendant 8/8 Idol Slots are the maximum in the game currently.
@novel spade You can check the monoliths to see what the reward is when you press on the Monolith entry point, it'll be at the bottom and says "Exclusive Echo Rewards", I'd base it on the blessings you are looking for, as certain ones can only roll by completing particular Monoliths.
@spare pike Purple tag usually indicates a Tier 6 or Tier 7 affix, you can see this by holding Control + Alt on the keyboard and see what Tier and Roll range it has.
@copper vigil The first few cycles will revolve around core game mechanics, supposedly the devs have said that later on once things are better fleshed out, they will add more traditional seasonal mechanics you might find in something like Path of Exile or Diablo.

can someone help me here? Im playing an acid flask/ puncture falconer thing, got a lucky unique drop for the ice converted acid flasks, im having fun, except for this one thing that i just dont understand how or why and its frustrating. can someone just explain it to me?

I picked up and crafted a lv 8 broken sword, it has +8 melee lightning dmg, +8 fire melee dmg, +26% to bleed on hit, and +25% to chill on hit.
When i equip THIS sword, it increases my acid flask dmg, currently from 511 to 588. I noticed this early on and thought "oh throwing damage uses my weapon stats" .

So im lv30 now, and its time to upgrade, I picked up a better 1 h base, a broadsword, its faster and has more base physical, i crafted it with melee attach speed, and an additional +13 melee physical damage, it has also has health on hit, and Dot for minions, but its still more flat damage than before, so it should be better right? so I equip the new sword and ... and my acid flask dmg drops back down to 511. how does this work? enlighten me please.

From what I've looked at, the Belts are target farmed on Fall of the Last Empire... Yes, if you have the shards for that affix, you could use a white or blue bearded axe with other stats on it that you want, and add that affix, or a yellow (or later, even a purple exalted) if both suffix slots are full, you can use runes of removal to remove affixes until it removes one of the suffixes and leaves a slot open for you to add your +minion melee/+minion spell shard(s). The only issue is not running out of crafting potential. Definitely use glyphs of hope to try and preserve your CP.

Alright so I see #general flooded again with "lag" blabla.

So I pick "US West" server because it is 21:00 at evening there, peak hours on a weekend. There will be the most players online there now. I am in Sweden, 8600 kilometers away (5400 miles). The ping is literally 180ms.

I connect. I'm in within 15 seconds. No "connecting..." screen.

I load directly into End of Time.

I pick another major city. Travel to it.

I'm there in 5 seconds.

I picked a random map (not city). Travel to that.

I'm there in 20 seconds. From the opposide side of Earth!

It's been like this for me at peak hours in every region. And many others too, like Asmongold, have the same experience. Many of us have had almost no delay for days.

I have played for 40 hours in the past 4 days, at both night and peak day hours, and have literally NEVER seen a single enemy rubberband/lag even though the game is server-authoritative with complete server-side movement. The map/location servers absolutely have more than enough capacity to run perfectly.

The only thing that's ever been problematic has been room transitions, mostly to the big cities, but even that has worked pretty well in the past days, and very well since today's patches. The worst times I ever saw was like 1 minute, a few days ago. Most of the time it's been 3-20 seconds.

At all hours of the day.

EU West is also flawless right now (it's 7 in the morning in central europe). It loads even faster than the times listed above.

So I wonder if some part of all this is that people have extremely bad computers/internet/trash wifi. I don't think it's just the game. Perhaps they have flaky WiFi which constantly disconnects, and they never noticed it before.

Or perhaps people don't understand that "Online Play Unavailable" at initial login is just temporary and if you get it, just click again? Imagine if the issue is that people don't understand that fact?
