Against the dummies, it shouldn't be too tough - they are in the arena "town" area.
Yep! Most stuff doesn't change after creation unless something specifically changes it; like applying buffs to the ballista will change its stats (for example, the node where you throw an acid flask at it), but otherwise it'll generally not change

Same applies to your arrows, for example. Once they are shot, their stats are locked and won't change mid-flight unless something specifically modifies that arrow.

It's just a subtype of affixes for a selection of items. They can drop exalted, or they could not, it's just a "special" affix at the end of the day.

depends what you mean by "all content".

capping resistances isn't required because of resistance maths being fairly generous in LE compared to other games, but it's still pretty efficient defence and something you benefit from against harder content. you should always aim to have a decent amount of res though, even if they're not capped.

crit avoid is mostly useful so you can ignore crit-related area mods. that's enough for it to generally be considered mandatory for empowered timeline farming though (either that or 100% reduced bonus damage from crits)

Unfortunately, I've looked through every dark quiver build I could find and I can't find anyone who does what I'm looking for. I'm trying to gather as many dark arrows as quickly as possible, which probably means having some way to passively be casting some sort of bow attack to consume the last picked up arrow as quickly as possible.
Sort of like a poe build lol.

If that's not possible, I'll probably just go with multishot since it has a bunch of increases to attack speed skill nodes

Outside of that, just make sure you aren't going to accidentally hide an Idol you might want because there's one affix on it you've used the filter to hide.

I feel you on that one 😅 The stash does have a Search bar so you could pick them all up, put them in a tab then use the search bar to quickly find the Affixes you absolutely want and then decide which of the rest you keep as well.

Also the Loot filter works top to bottom, anything up high overrides what's below - you could set up your Idol rules to always show certain Idols/Affixes by placing those rules above the rest.

i think the best you could do then, is wait for the devs reply. what you could do to work around it is dropping all the gear you want to sell in your stash and selling it with other characters. npc traders rarely have any item worth buying given that you can often get much better loot from killing stuff

Yeah, usually leech is the best way for health-based characters to sustain. Having good damage reduction (like from armor or glancing blows) definitely also helps.

Rogue can go ward-based, too, which is currently the meta for bladedancer, but that does take some gear investment

depends what you mean by that. in the technical sense of diminishing returns, no. but in terms of percentage impact on your final dps, each source of it is worse than the last, just like any additive stat.

just because going from 1 cast per second to 2 is 100% more dps, but going from 2 casts per second to 3 is only 50% more dps, even though both of them require 100% increased cast speed

there aren't enough sources of cast speed that this becomes a big consideration though

as opposed to increased damage where it can be important to think about
