Best Minion class for endgame is the necro or the Beastmaster?
They are both very good
necro is the premier pure minion class while beastmaster leans into fighting with your minions a little more. but both are excellent yeah
bees are the one true hero of minion builds 
Guys, how are u? I am new in this game and I've seen a lot of people complaining about the current online status on the web. So I would like to ask if this is real because I dont want to spent hours in a char and face some ground breaking issues. Actually I've already have a LVL 60 Sorcerer but it is an offline char
Online is well playable for most of us at this point but still has some lag and netcode issues. This is for solo online, it seems that playing actual coop online with others still has a fair number of issues
But it's not like playing online will brick your character eventually.
You just may encounter some lag and rubber banding depending on your RL situation
Alright, so do u think is worth it anyway to have an online player for when everything be fixed eventually (and maybe a future LFG system 🙂 ) I would be able to use that char? Sometimes people say as if the offline mode is better in a gameplay-sense
There's some bugs that exist in online that don't in offline, otherwise gameplay is literally identical so I don't know what they would be talking about outside of that
Yeah, I did not understand too and I also understand that reddit is a toxic and unbelievable place sometimes (reason for me to join this server and ask people that really enjoy the game ) but as I've never played this game online before, I was afraid to "lose" spent time
The only spent time you "lose" is offline characters can't be played online and vice versa. People haven't had any data issues with their stuff since those problems were solved in March/early April.
Sorry maybe I should be clearer. There are NO game breaking, character bricking bugs or issues in online play. You may experience some lag and rubber banding. That is it.

What is the best weapon-based melee class currently?
Not someone casting spells at melee range for example, like a lich I guess
Basically someone strong at melee, with good aoe for mob clear
I mean, there's BD, there's Druid, there's VK, there's Pally, there's even Spellblade. Out of these, VK and Pally are probably the worst performing (not bad by any means though). After that it comes down to what exactly you're looking for and your specifications of it

Bladedancer and Void Knight
- Good aoe
- Good single target
- Not squishy (can facetank non-red attacks by bosses)
- Good at levelling is a bonus
- Not dependent on special rare gear (like bees/squirrel)
BD kinda hits all of those, but it obfuscates the melee tag a little.

BladeDancer is a Rogue spec.
I mean what skills do you focus on?
BD can be played both throwing and melee, but the skills most often used are Umbral Blades (strictly throwing), Shurikens (throwing), and Shadw Cascade, which is a little... weird. It's melee, but it doesn't play super melee if that makes sense.

I don't personally have a build for it, but people in #🔪┃rogue may be able to assist with that, I prefer playing pretty off-meta haha Cinder Strike go brrrrrr, but that comes with costs of being inefficient
Guides can be useful, though always double check the gear requirements as some of them rely heavily on boss-drop only loot that is also 'locked' behind the endgame.
Like Deias said, #🔪┃rogue will be your best place for advice - though you can get pretty far in game just by playing without a guide or plan! I got to Chapter 8 before I needed to start optimising my BD Rogue 😊

It seems like the workaround is to tp back to End of time, regroup, launch mono
but at the end of each mono, we're hit with the bug therefore needing to leave group and redo the process
Yeah, the LE-63 error happens when the server see's someone in the Echo already.

yo guys ! if i wanted to farm julras ring with high lp chance t3 would probably be best right? highest lvl with ~40% dropchance?
im at run 7 on t3 now and all i got is 1 glove and 6 helmets, feels kinda scuffed
Target farming julra items with more than one LP is an exercise in pure frustration, just fyi.

yep, the fact that they drop with 1 LP minimum leads people to think that getting 2 LP will be reasonable, but it's the same chance as any other high LPL item dropping with 2 LP.... abysmal
is 70 weight really that crazy high compared to other high tier uniques

if you can reliably do the dungeon at the highest tier then it sounds a lot less painful than grinding for a world drop with LP
might even get a good Vessel of strife along the way, fun item
is t4 smarter than t3 if you wanan go for ring? since drop chance of ring on t4 is lower than t3 ( regardless of lp chance)
since t3 to t4 is only 5 lvl diff
It's only 5 level difference but the difference in HP and damage is quite large
If you can do t4 quickly and reliably then I would do it though

non-obvious tip for dungeon that might already have been said but whatever:
the generic item reward that you see when you use the key and pick the difficulty changes every day
so it's worth saving your keys for something you really like

You can find out server reset time by checking the reward rotation for tomorrow and seeing how many hours until it's on, then just do math from there
I recommend running T4 if you can reliably, just for ability to get vessel drops like mentioned. The higher LP chance from being higher level should offset the reduction in drop chance at least some
(also, higher glove drop rate and lower helm drop rate are both benefits of T4)

There is no way for the inventory sorter to know what strength means to you
I thought it sorts it big to small from left to right
So you end up with your two-handed weapons on the left and rings and amulets on the left

if you teleported out, its gone
Run the dungeon again, it'll be waiting for you there. It does prevent you from using the cache on your next run though, I think.

yes, multiple and they can be pretty wild
you'll get a different answer depending on who you ask. IMO, it's solid, but needs a bit more. As is you can definitely spend ~infinite time farming for endgame upgrades though if that's your thing

No. Skills with a spec tree (like poison flask) never inherit modifiers from other skills unless specifically stated. Only exception is the meteor procced by black hole.

Does "resistance while channeling" show on the character sheet? I wouldn't be super surprised if it works, but just doesn't show up. Anyway, to answer the question - no, there's no definitive list of known bugs. The closest thing that exists is the forums, if (and only if) there's a bug report for it on there you can assume it's known.
If you are in the campaign, just keep plugging along if you can, it'll level up quickly. If you can't, just go backward a few zones until you can at least survive a little (and this means you probably need to pay attention to your gear, maybe check the vendor or gambler to try and get some quick upgrades).
i am stuck at teh immortal citadel where u need to beat teh 3 bosses together, cant finish it, so i thought i would change my build a little
I see, I recommend looking for a new weapon in the zone(s) immediately leading up to it (or from gambler/merchant) unless you're a minion build, and farming that area will relevel your skills pretty quickly, too
the more dangerous of the two deals poison damage, so maybe craft poison and physical resistance on something if you can

totally fair, this might be a good opportunity to start fiddling with it. If you put an item in the forge (which you can open anywhere with F), you want items that have open suffixes (shown on the right side) to craft resistances/health. For weapons, the prefixes (left side) are where you can slot damage boosts
no problem!
I would expect to see the endurance go up on the char sheet just like the resistances go down...

How does soul ember works? It does stay after death, but it removed on successful dungeon completion. Is it intended or is some of cases is bug? is it safe to leave game while i have some ember?

Why is ignite not considered good?

Ignite works just fine. It just inherently has a bit less internal support than some other dot ailments. But it plays very well depending on your goals
it's more an issue with lack of interesting things than lack of strong things
Maehlins is probably the most interesting thing around ignite. Torgor has a decent point. If ignite had an item like snowdrift for Frostbite it would instantly be more used

Is it bad? Heck no have you seen craterborn fireball? That thing stacks ignite like it's the 5th layer of hell
I will say. Dragon boots are pretty amazing though, and kelthans is quite fun for rogues

Despairs should not anywhere near as common as chaos. Chaos are extremely good. Having common despairs would break the fucking game. Learn to craft.

Chaos has a niche but extremely useful position in altering affixes that are too high for a despair or from a low tier a chance into something more worthwhile
Too many despairs would make it easier to spam rather than use thoughtfully. Have a fifth affix even at a T1/2 can be huge if its something like a cleanse on a belt
Me sealing T2 crit avoid on things for laziness
I have a T1/2 on area size despair'd on my Bardiche and its not a total game changer but its noticable difference
It just raises the ceiling by a lot so it makes sense its harder to get and reliably use
Considering all the rng in crafting... having the Chaos glyph is just another slap in the face imo.

when i find that awesome purple stat with one other stat thats the right type, crossing my fingers on removals and chaoses for the other 2 are the paths to success

Items sell for shite, and you mostly just rune of shattering/rune of removal affixes that are rare, or are ones that you need.

I see. The main issue with controller is positioning skills, so it cannot be something that needs to put a minion at a certain exact spot for instance. Or cast a skill on a certain minion or buff a pet (in case those are not bind to cast directly on that minion/pet)
i assume casting a skill in a general area isn't a problem?
I used to go RF in PoE, but after counteless hours I cannot handle anymore, so I want to try Last Epoch and have more fun

bladedancer just requires hitting "areas" but is action packed. Paladin pretty easy, spellblade i hold 2 buttons down with the build i use. totem builds can pretty much autocast themselves
totem(s) could be fun, since it is my 1st time I think a nice levelling experience is a must, but totems are normally chill in any arpg
i'm down in VC and don't mind screen sharing some so you aren't wasting your time

Defensives are LT/L2
Teleport is always B/Circle
Builds I'd recommend are Fire Necro for 1-2 button use (Volatile Zombie and dread shade), Lighting Blast, Static Orb Sorc., any Warpath build for Sentinel.
No idea for Rogue, or for Primalist.

I wouldn't bother using that in tandem with javelin as you're not hitting others often enough for it to be worthwhile. For VK Javelin Smite you can just use the autocast Smite on Javelin which is decent enough but it struggles with clears as you normally don't really scale off the lightning tree AFAIK
There is one of Dr3ads Holy Trail VK which uses your anomaly and volatile reversal to lower CD and keep mana up

You could probably just run Hammer Throw Smite with the Javelins autocasting Smite down in the bottom right
Don'r worry about the trade off when you lose Smite's healing when you convert it to Void damage as you have leech to make up for it. If you end up running Anomaly you can have it sit on top of you and grant you extra leech but IDK if its only melee or not

Hi, I have an issue with my scorpion companion and I wanted to know if it is a knowed issue. I can only summon 1 scorpion even if my maximum compagnions are at 2. It is normal? I double checked my skills to be sure if I did not have something that limit my summoning, but I didnt.
By default you can only summon one of each companion.
So with the default two cap, you can summon a scorpion and a bear, but if you summon a raptor the scorpion dies
But I was able to summon 2 tempest crow or two wolves
Let me try again.. but it make sense!
Crows summon to their cap by default.
Wolves have a node that allow you to summon multiple of them.
You can test this by summoning other companions EG Bear or raptor

Nothing special, they don't overlap on affected skills at all. One converts physical to lightning for maul and rampage, while the other converts physical to cold for warcry/roar.

Two questions? Is there a certain player level that we start to stop getting points for passives? And is there a certain level for skills that we stop getting points for there skill tree?
nope, one for every level up to 100 which is the max.
skill trees get up to 20 points, and you only stop getting them up to a soft cap that scales with your current level, but goes away pretty fast.
*gear and stuff lets you have more than 20 skill points of course.

since passive points and idol slots you get from quests can be a little... ambiguous
There are certain thresholds for the skill points, later on (around skill lvl 16 odd) it starts to slow down.
Slow down doesn't bother me all the much. Was mostly curious to know how many points I'm gonna have in each so I can better plan my build out for my character.
20 + however many you can get from gear which is dependant on the skill. Every skill can get up to +2 but some can get more due to uniques.

Probably. Its all supposed to be RNG so I'd have to say its possible. Not sure tho - would also assume that you totally cleared every possible branch on a timeline to "check".

I havent ever cleared an entire timelines echos but there are usually memory ones, chaos are rarer in my experience.
The person to ask is @olive tinsel - he has cleared more timelines to test his echo theories than anyone else I would guess.

so is lightning blast bugged? I had taken the node to convert it to cold and that was fine.. I respec it and remove that node completely and it's still tagged as cold...still looks to be doing cold dmg. I tried it even with my gear off...

If a skill that applies an ailment has its damage increased through an item affix, will the ailment dmg be scaled? What about if it’s increased by another skill instead?
if the damage increase is applicable to the ailment's damage, then yes it applies
for example, more fire damage will apply to ignites, but more melee damage will not (because ignites don't deal melee damage)
What about more spell dmg?
Like if another spell increases the damage of the spell causing the ailment
No, ailments don't deal spell damage, so that won't help them
it does depend a bit about the specific wording on the effect though - like if you have something like fireball deals more damage it'll apply to fireball's ignites because the actual effect being granted to fireball is more damage in that case
(and when there are no qualifiers, it applies to everything)
So the ailment is doing the spell name damage but not spell dmg? 🤣

I'm using Shroud now on my necro, but as soon as i add a single item with health/second, the armor is bugged and stops turning health into ward.
instead of a constant loop of transfering health to ward, it simply stops working.

I was at 400, didnt clear it completley in the inner circle but i think i cleared everything that was on the outer side, so there was no possibility for a Branch to go further out then i already was

No, probably not since skills proc'd by other skills don't inherit modifiers from the proccing skill unless explicitly stated (ie, Firebrand).
Currently you can gift another player an item if they were in the zone when it dropped.
You can either hit H (Social Tab) then "Add Friend" & type in their user name
Or if they say something in chat you can right click it & add friend (I think)

Not really. Level requirements for items are based on the affix tiers and the base item. I believe it it prioritizes base first then affixes?

No, items drop according to monster level. If you jump into monos severely underleveled, it's likely you won't be able to equip much of the stuff that drops (until you level up)

nope, we're hard casting thornshield on ourself, then extending its duration by going into werebear, and stack enough CDR to go back into spriggan with those thornshields before they expire.

My theory was using twisted heart on human druid, spam maelstrom (for the dodge, and get ward that way), and pump health/armor as high as possible

My way wouldn't give 150k (or even 100k) ward, but would give a very high EHP
for what its worth the flat dodge alone shouldve been noticable on transform and it didnt change the armor I gained

We've never had to do anything separately, so I'm not sure what was causing your issue. I'd check the forums bug reports to see if there was some cause for it and a fix or something

It is not base 40% its 40% increase so if you have 5 base crit and no other increases then your total crit is 7% also closed circuit stacks (tooltip doesn't mention that)

i don't exactly know how the numpad trick registers but if it's just a press without a release it could very easily be circumvented by having a skills only get used after a release is gotten after the previous use, you could also make skills get used on release but that's bad. But yeah no matter if there is an easy way to "fix" it or not there's no real point in doing so since it's extra code for basically 0 gain and they've said that they don't plan on doing so either.

it's your base from all sources not assoociated with the tree i believe
Base is always 0% unless the skill says so, but +X% means it adds a chance, not increases an existing one

You’ll get more shards than you could possibly use, go nuts. Just keep in mind that health affixes are a lot more valuable to use than resistance affixes are, just because a higher health pool compounds with the ease of access that most other sources of res are far better than wasting a slot on a res.

I think I see the misunderstanding. This is an increase to existing leech you have, it doesn't add 40% of damage as leech.

Last time I played which was about 2 months ago there was a lot of server connectivity issues when playing with a party. We would frequently disconnect, rubber band, start a key dungeon and then completely disconnect and lose the key. Are those issues resolved with the newer updates? We are getting tired of D4 cooking and wanting to start cooking back in Last Epoch again.
I know that single player online is loads better now than on MP release. I think multiplayer coop is better too but I have no firsthand knowledge of that

you can get it on normal unique items, it let's you transfer affixes from an exalted item over to the unique item, destroying the exalted item in the process. 1 LP = 1 affix, you can get up to 4 lp for 4 affixes, transfering all the affixes of the exalted item ( not implicits) to the unique

you create a legendary item by going to the temporal sanctum and doing a tier high enough to support the unique items level requirement, after killing the boss you can put in your unique and exalted
the affixes it selects are random, unless it has 4 lp of course and in that case it just takes them all

yup, it's usually not something you gotta worry about too much early on, but if you have a good unique with lp and an exalted item with good affixes that you'd want on your unique it's pretty much free power to make the unique into a legendary

You can migrate your character and whatever is in its inventory from scf to regular. Everything in the stash (such as gold and crafting mats) will be lost.

np - I think the way you do it is from the character, open the options menu and in the challenges tab should be a button to migrate (been a long time since I've done this, so my memory is pretty fuzzy)
others have answered. To add on: just farm with the item equipped and you'll see new affixes added or added affixes upgraded
each stack is an instance of one of the following:
Add new affix
upgrade existing new affix (Weaver's Will does not affect any unique-specific stat)
I'd even recommend just farming out all the weaver's will items you have to see what you can use it for - even if you'd only throw the final result onto a new character temporarily, it helps a ton
with fading echos with glacier the middle should still do boosted damage if ive the points in them right?
cause I saw it do 179 damage when I normally do like 1000+
how does gifting uniques work?
i wasnt able to gift a friend one unique but was able to gift him one i got later

It is. Health to cast and it's projectiles are sometimes hard to see
But it can cause funny jank, like having affixes that allows it to be casted on transplant

No nothing, doesn’t happen 100%, more like 50%, can stand 2 min in front of the door then load screen and I am on the other side alive but with the death screen

while hovering over the endurance % on hp while channeling warpath and when not doesnt seem to have a difference it stays on 30% always

does the converted armor get scaled by both? or if only by one, then by which one?
its not easy to test, as the conversion is not shown in the character sheet
Most likely the dodge rating will scale by itself then converted to armor with no further armor scaling
Otherwise you'll have an infinite loop/.
its not necessarily an infinte loop, as long as it only gets scaled once
but i do agree that what you said is most likely, but it would be nice to be certain
Odd that this isnt reflected in the character sheet - the other similar conversions caused by uniques, passives for various classes does reflect and can be viewed. Cannot recall if the devs mentioned something about this or if its been posted in the bug forum.

The character sheet is slated for an overhaul, its just on the backburner for now cause most of the other MP bugs are far more important. probably nothing more than that. the character sheet has always been a little wonky. You could use Tunks website to try and estimate it by manually plugging in numbers:

what i can tell is that as long as i dont get one-shot, having both armour and dodge is better, which is no surprise. but i cant see how it helps me to find out how the node interacts with %increases

If I speck into giant shot with multi arrow and have flurry proking the multi arrow I shouldn't have any multi arrow cost but I would still be able to get up in people's faces and rework the bowmage build into flurry multi-shot is that correct?

Flurry procced multishot works well, and yes if you take giant slayer you want to be all up in the monsters faces or it's not worth. With the stun chance you can make it work but at higher corr it will start to become dangerous
You will still have multishot cost fyi, but channeled flurry lets you channel for quite a while. Even with multishots cost added in
Kzb is right, the conversion step happens after all scaling takes place.
