Yeah but according to the db, it has the text enabled: "scales with attack speed", which I think means that the more attack speed you get, the more the attack procs, thus inherently lowered the cdr of the skill. But I'm not sure about it.

i just wanted to throw this out there as an idea but idk if yall ever considered creating a way to get to character select without having to relog. Its also possible idk how to do it but when i hit leave game it says its going to take me to character select but then i have to click play online again and if there was a queue for whatever reason i would have to wait again.

Are the extra projectiles spawned from 'Torrent of Thorns' able to hit the same target as the original projectile that proc'd it?
I.e. the node essentially reads 7% chance to deal double damage?

I saw the ping issue - I know that the Server Selection process is being looked into as other players have reported similar high ping levels when it should be lower.

No, they get other rewards.

Not a dev, but Main Acolyte: This node provides the Acolyte with a skill with Base Freeze Rate - the only other option would be Reap - this makes Bone Curse freeze enemies when it triggers. You and Your Allies (including minions) can trigger Bone Curse Hits, but all hits from Bone Curse are Your Hits.
Since all Hits from Bone Curse are Your hits, this means none of the nodes on Bone Curse scale with your Minion stats - Minions have their own skills that can freeze (Such as Icicle from Cryomancers) which benefit from Minion Freeze Rate - so you'll need Increased Freeze Rate on your gear (applying to you) in order to scale the %Chance to Freeze Enemies.

I believe there are plans for one at some point. Not a dev so I'm not an accurate judge on that, Mike (the dude who usually runs this channel) is asleep still probably, so it might be possible to ask him on what the outlook is on that in a while when he's around.
Last I heard they've scrapped the demo idea for the foreseeable future. We had an open beta a few weeks ago but I don't think anything like that is planned from now until 1.0

Yes he can confirm it, but this is pretty well known info throughout the community that the demo has been removed from the dev cycle. It used to be on roadmaps but was intentionally removed a while ago.

Bitter Winter is entirely player stats driven chance to freeze. It is unique in the regard that it triggers on every hit - regardless if its your hit, minion hit or ally hit and it always scales only with your Freeze Rate Multi. 100 freeze rate is also very high base freeze rate.
The only problem is itemization, since necro has no passive support for freeze and all your freeze rate multi will have to come from gear

could you please remind me of how the boss resistances work? i remember when the resistances rework were done back in the day, there was some kind of mechanic to make bosses tankier in certain scenarios, im currently trying out spellblade with shattering strike recast node, im nuking down bosses until like 50% hp and then they just become like a blastoise inside its carapace, making hits really small
For Summon Raptor->Challenger, if I'm fighting a boss, does this mean the raptor will use Rampage on cooldown or will I have to get some distance and re-engage to force him to use Rampage again?

As bosses take a lot of damage fast, they get increasing damage reduction. There is no strategy by which slowing down your dps will speed up the overall kill time. If the goal is to get the fastest kill, the optimal strategy is always to deal as much damage as fast as possible.

"Your Raptor uses Rampage if it encounters a rare or boss minion, if it is able to." Then in bold white text, "Raptor Rampages Near Rares And Bosses". I should note I'm using letools as a reference since I'm at work (work sucks).
I tried to explain this to someone and they INSISTED that when they did that and then took their damage items off they magically killed the boss way faster. I wish I could roll my eyes harder than I did.

ok, I'm down a rabbit hole in the code a bit here. I'm not entirely sure but I'm fairly confident that it requires the raptor to be entering its active state and must not be already active. So if it's already engaged, it won't auto use it again.
The two points that I'm not sure on is that it might work if you tell the raptor to retreat to some location that isn't attacking and then let it go back to the boss. It might also work if you just instruct it to attack a boss, even if it's already attacking. I'm not sure on these two things as ways possibly to force it to trigger. I don't think they will work but I'm just not sure.
Interesting. I might make a suggestion on the forums then, since it opens up some build diversity for people playing in Spriggan form to still get use out of Companion abilities.

But Cry of the Lynx only has one line for Increased critical strike chance and Serrated claws has 2 separate lines for Crit multi and Companion crit multi. So my question is - does Cry of the lynx give increased crit strike chance for companions (not aspect of the lynx, the passive itself)

We currently only have the game for sale through steam. This does grant the baseline supporter pack so you get the exact same stuff as if it were purchased on the website. I'm not sure when the website will be back up and ready to process purchases unfortunately.

Regardless of if it were entangling roots or not, it wouldn't use the skill tree. We intentionally called ensnaring roots so that people don't mistakenly think that the tree would apply.
What if letools or some other 3rd party tool will become a Path of Building for Last Epoch, would EHG be opposed of that? And also, if that happens, will you consider adding DPS counter in the game since we will already have one outside the game?

I quite enjoyed capes attaching to the wrong locations on your body recently but maintaining "physics" as though it was flowing in the right direction. Facing forwards looked like you were vacuuming the floor.
Not necessarily, it's a primarily defensive skill so it's generally a little tricky to convert that to a primarily offensive skill in most cases. Stats granted by the shields to the player do not stack. (unless it says it does and I just don't remember that)
does item rarity affect glyphs/runes?
It seems like some enemies/bosses have DR beyond armor/resist because even with large amounts of armor shred/pen damage numbers arent even close to dummy dps, do I just need to invest in more pen or is there a DR system in place
both resistances and armor can go negative, you are massacring that poor dummy's defenses too even if they start at 0
oh yes, they do have some general DR. The bosses have adaptive DR which increases the more and faster damage it takes. Just to head off the next question, there is no way to slow dps to improve kill times.

each echo reward type has a relative rarity, for example, unique reward is rarer than gold reward. it means you'll find more of the rarer echoes like uniques

i mean, there are several monsters, with normal monster frames, that are way more tanky, have way more health and damage then most of mobs with rare frames. Specifically mosters like "Profane Flesh, Blablabla Eye, Blablabla Watcher" etc

There are several hidden companion names that can show up. Each companion type has specific special names that can sometimes appear. They are just us having some fun.
All I can say is that the Ancient Era will have a greater role in upcoming content.

I've got a question: How do the devs currently feel about end-game difficulty progression? From my experience, it feels like there is a massive gap between empowered monoliths and normal ones. Especially because the modifiers you pick up along the way last longer and are way heftier aswell. Is there a middle ground you guys are aiming for? Or is it pretty much where you want it to be. Additionally, how do you feel about the balance between life values for normal trash mobs, rares and bosses?
It's such a hard question to answer, I think there is always room for improvement on this one. I don't think that there is too big of a gap between empowered and normal monoliths. I think there is an expectation to be able to just roll into it easily on a first try that might be at odds with what we were expecting. It'll change as we get more information from multiplayer release for sure.
Thats fair, have you guys looked at the numerical diffficulty difference between the 2? Like, how much does adding 10 base levels, 50% hp/damage from corruption and higher value modifiers actually add. Don't get me wrong. this is not me saying empowered monoliths are too hard. But that maybe the transition is rough. edit: And maybe the transition should be rough. i'm not sure
I do like that you can farm perfectly fine in 100 corruption, and then challenge yourself for higher corruption and bigger drops but at a slower pace, or do 100 corruption for quantity over quality, and sometimes good quality, while speed clearing
in the end its just the little dopamine hits on drops, so whichever does it for you
There is also the option to increase the corruption of unempowered to make that transition easier.
I think a lot of players also skip several of the timelines on the way to empowered. If you do all the timelines and do a little corruption raising in the 90's I think you'll find the transition much less jarring.
It's a very difficult balance in letting experienced players with meta builds advance quickly and not giving players on the opposite end of the spectrum the tools to have a bad time.
i cant remember, but if you fail a mono, does it consume 1 of the little stacks from the modifiers? If not, that could easily be one way to achieve that for the more casual players
time travel ability in dungeon on boss fight trigger twice and throw u back to 1shot aoe, yet never once that happenes in non-boss rooms there, is ti a known bug or i am doing something wrong? i am tapping button very lightly and still it happens almost every fight. really annoying to die because of that, and I would like to know if its on game side, or im just doing something wrong, or key issue or something

Question: how stupid would be an idea of a skill that deals, say, physical damage on 'tap', but elemental damage on 'hold'?
We don't have proper functionality to differentiate between 'tap' and 'hold'. Also, nice try on the #suggestions-and-like-to-see in disguise.

Hi Mike, I have found 2 differents tool tips for void beam with 2 diffΓ©rents scaling and 2 differents base dmg. And both used in erasing strike. Is there a reason for that?
The attribute scaling is just to pass along from the parent skill. That doesn't actually apply. I suspect we use different base damage because one is a single beam and the other is 4.
Or rather, the attribute scaling is already applied to both.

Is there a way to disable auto-pickup and use of potions on low life? Maybe there is a setting in the configuration file not exposed in the UI. It's really annoying on a low-life build and in general, that the game is taking away that decision from you.
And can actually kill or disable skills on a low-life ward character. Those potions on the ground are like little mines I need to dance around.

Looking on lastepochtools at the sub skill "ice vortex", triggered from Glacier, it says that it has 50% effectiveness of added damage: does that mean that sources of generic "spell damage" would apply to the skill, even if it isnt a hit but a dot based skill?
what if there was a mode that like hardcore but only a number after your name for deaths. that you can display or not. was built into the game. for some reason. which would also be used as a ladder thing for endgame and recognition.
all attribute scaling gets converted to stats when the "top level" ability is used and then those stats are passed down to all sub skills.
exception being triggered equipable abilities are used "from scratch"

They gain XP as if the monster is up to 10 levels above them (Lvl 70 turns to lvl 40 as far as XP gain goes).

If they are underleveled for the zone that you are in, they will only gain xp as though the zone were 2 levels above them in this scenario. It's 10 level difference as long as they are the highest level person in the party, otherwise it's 10-(lvl difference), min 2

Yes, way. π I can demonstrate, and you can see it on streams everywhere they play low-life builds! It auto-picks up and applies a potion when you walk over it.
I have been in multiple dungeons now where me and my friends glitch into a wall either after dying or even just moving between rooms and then the only way we can get out it logging out and back in, losing our key for that run. Is there a way around this? or an unstuck button that I'm missing?

What affect bleed chance ? because I have two weapons, one with 87% chance to bleed on melee hit, and one with 186%, but when I switch them, the stat screen tells me I have the same amount of bleed chance ? π

the bleed chance stat in your character select screen tracks global bleed chance, it doesn't track melee bleed chance. The stats from your weapons are providing bleed chance as they say but the character sheet doesn't report that specific stat.
Hi! Is there more information on how Adaptive boss damage reduction works? There are claims that hard and slow hitting builds would be more affected by it
I have seen dozens of attempts by very seasoned players to attempt to "game" the system with the adaptive boss damage reduction. It is not more harsh to slow, hard hitting builds. It is not better to slow your dps at some point to allow it to catch up or something.
Here is the way you kill the boss as fast as possible on every build:
Do as much damage as you can as fast as you can.
Is it possible to treat the Shards like Gold by picking them up automatically?

I've had to answer this so many hundreds of times at this point that I'm sorry you're gonna get the real short version.
They are items and we treat them as such. We have added a few features to help with their quicker picking up and organization through the vacuum and crafting inventory. Since doing that, they have started to feel less and less like items. It's in an odd half way point at the moment. We still want them to feel like items but have unfortunately added too many easy of use features to make them not feel like items any more.
Oh , because i dont really look at what kind of shard that is.
Its a must pick up anyway , just stopping by every few seconds seem a bit tedious for me.
Maybe if you lower the Drop chances and instead make them drop in 2x , 5x every now and then.

Iβm not sure itβs a big as much as βthe blessing screen pops up immediately after the boss diesβ with no feedback. It would be nice if it was something you interacted with so you have time to process the boss dieing and get out of any ground effect aoe (or deal with dots) after the fight.

Hello, sorry if this was asked before but i have a question regarding the Earthquake "Seismic Tide" passive, how does the damage calculation work for the 3 hits that occur after casting earthquake? Is the damage of every hit calculated based on my stats during the initial cast, or does every separate hit calculate damage based on my stats at the moment when it occurs (since every hit consumes mana even though the ability was only manually casted once)?
So for example, if i cast earthquake and then receive a increased spell damage buff (i have Storm rift so earthquake benefits from increased spell damage) after the first hit but before the remaining two hits, will those 2 hits have the increased spell damage buff or will their damage be based on the inital moment of the earthquake cast?

you create earthquake and then earthquake creates the other abilities. It doesn't check your stats at any point after you have created it initially.
It doesn't scale linearly so it does start to fall off at some point but it will theoretically go to infinity.
Hi Mike, does that aura inherit the inc dmg from strenght from hammer throw ?
I mean, super technically, no because it's a very weird case and it's actually just the hammer getting a second damage source but yea, effectively it does.

I think tunklab has some calculations on it. You can also just mouse over your armor in your character sheet to get the formula I think. Might have to press G to open the game guide or look to the forums for the community game guide.
Sometimes Lightning blast when speced into cold will not chain to nearby targets until after a few casts. Is this intentional? No I have not taken the node that stops chaining.

i took off all my gear, i'm casting an earthquake into a training dummy, the hits are ~4000, ~5500, ~7000
however if i cast earthquake and immediately transform into werebear the last hit always deals more than 11000 damage, which makes me think that the waves have to be calcualted separately, else why would the damage increase?
I looked it up and this looks like it's actually a special case and does recalculate stats in between each one
I should have known because it is using a "top level" skill over and over, those are almost never done as "sub skills"

my primary concern for that is my minions tend to kill stuff off screen at times and I wouldn't know anything dropped, so being able to set a sound or something would be nice, i run a pretty tight filter

Hi Mike, I just wanted to ask if the 'increased chance of dropping 2h mace" blessing would affect the drop rate of mace drops from a boss that I am trying to farm, specifically, the Bhauder's Wrath 2h Mace which already has a 50% chance to drop from the boss?
I assume it does benefit positively from this blessing?

I don't think it does because the way that blessing works is to actually drop more 2h mace items while not reducing the other item drops. In order to achieve this and have it affect boss drops, sometimes it would drop 2 unique boss drop items and it never does this. it can drop 2 unique items but only 1 from the special boss drop pool.
Im still confused about minion stats vs my stats. For druid Thorn Totem alt screen shows scaling with Attunement gain health and increased damage. But it also says
totems scale with minion or totem stats, not your stats.
Is there +X minion attunement affixes that I'm not aware of? What am I missing here?

When you use a minion ability, your attributes are converted to whatever stat is shows in the alt tooltip, in this case health and damage. Then those stats, along with any minion stats are applied to your minion.
it saying that it doesn't scale with your stats is to point out that if you have +100000% increased physical damage, it won't apply to the minion

If I put 1 point into Reaper in Lich tree to give "cull" to spells and 3 points into Dark Harvest in the Reaper Form tree, shouldn't it allow all my spells that hit cull at 18% (like hungering souls or Death Wave) or is this incorrect? It implies this in the "More Info" tooltip, unless they are not "similar enough", with this configuration my spells are not culling.

so with both of these Reap has 18% and all other spells and melee attacks have 2%
right but the more info implies to me Reaper will use the Dark Harvests threshold

It is supposed to work and does work as if you have both of these Reap has 18% and all other spells and melee attacks have 2%.
The key part is that the Reap node only ever applies to Reap. No matter what.

Do more damage modifiers to movement skills (like Werebear"s Rip and Tear's more maul damage, or Vaion's Chariot boots more damage to your next movement skill) transfer over to earthquake's damage if earthquake is being triggered by that movement skill (maul) via Bhaldur's Wrath mace?
I thought I would ask because I wasn't sure if earthquake was treated as a sub-skill of the movement ability that triggered it and inherited its modifiers (idk where i got this idea)

Does not affect regen, leech, or health on hit. Does affect healing from spells (such as Holy Trail and Smite), and health on block.
Are you sure about the health on block part ? I've been removing it from my paladin as it doesn't feel to have any effect despite having stupid amound of increased healing effectiveness .
Health on block is very low amount to begin with, it's pretty unnoticeable even with high healing effect
But it does count as healing, so yes

I'm older and my eyes aren't that great anymore. I constantly lose sight of the mouse cursor in big fights. This is especially bad on desert maps as the cursor blends in more on them. Are there any plans to make it possible to customize the cursor size/color and what is your stance on using a 3rd party software like Yolomouse to do it?

However, the game currently skips the entire sentence when you use left-click mouse button. Please consider adding an option to fast-forward to the sentence's end instead, and then clicking again to continue. This way I could speed up conversations while still being able to read them. π

When I group with my friends who can access east and we zone into a new map, it usually serves up a US east server because that is where we should both be, which I cannot connect to. So I need less of a selector and more of a blacklist of regions to connect to.

The buff doesn't refresh when you transplant if you already have it up, but with 3/3 apostacy you can get 100% uptime

I have a question about Shadow Beacon. Erasing Strike says that enemies that are killed by it are replaced by Void Rifts, while Devouring Orb states that when an enemies die close to it it casts a void rift as well. Does that mean I will get 2 Rifts per enemy killed by Erasing Strike?
Ad if I do get 2 Void Rifts per enemy killed, would they benefit from buffs to Void Rifts to both skill trees? Or is it separate like: rifts cast by Erasing Strike will only benefit from Erasing Strike tree, and rifts cast from Devouring Orb would get only buffs from Devouring Orb tree?
the void rifts only benefit from bonuses in their respective tree.
I think that when erasing strike erases enemies it doesn't count as killing them because they were just erased from existence so it doesn't trigger the devouring orb but I could be super wrong about that second part.

It depends on what type of ticket, I know one got answered in under an hour yesterday because I told them to put the ticket in and then the support person asked me about it less than an hour later. Some actions take longer though. I've seen a LOT of people have replies sitting in their junk mail folders that have claimed that replies took days and days to get.

Hey Mike I have a question about scaling with spells. Are all stats listed on a spell scaled 100% or are they tiered. Like you get 100% scaling on cold but only 75% on spell?

Am I allowed to use ReShade shaders that require depth buffer access? Regular ReShade disables access to depth buffer effects when it detects a game is connecting to the internet, but the version of ReShade with full add-on support allows it
I'm sorry I don't know enough about reshade to answer that. If you aren't affecting any other players in any way and you aren't making changes to your game that result in an advantage online, it's probably ok. Sorry no firm answer.

Question about spells and damage formulas :
Do spells deal their damage based on the game state when cast or when they deal damage ?
What I mean is :
I cast Ice Barrage, then I cast Arcane Ascendance to get increased damage. Do the newer Ice Barrage projectiles get increased damage ?
And similarly, do the "+% spell damage while channeling" really is "while channeling" or "to the channeled spell" ? If I have secondary spells triggered while channeling, do they get their damage increased ?

Technically it's when they deal damage but that's going to be very misleading based on the situation you are asking about.
When an ability is created it gets a set of stats that it will use for its damage calculation when it deals damage.
When you cast Ice Barrage it has a set of stats that will not change if your stats change while it exists. The easier way to think of this is that if you cast Fireball, it doesn't get buffs or nerfs while it is in air.

Happened to me as well, and it deleted the category which stored all my uniques instead, despite saying I was editing the bugged category. Basically lost all my online progress in one click.

Mike, how is this node supposed to work? From my understanding, it gives me 100% more damage only when i have exactly 4 shadows active, then i self cast shadow cascade, or proc it from other source, and all 4 shadows and myself deal 100% damage from that skill. But for example when i have 5 maximum shadows, and then i use Synchronised Strike to spawn 4 shadows, and then i use shift with nodes taken, that creates a shadow and instantly actives Shadow cascade, then i create 5th shadow before attacking, so this node doesnt work.
But at the moment, it seems to be bugged, and it gives me 100% more damage when i have even sometimes 1 or 2 shadows, and sometimes i don't have 100% more multiplier when i have precisely 4 shadows.

I hang out with the kiddo until they go to sleep and then I switch my brain off with some Stargate Atlantis and HoMM3.
it looks like triggered abilities don't recheck the number of shadows and just uses the amount you had previously. Silvanis is right about this going on the forums
So I was wondering, what's the idea behind Void Cleave and this change:
Rift Flame now converts 50% of base damage to fire to match the tag change, and now also grants +1% Fire Penetration with Ignite per 10% increased void damage.
If you're going ignite, this feels a bit counterintuitive and there doesn't appear to be any synergy available for ignite scaling off of void increases %. There's little reason why you'd go void damage % over elemental damage over time/damage over time/fire damage. So I was curious what's the intended synergy for this node?
I kinda see that theres void spells that have ignite chance on them for an ignite Void Knight playstyle (e.g. Devouring Orb, Abyssal Echoes), but if youre scaling the ignites, it seems suboptimal to go for any sort of % void damage increase.
Just an oddball 0.9 change that picqued my curiosity.
Especially as going into full Fire Cleave(Hellish Chasm) makes void increases stop applying

harbinger of stars goes off of crits but yes, each individual crit is checked, if 1 ability crits 10 times, harbinger rolls 10 times. (unique roll for each crit)

"Using a bow attack" seems to mean when you manually cast, not triggers, and only the first attack on channeled abilities counts. Is that right? So things like Marksman's attack speed passive, nodes like Multishot's "Readied Arrows", skill tree stuff like Elemental Arrows, etc. Also, does that mean stuff that deals with your next bow attack like Dark Quiver don't care about triggered stuff, and would apply to the entire channeling duration of your next channeled bow attack?

given a unique item is in the process of dropping, the only thing which affects what LP it has is what the zone level is
so to simplify, once i am in empowered monolith, there is no way to improve odds for uniques to be generated with lp? nothing like rarity\difficulty improves odds?
Having more rarity increases odds of having more uniques, thus in the long run gives you more uniques with lp (provided you are clearing efficiently)
then that partially eliminates motivation to push for more and more corruption, as it will actually slow down farm of unique\set nodes, if you hunt lets say gloves specifically
I hope this will be reviewed to make extremely hard content more meaningful for endgame item chase
well kinda, you generally want to go as high as you can without sacrificing major amounts of clear speed. minor slow downs on bosses or elites isn't a big deal
Yes, so Ending the Storm mono is what you would be farming until you hit a corruption wall that is βefficientβ. However, as you get stronger, it should also allow you to push higher, the basic arpg end game loop.
Other ways to target farm gloves (as an example) is Rune of Ascensions and T4 Soulfire Bastion dungeon (esp on days where the first door modifier is extra gloves).
During the course of running monos is it intended game play that if you die you lose any drops on the ground if you rejoin your party members that are still in?

oh, that seemed more like it was a gameplay design thing and not a bug, as i think if you play solo and if you die i think you get booted out of the mono and you don't have a way back in resulting in the same outcome.

so far i feel like a solid half of my abilities were bugged on the Lagon fight. Was wondering what exactly was causing this one specific fight to be such a nightmare from development sisde?

hes hitbox is extremely fishy, and while with mine minion build its 0 issues, because apparently minions can always target him and hit correctly, on mine throwing build it is nightmare, I hope this will be improved sometime
arena waves are not "levels" or what arena do you talk about?
there is only 1 arena in the game..

anyone else experiencing that when you join as a necromancer and having all the minions doing damage lags out the game in multiplayer, desyncing everyone in the party.
been farming monos with 2 necro in party, 10+ minions each, 0 issues
i got a shadow dagger bladedancer, and a fire arrow guy and all my minions. with us 3 in echo's or dungeons we lag out after 2-3 echoes. but if i join with a char where im only 1 guy. we can go on
If I'm trying to farm a high LP Peak of the Mountain, is it better to farm t1 or t4 lightless arbor? Also why does t1 list only a 45% chance to drop? Isn't it guaranteed, since it's the only possible boss drop? Or can the boss just drop no uniques sometimes?

Quick question, Fire Penetration works for Ignites? Or only fire penetration with ignites works? Does it have to specify(only latter works) or both work?
I was wondering if both Fireball's Immolated core and Meteor's Craterborn work for ignites. Is my understanding correct, the Fireball node doesn't work(because it specifies hits) and Craterborn does work?

The advice in the Patch notes for 0.9f is if you return to Character Select via the Leave Game button, you will be able to enter the dungeon. You should be able to try this without interacting with the Dungeon.

From the time i hit enter/double click til i enter in-game should be minimal.
This is something that PAth of Exile does really well now, but did struggle in the past. there were times were i would hit enter to start the game, and just lose interest before the game even started.
I sometimes find myself the same boat with Last Epoch as I did with Path of Exile all those years ago.
Mike was unsure when I asked if this work around would also apply in the situation where you can enter the dungeon (and thus, use your key) and then be unable to proceed past the first room. Can this be clarified?
I don't think it does because I've done that and when I log back in I've had to use a new key π¦

Many of us think that the drop rates of Exalted, Unique 3LPs and the like are higher than before, and online only. Have there been any changes since 0.8.5?

Any plans on making orobos move sets have restrictions. some combinations are just borderline impossible unless you use a bot. and others are so easy that im able to spend 15 mins just dodging the moves for fun
same thing with some of the range mobs in the game I.E axe throwers, Immortal eyes, imperal watchers, arbalist undead units.
the game becomes just spam leaving and reentering maps until a good set of units spawn and then doing it. and for orobos you just keep going until you find a good combination of moves that are fair. kinda breaks the feel of the game

It was horteas lance
The quest never showed up for me either

@ashen narwhal yes. you can make a new character, tp straight to end of time, get your mastery, then tp to monoliths, if you wanted. but you will still need to go back and do the quests for passive points and idol slots

if you are in the zone where the quest completes with your party mate, you will auto-complete, yes
So I guess what you could do is, get your mate to go to every way point and u tp to every one , one after the other and auto complete everything

Does Cooldown Recovery Speed on for example boots effect all cooldowns like for example the water orb item has a 3sec CD, does it get affected by the cooldown recovery speed from items/gear?

Is the loot filter true random, or is it semi-random? Say you have gotten 100 unique chests, but the one you're looking for isn't there, is the game going to try and adjust for you and improve the chance of the one which hasn't dropped yet?
because perry the pig just released a video on consistency of what affects subskills and what don't and yeah, I hope that's something you guys will look into eventually

Technically it isn't true random. However for the purpose of your question, it's "true random". There are no pity systems or smart loot adjustments beyond class item bias.
true random is pointless because you end up needing to harvest atmospheric noise to do the rolls.

IMO pity systems have no place in an ARPG with infinitely farmable content. Pity systems are good for MMOs with time-gated content. Even then, I can see those being overused. Glad they aren't coming to LE
Serpent strike has the physical and poison tag. Does that mean it does 50/50 damage?
no, the hit damage is 100% physical

Second question about serpent strike. Does frostwyrms fury convert serpent's venom, or does that not count as serpent strikes damage
Are there plans for making window more moveable for us players? What I mean is, I'd like to open my char settings, instead of having the blessings picker in my face. However the current one doesn't allow you to select which one is in the front.
We are continuing to add more 3D models that match the 2D art every patch. A lot of them already do match.

Alright that is awesome, i mightve just been unlucky or smth cause so far i've only seen a very few uniques and common items match the 2d. and there are so many cool looking uniques that would be amazing to able to see ! π Btw, are there any plans on implementing a "transmog" system? As there are many cool uniques that might lose the visual value due to them only being "good" in early game (sorry for ping)

Why are arena's key worth so much more than other keys ?
Hey everyone, so ive spent the last 30 hours grinding Black Sun empowered echos for the Set helmet 'Vilatria's Storm Crown' for me alt and have no luck finding it atall! 220 Echos and over 60 set helmets later, not a single one has dropped or been found, is there anything im doing wrong? can someone trade me one? Any advise is greatly appreciated!
you do everything right and cant trade if you're not in same zone when item drops

does distance from monolith center affect orobyss rare item drop rate (omnis)? there are two conflicting answers by EHG staff on reddit, bit confusing
because you don't have many unique rewards to hunt from the arena so for some it's non-content
who are the answers from?
I'm pretty sure it is affected by distance to center but I don't know for sure and if one of the answers is from a specific person I can say for sure.
