is there no replacement for exp once you will hit lvl 100? I mean no profit from increased xp from corrupted monoliths, also one echo type basically become a brick you just want to avoid? any plans to change it somehow in the future or its intended to stay like this?

So most of Paladin's passives have "increased healing effectiveness", but these are specified to apply to healing skills ONLY.
Does the Passive Bonus (1% Increased Healing Effectiveness per point of Attunement) work globally, or does it also fall under the same restriction as applying to skills only?

If you mean for damage scaling of judgment, those work.
I just mean it in general as there are some effects which scale with Health Regen by an amount - which are not Paladin Skills.

One slight upside from level 100 - exp rewards give a comically large amount of exp, which means that picking up just one exp book instantly levels all your skills to specialization level 20. It's neat when you want to mess around a lot with specializations.
is the Deliverance node from the Judgement tree supposed to not work with the Sanctification node? It just says it wont deal damage, not that it wont hit

We are aware of a bug where in rare cases servers aren't shutting down properly and those servers can sometimes have a rare issue that sends an old version of your character to the database.
If you have experienced a rollback like this we can't restore the items.
We have a potential fix in testing for this.

Hey Mike, how do you guys feel about the state of melee right now? Personally I feel that melee are at a disadvantage where it needs to be up close to enemies , while also being under fire from ranged mobs. What advantage do melees have over ranged? It seems like there's no benefit to playing melee other than a preference

If you take the "Teleporting Strikes" Passives, does manastrike still benefit from things like "increased melee attack speed" or "chance to apply spark charges on melee hit", cuz the passive says "mana strike is ranged" but hovering over the skill still shows the "melee tag" ๐

Hey, since we're back open, I will repost the question I had for the community but couldn't find an answer. When a skill says: blinds: reduces accuracy and reduces chance to be critically hit. The tooltip only says -50% crit chance.
What is this "accuracy"? Are they going to just miss me, or do I have higher chance to dodge? Or do they act like they're from a lower level area? Bit confusing wording
It adds a left right random variance to their targeting so they have bad accuracy literally.
Aaaah, so it's their ranged skills, that makes sense I guess, not sure if it's that effective as those things are somewhat tied to melee abilities of rogue specific skills at least. But yeah, now the wording does make sense, cheers! ๐

does Woven Flesh give you leech on its own, just for your overkill damage? Or does it simply allow you to leech on Overkill damage(which you normally can't) assuming you already have sources of leech?

Ive posted about the bug on the forums , i just went to check and my single player character still has the visual of the blood shield
but not online.
It may be that Exanguinous armors that drop beyond a certain patch no longer give this visual....
Because the one i have in single player is quite old.
Hope it gets fixed that blood shield was a very cool feature indeed

Hi Mike, I've been trying out Detonating Arrow with two Jelkhor's daggers, and I'm not sure if Lightning Tendrils scales with the flat melee damage on the Jelkhor's. Equipping Jelkhor's adds the melee tag to DA, but when I hold alt over either the Arcing Blast or Piercing Thunder nodes on the skill tree the tooltip for Lightning Tendrils indicates that it only scales with lightning and bow attack damage, not melee. Does lightning tendrils somehow inherit the melee tag from DA and scale with flat melee damage, or are the tooltips telling the full story and tendrils does not scale this way?

first off, sub skill tooltips don't ever change, regardless of what is actually happening in the skill trees. So you won't be able to see it.

Hey guys, it seems to me that Harbinger of Stars meteor proc is not triggering ward from Julra's Stardial. Is this intentional or a bug? Nowhere on the Stardial does it say that it cannot trigger from procced casts.

Shockwave doesn't get a cold tag when Upheaval is converted to cold (not a bug report, just context) - if I've taken into a node that says "Upheaval has additional freeze rate", will Shockwave still inherit that somehow despite not being Cold? Or is it only damage modifiers that get passed down?

I like that we can encounter elite/boss enemies in echoes. Just curious how the spawn chance for these work - do rare enemies have a chance to spawn in at an increased tier level or do echoes just have a base chance for these elevated enemies to appear?

Hi Mike, any plans for showing damage per second of minions?
Does the culling strike effect from Lunge works properly when casted while using warpath or do you have to cancel the animation to cast lunge for it to work properly? Because I've had several instances where I lunged and it didn't kill them until I stopped spinning

I've noticed that when I select a rare item reward echo, occasionally exalted items drops as well (from the reward egg). Are the odds of these items having an exalted affix the same as if they dropped in the echo itself?

I havent tried it myself yet, but does using Jelhkor blasting knife actually change the tag of detonating arrow to add melee and remove bow, or does it still have the bow tag?
I think a choice would be good at least - that way you wouldn't accidentally brick your timeline by getting boosted to too high of a corruption level.

If i have an Arek's bone unique MACE, can i combine it with an exalted sceptre with the suffix "increased minion spell damage" that Maces cannot roll? Or is that affix prevented from getting chosen as legendary affix?
So, the Bone Golem has an aura that gives armor to other minions. With the Twined Golem node, does that cause the aura to stack if a minion is in range of both, or just extra area for your minions as there are two golems with the aura?

- How does party XP play work, exactly? I have read the patch notes a lot of times but I still don't get it. If I'm level 90, my friend in a party is level 80, and we're farming level 100 area, how do we get exp? I get exp from level 100 (because it's 90+10=100), and my friend, uhh, how much? Reading "threshold is reduced by the level disparity" makes me think that my friend won't get any exp because threshold of 10 is reduced by 10 level disparity

I don't actually know, technically speaking rage and mana are actually the same thing with a different colour filter applied. I think your mana regen might get forced to 0 while being transformed?
just a term for most of the items dropping from the last things you kill in the echo and the majority of the rewards coming from the chest/floating crystal thing when you are out of danger

Already on it because I had a bug during a boss fight
so we don't have a complete full offline split yet. We currently have no reason to be looking for things like this in offline mode.
I was doing the Black Sun boss, Rayheh, I ended up dying mid way through on my Necromancer, but my Abomination ended up soloing the rest of the fight. I saw loot drop but I couldn't loot obviously, and respawn took me out. I did get credit for the quest, but is this intentional?

How does the training dummy actually scale? Now there's only one that can be targeted by totems in the arena for example. When i target it with my storm totem, it does 14k crit damage. Then i go in a random echo in my empowered mono and it does 1500, max 2500 crit damage. Is that enemy level scaling?

the non-boss dummy just has 0 defenses of any sort (other than giant health regen and health pool)
The skill Trickling Cuts on Dancing Strikes is named quite weird, I'm unsure what it does or should do.
Text is:
Dancing Strikes deals more damage over time (multiplicative with other modifiers) for each time you have used Dancing Strikes recently.
Damage Over Time: +2% per point
So this only affects the dot part of dancing strikes? (which is non-existent) Or this affects the dots applied by dancing strikes only? Also this states for each time implying it scales with how many times you used dancing strikes it in the last 4 seconds.

Oh ok, but when i try to target with A the boss dummy with my totems, they dont attack it.. does A only works for companions or other minions?
here is an alternative way to think about it
every time you use dancing strikes you get a buff that lasts 4 seconds
this buff can stack but each stack has a unique timer each ones falls off individually 4s after it is applied instead of all together.
if you use the ability 10 times in 1s somehow, you will have 10 stacks.
each stack gives +2% more dot damage per point.
So, if you have 1 point invested and you have used dancing strikes 5 times in the last 4s. Then you use dancing strikes, all dots that are applied deal 10% more damage.
(this isn't quite what is actually happening because more effects are multiplicative with each other but other than that, this is effectively what is happening and the math works)

Thanks for clearing that up Mike, it's still quite confusing, especially trying to understand how useful it is on a skill which has a 0.733 (repeating of course) attacks per second ๐
So maximum stacks given perfect netcode is 5, which means a total of 30% increase in dot dmg for all those applied for all those applied when you keep spamming the skill, since as you keep adding the buff, the others keep falling off, since you said: unique timer.
Small thing, but are there any plans to add a clock anywhere on the hud?

Giving players the ability to ruin the game (adding a rule that says all items have a map icon for example) is dangerous so we haven't done it yet. We know that many people want this option and we are considering the best way to do it if possible.
It changes the stats provided to whoever the totem is specialized to give those stats to.
Oh so assuming I didn't take the node that affects only companions then it should affect all allies

It's just corruption. Some won't drop in unempowered because it can't get high enough corruption

some people are having issues in the arena and/or dungeons and other areas too. It's generally the worst in the dungeons but it's not an everyone issue so it's a little trickier to track down. We are working on these stability issues as a very high priority problem

Hey Mike, do you know how Attunement and Strength scale Swarmblade? It doesn't have the info on the More Information tab.
Secondary question: How do Locust stacks scale Locust Swarm? It seems to increase area, but one node on the tree mentions that it adds the ability for the stacks to scale damage so perhaps that is not baseline?
Does reactive ward apply to hits that take you straight from above 70% to dead? or is it applied retroactively like endurance?
the scaling tags on the transform skills show which scaling tags the skills which will go onto your bar will scale with when you transform. they don't have any direct impact on the actual transformation process. (well attunement kinda does because it affects your max mana so also your max rage)
locust swarm base damage scaling can be found by holding alt on the tooltip to show the scaling tags, here they are

I'm confused about boosting. I went to End of Time and my buddy portal'd to me. This skipped the quests up to that point, and gave him 3 passives.
I figured he would have 2 passives from leveling, and 2 passives from quests. He just has 3 passives.
Is there something I'm not understanding about this? Are there enough passive points on the world map to make up the difference?

there are more quests which grant passive points than there are passive points available to be gained from quests. once you have completed 15 of them, quests which would normally grant a passive point, don't.

ravenous void is a special case because it's also general drop pool so it is in the rune of ascendance pool, but other boss uniques are not

No, skill nodes only affect the skill they are in unless specify otherwise.
Yes, that is the point of the Axe Thrower passive & Smite on Throwing hit combo.
When they dropped loot it was....problematic...to say the least. We have no immediate plans to make major changes to the arena echoes at the moment. If you really dislike them, the name always has "arena" in it so you can avoid them if you'd like. You are always welcome to leave a #suggestions-and-like-to-see if there is something you would like to see in there.
speaking of the arena echoes, I recall there being a wave count before .9, however its gone now. was that intentional or is a bug no one has mentioned?
I have two questions.
- Did you change how rune of shattering works? Cause sometimes the rune disappears without shattering the item making a sound like cracking.
- Before MP when you cleared an echo the shop would renew sometimes and you could buy rune of shattering. Now we play with my friend and the shop never carries shattering runes anymore.

The shop definitely refreshes it takes quite a few echoes before it does though. But yeah I think runes of shattering are bugged

No formal ETA but it's been mentioned multiple times as a high priority item they are working on.
If you aren't aware already it seems that if you only left click to transition zones (don't right click at all during loading) then the bug doesn't occur
as someone who wants to read quest dialogue I find it extremely jarring that in mp you miss all dialogue as only one person can talk to npc. any chances to get this changed so that quests are not automatically taken or completed by other players?

Can Locust Swarm apply freeze? Freeze Multiplier in game states that cold skills have a chance to apply freeze on hit, so it makes sense that it wouldn't. But I also see that attunement increases Locust Swarm freeze rate multiplier which has me confused?

item rarity affects the "rare" boss unique drop rates, correct?
Increased Item Rarity is an effect you will build up by going deep into the Monolith of Fate. Both corruption and the number/type of enemy modifiers currently active in a Timeline will boost its increased item rarity. This modifier increases the average number of affixes on items, resulting in more Rare items and more Exalted items. It also increases the chance of finding Unique and Set items.
Similarly, there are effects like โIncreased Amulet Drop Rateโ which are typically granted by Blessings. This would cause more amulets (including Unique and Set items of that type) to drop for you without affecting how many items of other types drop. However, these Blessings do not affect boss specific drops, only random drops.```

That at 300% you would guarantee 3 stacks of poison. Is this correct or does it have some wonky thing with monster resistances that u need more than 100%?

I am trying to get logged onto the forum to post a bug report, however I seem to be stuck in an endless loop of being asked to log in. Why is the game keeps connecting me from US West Server when i am from Asia , the other day i am always in Asia. yesterday i always ask my friend to invite me so i can change to his Server
There is a problem where when the servers are being selected, your nearest server can have abnormally high ping for some reason. The game checks all the servers and your local one is not the fastest. So it connects to the fastest one. In your case this is flipping to US West. It is correctly putting you in the server which has the lowest ping check. We aren't sure why some servers are having issues with this ping check yet.

Not so true at all because i have a better ping in Asia with my friend no rubberband or any lag at all unlike when i am in US West there is always a rubberband and there is always a delay

Not off the top of my head no. It's fairly complex. The TLDR of it is over LVL 100, aim for 1LP as a huge find.

Is there a reason why boss telegraphs are elevated? It makes it difficult to gauge if you're going to get hit or not and you don't always have time to do advanced algebra before an ability triggers and kills you.

It's really simple. To get the best stuff, farm the hardest stuff you can do efficiently.

Hello , mage passive nodes are pretty lackluster in comparison to other classes and survavibility scaling for mage on hardcore is pretty awkward plus the cold skills are really lackluster with exception to glacier , do you guys have any plans to change it

Hello, i have a question. Why ''dark shroud of cinders'' unique body armor gives ''fire cast speed'' instead of void or regular cast speed? Lament of the lost refuge unique two-handed spear turns volcanic orb to void so volcanic orb is loosing it's fire tag. So fire cast speed becomes an useless affix to the body armour which this build really needs since casting volcanic orb makes the build very clunky especially when you take the ''infernal caster'' node from volcanic orb tree as a spellblade.

It's a combination fire/void item so it has both fire and void stats on it. It's not an overly useful affix for that specific build but I think it's not uncommon to have some affixes be non-optimal, especially when using uniques that you can't fully control every affix on.
Hey Mike, do you know if the extra 5% dmg per poison stack from the serpent strike node converts into extra dmg per frostbite in swarmblade if i have the vipers call node? I have tested and the poison is indeed converted to frostbite just cant tell if the bonus dmg is also applying for frostbite.

I have a new Keyboard which DOES NOT have a numberpad. I was using the numberpad for quick casting (the classic assign skill to numberpad, activate and turn off numberpad). I have a question abt devs perspective on melee in general. I think its a pretty common issue in all arpgs that melee's are in more danger than ranged. And in past years there were probably only 2 melee builds that were on par with ranged: swipe bear and vengeance pre-nerf(i dont count eq and warpath since they are super mobile). Both of those builds were on par with range due to having a lot of DR. Is there something that prevents devs from adding just base 15-25% passive damage reduction for all melee skills, to lessen the risks of being in melee range?
Hi, perhaps it has been asked already but I found "monster <> stability gain" per time spent a bit inconsistent in the echos, for instance killing packs of small mobs that can be AOEd instanty provides with notable amount of stability whereas killing the big ones that also dodge attacks and have massive hp pools provide way less stability per time spent on them. Are there plans on addressing that ?

We don't have an approved list of programs to run. There are many programs that can be used for totally fine things (like emulating a num lock) however, we don't really know if you're using it for that or for anything more....nefarious or not. Having said all that, I don't think we've ever taken any action against anyone for using AHK. Sorry I can't give you a solid yes or no. I do know that many people have used AHK for this task in the past (and probably still do).
As an aside, I do hope to eventually remove the need for things like this.

I know it's not a priority, but the lack of an API for sharing builds kinda stinks right now.
When LE was offline, LETools.com was great for sharing builds, because you could import your character file, which was stored on your PC.
Currently, there's nothing. People need to make their builds from scratch in order to share them with someone else. Getting/giving feedback on someone's build is rough atm.
Bugs & Content should be prioritized, yeah, but I miss the ability to review builds for people. I hope that functionality is somewhere soon on the roadmap.

How do I know if a skilltree's node applies to a subskill? For example, if I skill Umjol's Guidance in the Swipe tree to remove the Physical tag and add the Lightning tag, then Spirit Wolves from Wild Calling and Lupine Attunement still has the Physical tag and no Lightning tag. Does the base damage conversion that Umjol's Guidance also gives nonetheless apply to Spirit Wolves? Or does the tag change apply as well and it's merely not displayed because Spirit Wolves could (theoretically) also be cast by another source?
I'm not entirely sure off the top of my head but it should basically be that however much damage would be reduced by with positive armor is how much damage is increased with negative armor.
bosses are affected by anomaly the same as normal enemies so yes unless it specifies otherwise.

Why do crafting materials still go into inventory if they are unable to be gifted? Will that be a future system or is there opportunity in future for it to go straight into the material bag?
Will there be an alternative way to obtain passive points and idol slots for alts in future, the only thing really stopping me playing everything is the drag of having to go through campaign/side quests to get those important points/slots (I understand this is also a problem in PoE and it sucks there too)
conversions generally don't apply to subskills unless specifically stated. nodes don't apply to other sources of skills like if you had spirit wolves cast from other source, only that other source's effects would affect it.
in general, sub skills inherit all stats from the initial skill and any that could apply do so. This is the same as every other skill in the game. so for example, if you have 100% increased cold damage, lightning blast gets that stat. however it has no use for it so it doesn't do anything. Now if you had some effect that said "whenever you hit with lightning blast, you trigger a cold nova." that cold nova would get the cold damage increase because lightning blast technically has it and passes it along, even though it has no use for it itself.

In the online version of the game, hammer throw doesn't interact with some obstacles such as monolith gates. is there any plans to bring this functionality to offline mode as well?

I have the item that makes it so my Wraith's on my Necro have a % chance to be fire wraiths. When I get into the game, I resummon until both are fire but... when I change areas, the wraiths dont stay what they were. Is this intentional?

wolves and spirit wolves are distinct and different, effects which specify one don't affect the other
bastion's block chance isn't block chance, it's block chance against enemies within 4 meters. This doesn't apply to shield bash.

Who is casting Spirit Wolves? Is it me? Do I benefit from on-hit effects? Is it the wolves? Is it no one? Who would need to have added chance to bleed on hit in order to give Spirit Wolves a bleed chance?
Regarding item drops and "weight". Have you ever considered alternative ways to pick up shards and such? I love the current system of clicking once and vacuuming nearby shards but when I play warpath, it really tests my mouse accuracy ๐ . Perhaps a proximity vacuum?
If they are coming from you (swipe) you, if they are coming from your wolves, your wolves. Spirit Wolves aren't actually minions, just scale with minion stats.
Can you clarify the dungeon workaround? BF and I were able to enter the dungeon (thus burning the key) but were unable to move past that next room. Does the workaround apply to this?
How can a Spirit Wolf come from me? Don't they always originate from each summoned wolf I control? Didn't you say Spirit Wolves doesn't scale with stats that my wolves have?
yes. I've seen messages about this every day for 3 years now. I have considered everything about them.
I think what hes trying to say is they function more like a spell coming from you than a minion you summoned. In this case, your own swipe has this additional "spell".
I'm not sure if there was another issue relating to this or not but that sounds related. I just read the patch notes on it right now.
If you have 100 bleed dmg over 3 seconds and 100% increase bleed duration, you will end with 100 bleed dmg over 6 seconds?
sorry, they used to be able to come from you. I forgot this got removed. They are always cast by the wolves and always use your wolves' stats, just like all other abilities used by minions.
increased duration of ailments maintains the same dps but extends the duration, thus increasing the total damage of the ailment
Are you guys aware and working on cross-region multiplayer issues? Itโs nearly unplayable with the frequency of game breaking desync/rubberbanding. Nearly 2/3rd of echos with groups are at the point where at least one player cannot even participate in a meaningful way. Dungeons and arenas are almost guaranteed to be non-functional by the end for mostly everyone in the group. Issues range from just rubberbanding for one player to complete desync and stopped gameplay for all.

no, it's a new ability. The wolf is casting fireball that looks like a wolf.

any skill can be a subskill but this is not used that way in this situation, it's the wolf using it
Read the patch news and saw the mention of rubber banding movement skills, once you fix the channeling skill to be hold down the button it will remove movement skill rubber banding (currently channeling skills keep channeling after you just press a button and not holding it down)
it does not rubber band if you actually hold down the button

How can I tell if I'm using a skill or a minion is using it? Does the minion tag give it away or the wording in the description. For example, Crowstorm doesn't have the Minion tag. Does that mean I'm using it? The description makes it sound like my Storm Crows are using it.

We don't plan to include any character customization at 1.0 launch. Adding multiple gender options and other character customizations is a hopeful future feature that we will look to include at some point down the line.

companion activated abilities are all used by the minions. Spirit Wolves is an exceptionally special case and I can't think of anything else that works this way.
So despite not having the Minion tag, Crowstorm will benefit from increases to minion damage? (as well as other nodes on the Storm Crow tree that augment my storm crows)

not a unique case, however, Shatter Totem on upheaval is a subskill of upheaval and is triggered by the skill which destroys the totem. This is either you or your totem if you have converted upheaval to be a totem itself.

The 0.9 patch notes state that increased effect for shock and res shred ailments have been removed. However, the "Charged Allies" node in Static Orb still states that it grants shock effect. Does it do so any more? My un-scientific testing on the test dummy seems to indicate maybe not. If not, will it be getting tweaked?
Can I get clarification on whether I'm understanding this correctly? Because other texts in the game refer to it as you using a companion ability, like Cry of the Lynx from the Beastmaster passive tree for example.

Would it be possible to see them just become legendary of sorts? More just a personal opinion but never been a huge fan of gear sets feels too restrictive especially if they become best in slot for a specific play style. But thats just my opinion.

sometimes an implicit scales very well so we don't make a high level version. sometimes it's specifically made for unique items. sometimes we just don't think it is a primary archetype. other reasons too sometimes.
I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "reveal" echo but as multiple people go through the monolith together, they should all receive generally similar rewards at each stage. if that's not happening, please submit a but report or add to one that is already reported

When you do the echo that reveals a portion of the hosts monolith, the group members don't get their own reward. In that situation the reward for the host is revealing more echos in their monolith to target their farm direction. If will make a bug ticket, if thats a bug and not intended

one of our core design pillars is class identity. we really want a primalist to look and feel like a primalist and have that be very distinct from a sentinel or mage. We also really want gear to match visually from 2D to 3D models as much as we can. Also, with having them split, we can put some mods on one that can't spawn on the other which lets us make really cool stuff for one that would break another wide open.
I'm sure there is more too but those are just the things off the top of my head.

I've had to answer this so many hundreds of times at this point that I'm sorry you're gonna get the real short version.
They are items and we treat them as such. We have added a few features to help with their quicker picking up and organization through the vacuum and crafting inventory. Since doing that, they have started to feel less and less like items. It's in an odd half way point at the moment. We still want them to feel like items but have unfortunately added too many easy of use features to make them not feel like items any more.

How do channeled abilities that hit interact with 3-step buffs like Lethal Cadence? It looks like the damage bonus is applying the 3rd time I start channeling Flurry, but I can't tell if the entire channel gains the buff or just the initial hit.

@placid plinth is there any known issue atm about the loading screen not going away after being done with loading. Even if I mouse over where an npc should be my cursor changes to the talk bubble for an npc. It is like the game is there, but the loading screen itself is just layered ontop of it ๐

Does the "+100% Melee Critical Strike Chance while in Dancing Strikes' Fighting Arena" stat on the Gladiator's Oath unique 1h sword work with any Fighting Arena (including those created by allies in a group) or only from ones you've made yourself? The current wording implies that it should have party synergy but that could just be a pre-multiplayer holdover from when it wasn't a consideration. Thoughts of a support rogue...

how does projectile speed affect hammer throw spiral's hits/procs (more/less range, more/less hits, area, etc)? does it have a set time of existence regardless of proj speed? does it have a hit/proc per second limit? >< been trying to test but difficult to tell
conditional stats aren't passed to sub skills so "while under" and "vs damaged" don't work.

- Is Harbinger of Dust (Volatile Reversal) a more damage multiplier? Is it like PoE, that increased damage taken is a more multiplier if there's no other "increased damage taken" debuff on the enemy?
- Hammer throw Disintegrating Aura:
a) Does Ballista node or Avatar of the Spire node affect Disintegrating aura?
b) Is Disintegrating Aura affected by Throwing Damage % or Hammer Throw % damage mods?
c) Is Disintegrating Aura affected by non-generic throwing damage e.g. cold throwing damage?

The time they exist is static so moving faster makes them travel a greater distance. It can hit the same target multiple times.
Are there plans to make monolith objectives a bit more easy to see? in bright maps it's really hard to tell where you're going with the map up.. even if there is a marker..

ah with static time, inc proj speed makes sense to increase aoe/range. the hammer can indeed pass through a target multiple time via the trajectory of the spiral going back to hit again but how does it interact when the monster has a very large hitbox (eg Lagon) when the hammer can exist inside the body for an extended period of time (how many times can a projectile "hit/proc" in that instance)?
- all "increases" are "mores" if they are the only one. So yes.

b) it's a spell so no, yes (if it doesn't say throwing damage but just says damage).
c) no, it's a void spell and is affected by the things that affect void spells.

I especially love the world of Eterra and the highly detailed in-game map for the different ages, and that's actually what my question is about: do you know where I could find high-quality images of the maps? Would love to use them for a home game of D&D. The images i found online aren't that great quality, and I'd love to be able to blow up so all those little details can be seen

Hello, are we getting an option for controller to not target enemies and random objects with movement skills some time in the future?
Voidfused projectiles gives +20 Void Throwing Damage - Disintegrating Aura is a spell, it does not get any damage from throwing.
Riverbend Grasp gives +10 Cold Throwing Damage - Disintegrating Aura is a spell, it does not get any damage from throwing.
Time Rifts and Harbinger of Dust both say increased so they are additive with each other.
Ballista gives +3% more damage - this applies to all damage so it does work with disintegrating aura.

- (129% to 158%) Increased Damage with Hammer Throw - This does not work.
- Strength % & Dexterity Scaling - works.
the flat spell damage may not work because it's a damage over time

not at the moment afaik unless new unique in the future :P usually things that can scale base dmg efficiently is very very strong

conditional effects are always more, this should say it but that's just a display bug in the auto generation of the stat. conditional stats don't display in tooltip dps.
So if a mob has 12 stacks Ill deal 24% more void damage to it, and if another mob nearby has 6 stacks, I'll deal 12% more to it, is that how it works?

Is soulfire bastion T4 bugged? i'm dying to the firelich to an ability called collapsing decay. each time i face him i see no projectile/indicator/telegraphing. It deals necrotic damage but i have to sit in the fire shield because the floor is entirely covered in fire when it happens
there is a soft "enrage" timer on the fight as the floor fills up with fire.
it was like 10 seconds into the fight?

it attacks roughly 3/s attack speed applies as a multiplier to the speed it attacks. dual wielding weapons apply the average as your attack speed from weapons.
My dodge chance didn't get converted into Glancing Blow chance on my character defense sheet. Is it still working or bugged?

Why is there actually a "transfer crafting items" button, couldn't they just go directly to the crafting panel instead of cluttering the inventory?

I've had to answer this so many hundreds of times at this point that I'm sorry you're gonna get the real short version.
They are items and we treat them as such. We have added a few features to help with their quicker picking up and organization through the vacuum and crafting inventory. Since doing that, they have started to feel less and less like items. It's in an odd half way point at the moment. We still want them to feel like items but have unfortunately added too many easy of use features to make them not feel like items any more.

"arcane momentum" (sorcerer) says that it refreshes the duration of all existing stacks, but appears to be ... not doing that. I can reach 3 stacks and then it flickers up to 4 just as the oldest stack expires, am I missing something about that passive? it might just be broken

Any way to tell what skill count as healing you when on full health? Some things like Conc Ground and the heal from Battle Standard count as you being healed while on full health, while other things like Smite heal or Javalin trail don't count as you being healed when on full health.

So in the end it will take 66% (1+0.5+0.16) more damage, right? (instead of 1.5*1.16)

armor shred doesn't increase physical damage taken, it increases physical hit damage taken.
more damage is also multiplicative with each other so it would actually be damage * (1 + 0.5) * (1 + 0.16)

As far as I know doom is causing the enemy to increased melee damage TAKEN (mean not a more bonus) , and this value is added up with effects that have the same description, such as the Harbinger of Dust node of the Volatile Reversal from sentinel (30% taken). So in terms of calculations, these TAKEN bonuses are not considered as MORE, but are similar to INC% like cumulative?
If the above is correct, now my question is whether armor shred is also a taken bonus, because I saw the similar description in the game guide.

Increases are generally additive with each other, I think that those two would be added together. I'm not sure if armor is done at a different step in the damage calculations or not though.
It's flat added to a stat which has a % value. So if you have that equipped and no other stats from anywhere, you would have 10% Crit chance.

On ajrโs point, perhaps this: set up monolith quest lines to award the skill points/idol slots the first time through them along with the blessings. That way youโve done them all, youโre a bit more knowledgeable about the monoliths by the time youโre really engaging them, and it doesnโt make non-empowered feel kind of pointless.
Is there a reason that enemies like void centapede, imperial watchers and spires arent counted as "unique enemies" later very tanky but none boss enemies (like covenants) get the unique tag and boss bar and count for skill nodes that say rare/unique enemies

More pertinent to the purpose of the channel then, honest question. From a design standpoint what is the purpose of having to pick up shards? Is it to thin out the potential mountains weโd auto pickup? Is there a specific study that shows the good chemicals happen in our brains or something? I see it universally asked for across games that have these sorts of things.

wondering about hits that apply ailments/curses with things that benefit from those curses being applied. If more damage on ignited enemies, will the hit that applies ignite benefit? If hits apply curse e.g. bone curse, will it benefit from the "when hit" aspect of bone curse?
That's a good question. I find myself picking them up like scrolls in other games - just because "I might need them/run out of them"

I appreciate the response, and get that answer. I don't disagree that they don't "Feel like items" though when I see rarer ones it's neater than less rare ones. I suppose maybe it feels that way because we burn through so many through crafting. I might use 5-10 shards per craft and wind up shattering the result and then burning another 5-10, so individually they feel less itemy because you need many of them before you feel any real impact? I'm sure I'm not saying anything you haven't already thought of. But an item feels itemy because it is potentially a huge impact. Shards are just a shot at making a thing a few % better.

I cast Rip Blood with 200% chance of splatter (no ailments): target and surrounding dummies both receive two values of damage. I assume the non-targeted dummies get hit by splatter, but why is the target of rip blood receiving two values? Does the second instance of splatter hit the original target?
I apply bone curse (infinite duration). Now when I cast Rip Blood, dummies generally receive four values, but sometimes three. I assume it's the splatter, curse, splatter, curse being represented, but then why do I only see three occasionally? I'm not sure I understand. Are you saying if my minions get the kill on the cursed target THEY get a chance to get Bone Armor? Or that unless I killed the cursed target personally the node has no effect?

There is a spell called explosion. The damage of the explosion is the spell explosion.
The node says when you kill an enemy so it only triggers when you kill an enemy
Alright, so not useful for a pet build as I don't build spell damage, and I'm not killing things respectively.
If minion's having their HP and stats set to as if you just cast then when you zone transition is a bug, may I suggest that said bug just be considered a feature? Because having my minions get healed/stats upgraded to match my new gear/passives on zone transition is honestly really nice. Means I really don't have to recast my permanent army unless they actually die. A very nice QoL feature.

I've got a question about Forge guard's Forged weapons, are they supposed to be designed as minions? i find it very frustrating that when it comes to bosses my DPS get's wiped out since i'm so invested in these forge weapons and it's awkward to scale minion stats on forge guard when they should just be scaling off my weapon

is fixing vendors not refreshing stock after doing echo planned in some close hotfix? it can be extremly annoying at times, when you need to shatter something important :/
it was fixed and broke again with 0.9 ๐ฆ while it may sound as small gripe, on extended game sessions it gets really annoying, as is forcing you to go and teleport back and force 10 - 15 times in world to refresh vendors...
in the mean time you can travel to different towns as each vendor has their own inventory so 1-4 shatter runes each

another question, if I understand correctly, party members (not leader) are getting a random map reward (golden stone with loot), but from what pool of rewards is random choosen?

How this works if all my hp protected by endurance threshold? 910 hp and 910 endurance threshold, for example. If enemy hit me, this procs immediately?
I would say it work as long as your endurance treshold is strictly equal to your hp but wouldn't the moment your threshold is higher (which is technically possible since endurance threshold is not capped). However to be safe I would recommend to make sure you have slightly less endurance than total hp, you probably can roll down an implicit or a suffix with a rune of refinement/of shaping to do so.
That would be incredibly hard to get that high of endurance threshold though. Max of 6 possible slots, multiplied by the max roll of t7 and you get only 1110 threshold increase. And you aren't getting 6 max roll tier 7 endurance threshold items.
their effective levels for lp are 65-75, so getting a 2 lp is reasonably possible, but you will need to farm for it for a while.
you have 20% of max health as base endurance threshold, making it doable.
